Used them and wish I never did. They stole money from me, a solo mum raising young boys. THEY WILL BULLY YOU UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM MORE AND MORE MONEY, THEY WILL THREATEN YOU AND SCARE YOU.

A few years ago I had a logo designed by them (pre-buyout) for a small business/project. Last fall ('23) I was notified by one Jim Morrison...who had a very suspicious Indian accent...that someone had made inquiries as to the name. While the project was basically dormant due to COVID I wanted to keep the name so I went along to see what the deal was in terms of trademarking the name. While I am not totally uninitiated and know that the process to fully trademark a name is a lengthy and somewhat costly process I thought that I could slow up any other firm looking to poach the business name...despite my having the name wrapped-up in an LLC and I own the domain name until I was ready to make a decision as to moving ahead or not.
This firm has become a "boiler room operation". This guy is supposed to be a paralegal and he hooks you up with a supposed lawyer---after you've paid their fee which is like $300-$500.
Its all BS and they then try and get you to pay several thousand $ to accomplish the trademark. As soon as I realized the full breadth of the scam I stopped and filed a BBB complaint but it wont stop them. Doubt they are located on Wilshire anymore...more likely in Mumbai.

This company called out of the blue and I never heard of them. It was pure marketing. I didnt even ask for their services. After asking
Them to send me an email and read their scare mongering campaign, I realised how phoney this company was tempted to find out more about the company to warm others. I asked for their location address and received no response.
After reading some of the warnings I. The review, I noticed that one happy client with a bnb paid a lot of money fro trademark. Let me repeat... the client got toasted with a trademark just for a bnb BnB. This company has one intention, that is to find gulable people, scare them and take money. They use words such as " you need to to do this as soon as possible" and create a matter of urgency.

They will not give you a location of their address. People beware

Do not use this company! They created a website and then disappeared with my money when I asked them for it! Multiple attempts at contacting them have gone unanswered / unresponded to!

Steer away from this company, I lost 7000AUD to this fraudulent person/company. They appear very professional until one day when they block access to your product, website in my case. They promised to register a trademark. They switched off my website one day and rest was never delivered! Shame on you Jeff Martin moron!

For all that have lost money, my bank has filed a dispute, and money will be refunded. Do not even waste your time. With this company.

Never had a worse experience with any company. They lure you in with great offers and then there is constantly more at outrageous prices. If you don't pay they pester you with calls, use scare tactics and threaten to withold information you need until you have paid. Do not work with them! They don't even deserve 1 star...

Too many negative experiences to list, but start with sign you up for something small and then basically blackmail you into spending more money if you want anything to work.

Contacted them sales rep says recieve product in 48hours. He knew what I asked for then take payment. 1 week later they still asking for what I want done. Then saying refund not an option. Do not use them.

I wouldn't say they are good to deal with just rubbish I asked for my money back and it was a no, then I got asked for more money. 100 % money-back guarantee thats a joke. Then the account manager gets angry actually have nothing no logo no web site i got accused falsely of a threat be aware of of the people now a legal claim the federal trade commission and Australian commerce commission is now investigating this outfit I GOT A FULL REFUND VIA PAY PAL as this dishonest company refused to refund STAY AWAY

Paid this company twice to have my logo done. Never heard from them. Phone ring and ring and no answer.
Bad business.

I paid the inital cost of over $500 for my website. Then they upsold me to write content for me for an additional $400. I paid almost $1000 for a website I cannot use, has only my images and basically is a dashboard I can't use. They wrote in python language so essential all I got was a look and feel. Jeff won't answer my calls or my emails. Crappy company that thinks they are all that but left me high and dry. I would run when they text or call! Find someone who will stick with you instead.

False advertising and misleading information.
They advised they work in Australia and call from Australian phone number. The Australian Website has a toll free number that isn't avail to dial from Australia. I questioned if they are definitely in Australia and sales person confirmed this a few times. I advised I don't want offshore service. This resulted to no office in Australia. The Australian phone number they call you is just a patch number toll free 24/7 advertised is fake.
They promise they have a Professional team that will design logo and website. The unlimited logo service is them making unlimited on a logo generator software. I did a better design in 5 mins that their designs they kept presenting. Each time I gave feedback they didn't take any of that to modify logo. Because they must note I don't like them so hit the auto generated button!
Very basic design and not even close to what was promised. I PAID FOR MY OWN LOGO because they promise it will be better next time and take on board what I need for a logo.
They just drag on to waste time pretending to be a professional web and logo company.
The Project assistance person changed 4 -5 times under a year.
The last Person resigns and the company doesn't advises paid customers and that's when I realised all their contact points are just fake and robots.
Except One service line dials to you leave a voice message and they will call you back.
Took me 2 months for someone to call me
After attempted all phone numbers, sent emails, messages on my project page, social media messages, others calling on my behalf. Calling the project mobile numbers I was given during the project.
2 months later someone calls and acted like it's ok here is someone else let's get on with building my branding website.
I demanded refund after finding the truth of false and misleading.
Then they play hand ball making out its escalated and pretend to get back to you within 24-48 hours and they don't. Because I want my money back they have ignored and then reply back with false statements that they happy to continue working on my business project and can't refund but refer to management.
They don't refer they just drag on more as they are very good at dragging on

This is not what you want when building a new business that is a passion and expect that you get professional and accredited service that they pretend to be.
How they handle the dispute only shows how they aren't a legit company.

If they are a legit and work under Australian regulations I would of spoken to management and received a refund from how I was misled and lied to about their services and about working in Australia when they took my money!

They need to be shut down and not rip us off.

These people are not reliable, do not pay them anything, they have fiddled around with me for over 2 years and have not delivered my website, it's still pending and I can't get through to a person who is responsible for they have changed people who are in charge so many times, I can't get a refund either, please don't trust them...

Worst experience I have ever encountered. I was given a timeline of 3 weeks. Project took 2 years with no results. Awful developers that are very unprofessional and not talented. I got hustled. Spent a lot of money and did not receive the service. I have had to chase them regularly for updates. And now looking for resolution or money back, their response to this matter is ignorance. Very unprofessional. Considering how they have handled this situation I would be comfortable calling them thief. They up sell their service. Charge you for many services they do not deliver. They keep the money and do not even own up to their mistakes. I found them on Freelancer. Biggest regret of my life. I have wasted time and money with no results. And now they have made me late to the market. Be aware and stay away. Do not waste your money no matter how many commitments they make even If in writing.

I joined and found they was not in australia as website claims i paid for a logo and it was charged in usd i asked for a refund but no they told me they would up grade and get unlimted reviews to pick from and 5 years hosting they would do every thing great but wasn't to be i got asked for more money another $99 also you pay another company so i paid via pay pal, i looked on trust pilot every says the same i have no web site no nothing i put a claim in with pay pal they said they would refund if i cancel my pay pal claim i told them to show me a webite i paid for i wont cancel the claim they wont communicate or show me something, the sales people are misleading

I had used this firm to create a logo for me that I was happy with and then they tried to upsell me constantly. One of the upsells was for international registration of the logo. In fact, it is really unclear what is even protected, I got a certificate from a private company and nothing is actually submitted to any government agency. In fact, all you are receiving is a certificate that states that your work is posted on this privately owned website. If this website were to shut down, you have nothing. I think you get as much protection simply assing the logo to any website you own or an email signature. Logo Venture is deceptive, making you believe that you are getting registered with a legitimate agency when in fact you are not. You need to know this.
I question the legitimacy of this organization for the following reasons: 1. I was not able to track down any legitimate office in the US, though they present themselves as being a US company. 2. The representatives use surnames that are generic American names. 3. They avoid my calls and say they will call back or email and they do not respond, they have made no attempt to resolve this with me at all. 4. Instead of making any attempt to resolve this, all they do is to try and silence your reviews like they did here, making it as not legitimate so that it will be removed. That only makes me now seek another place I can review them.
People need to know, they should avoid this company. Check out other review sites and you will see that when they cannot manipulate reviews, they are seen as they are and they do not like us to see them as they are. The truth is bad for business with Logo Venture.
