How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Logo Venture?

It was easy to communicate with the account managers, they gave me the access of their client management system where i can see the current activities performed by logo venture on my project.

Their website has a chat option. You just need to message there.

Horrible. I have never reached them via phone. After attempts for the online chat I constantly got left on hold. They do not respond through the project portal.

It is quite easy for me. You just need to go their website and select the package as per your requirement.
