I paid the inital cost of over $500 for my website. Then they upsold me to write content for me for an additional $400. I paid almost $1000 for a website I cannot use, has only my images and basically is a dashboard I can't use. They wrote in python language so essential all I got was a look and feel. Jeff won't answer my calls or my emails. Crappy company that thinks they are all that but left me high and dry. I would run when they text or call! Find someone who will stick with you instead.
Worst experience I have ever encountered. I was given a timeline of 3 weeks. Project took 2 years with no results. Awful developers that are very unprofessional and not talented. I got hustled. Spent a lot of money and did not receive the service. I have had to chase them regularly for updates. And now looking for resolution or money back, their response to this matter is ignorance. Very unprofessional. Considering how they have handled this situation I would be comfortable calling them thief. They up sell their service. Charge you for many services they do not deliver. They keep the money and do not even own up to their mistakes. I found them on Freelancer. Biggest regret of my life. I have wasted time and money with no results. And now they have made me late to the market. Be aware and stay away. Do not waste your money no matter how many commitments they make even If in writing.
These people are not reliable, do not pay them anything, they have fiddled around with me for over 2 years and have not delivered my website, it's still pending and I can't get through to a person who is responsible for they have changed people who are in charge so many times, I can't get a refund either, please don't trust them...
Never had a worse experience with any company. They lure you in with great offers and then there is constantly more at outrageous prices. If you don't pay they pester you with calls, use scare tactics and threaten to withold information you need until you have paid. Do not work with them! They don't even deserve 1 star...
Steer away from this company, I lost 7000AUD to this fraudulent person/company. They appear very professional until one day when they block access to your product, website in my case. They promised to register a trademark. They switched off my website one day and rest was never delivered! Shame on you Jeff Martin moron!
Contacted them sales rep says recieve product in 48hours. He knew what I asked for then take payment. 1 week later they still asking for what I want done. Then saying refund not an option. Do not use them.

They use words such as " you need to to do this as soon as possible" and create a matter of urgency.

I was not going to choose this company for my logo as I found them bit expensive when compared to others but my daughter wanted me to go with them anyways. I would, I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the quality results this company produced for my new setup. I can't ask for more but I've decided to bring in some more business for my upcoming campaigns to get satisfactory results no matter if expensive or not. Anyone searching about Logo Venture online can close their eyes and take a step forward with them.

This is an awesome way to get a wide spectrum of designs for a budget-minded business. We were not exactly sure what we wanted but knew it when we saw it. Received 30+ submissions in an extremely timely manner. The process was fairly simple and there was someone to help with every step. I will use Logo Venture again when we need more design work. Highly recommended!
Despite me discussing through their online chat portal what I wanted and the price, they then came back at me when I had signed that all the options what were "included" were actually extra. They offer a moronic 100% satisfaction guaranteed refund which they don't honour. I've repeatedly contacted them since site handover for additional work because the code writer didn't let me know how to update that within the site and they just don't even respond. Absolutely distraught as I have a site filled with errors which I can't fix and neither can anyone else. What a waste of my hard earned money.
I joined and found they was not in australia as website claims i paid for a logo and it was charged in usd i asked for a refund but no they told me they would up grade and get unlimted reviews to pick from and 5 years hosting they would do every thing great but wasn't to be i got asked for more money another $99 also you pay another company so i paid via pay pal, i looked on trust pilot every says the same i have no web site no nothing i put a claim in with pay pal they said they would refund if i cancel my pay pal claim i told them to show me a webite i paid for i wont cancel the claim they wont communicate or show me something, the sales people are misleading
Worst company ever! Unprofessional, aggressive, dirty tactics to make you pay extra for things, under handed small print' that suddenly appears when you question contract conditions, and delivered an unusable product. Try finding a phone number for them and if you do see how they answer it, if they do at all.
Used them and wish I never did. They stole money from me, a solo mum raising young boys. THEY WILL BULLY YOU UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM MORE AND MORE MONEY, THEY WILL THREATEN YOU AND SCARE YOU.

Not long after I was then told that I would have to trademark my logo so would need to pay extra for the licensing. I was pissed off because I had been told there were no other costs ( yeah unless you want to get in trouble). I chose the 3yr option. So after paying approx $3000 they started my website. Things started off ok apart from the changes I was asking for weren't being done or much later down the track/ There so many different people I was talking too, nor even sure where they are actually located. Not long after I decided to not even bother using the website as it was just too hard. 2 yrs later I recieve an email ( similar to the most recent review) stating that someone was wanting to use my same trademark and the I was facing a trademark infringement penalty and would need to pay over $3000 for logo venture to stop me getting taken to court and a possible fine of $18,900 or at worst over $100,000k if found guilty. I was so scared and worried that I was going to get into major trouble so the person I was speaking too said I could pay $1,499 and that would be it. I stupidly paid it because i was threatened and bullied to beleive that if i didnt there would be huge consequences. Not long after I was told to pay another $699. At this point I has gone on and read a number of reviews similar to mine about being scammed. I told them I wanted my money back and that they had just robbed a single mum raising her young twin boys on her own. I told them I was going to my lawyer etc and they still tried to con me even more. It made me feel sick that I actually believed this crap... when actually I haven't done anything wrong. I paid for the trademark licensing and obviously they hadn't done what they were suppose too. They make you feel threatened and they terrify you to make you believe you owe them money.
I had put a review on here and next day I recieved an email saying that I need to take down the review as I made things up in and it is damaging to their company and they will sue me for defamation... these people are SCUMBAGS! I sent back saying well give me my bloody money back. They emailed back and said we want this resolves amicably. They told me they couldn't refund me as the money had already gone towards the legal proceedings... blah blah blah. Not long later they told me they couldn't refund all but could do a partial refund. I said fine just give me some and leave me alone.
I was told the refund had been processed and that in would be in my account within 7-10 working days. After not recieving I emailed them jan 4th, 9th, 14th with no reply. I finally got a reply on the 15th saying they would follow it up. Since then I have heard nothing. I have emailed 6 times with no reply. It's pretty obvious they were just lying and now they don't even have the balls to contact me back.

I stupidly used this company for my website design and logo. I was only going to use them for my logo but they convinced me using them for a website as well would be cheaper. I agreed but they took their time and didn't so what I asked. I was told one final price but then the costs kept coming. I had spent close to $3k. One cost that they said I had to add was for the trademark of my brand to protect me. I am a solo mum with 2 young boys trying to make a living and being fully registered in NZ.
After about 2 yrs they had contacted me saying I had a trademark infringement because I wasn't properly registered ( I had paid for this). They sent me nasty emails saying I had to pay this money to them and that I could be fined $18k or $150k if found guilty. I was so scared and stupidly paid them $1800 because I didn't want to get in trouble. I never got the money back and later found out that they were scamming me. Asking me for more and more, I finally realised that this company is out to scam you in anyway and try to tell you you have done wrong when I know I hadn't. They had made up this hoax and used a number of different names and tried to be absolutely convincing. I feel sick to my stomach using this company who ripped me off. Please don't use them and fall into their trap like I did. They are disgusting and will only rip you off. I hate this company for all the stress and money they have caused. SHAME ON YOU LOGO VENTURE, YOU SUCK! I have all emails etc with them and plan on telling everyone what a hoax they are. USE THEM AND YOU WILL GET SCAMMED, THEY WILL USE YOU AND TRY TO GET AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.
I paid around $300 to have a logo designed and received 12 options by email, but took too long to get back to their email and my file was 'archived'. To reactivate my file it was something like $250! This is 'company policy'! Ridiculous fee that I'm not paying as it just seems like throwing good money after bad to me.
These guys talk very nice and polite but if you look at their website, they don't have standard website links like "about us" or "contact us". I asked them where you guys located and they said we have a production house in Sydney! But they don't give you the address in Australia!
You can clearly find out whom you dealing with by looking carefully at their website. Don't fool for colors and graphics! They keep insisting you to make a payment. I attached a screenshot chatting with Jim Collin.
Too many negative experiences to list, but start with sign you up for something small and then basically blackmail you into spending more money if you want anything to work.

Their website development is one extra sell after another. Like others have pointed out, the costs keep adding-up each step of the way. Whatever you do, don't use their Content writing service - mine was done by some school-level person whereby I had to re-write everything.
I've had to update my Review of Logoventures after they sent a strongly worded email to me about legal action etc. and asked me to remove my previous review. I guess if you don't write a glowing review then you get threatened for "internet defamation". Lovely.
The designers seem to be trained with more of a telemarketing sales than consultative approach. Not personalised at all or professional. Constantly trying to upsell their services after continuously telling them it is not necessary
Do not use this company! They created a website and then disappeared with my money when I asked them for it! Multiple attempts at contacting them have gone unanswered / unresponded to!
