AVOID SCAMMERS same biz as LogoShines, AussieLogo and LogoVenture.com and.net
For the last few years we have had a site imitate our offering and then rip people off. They call themselves aussielogo rather like our own Aussie Logos - running for 17 years! They offer logo packages for a price, nobody in Australia could possibly do (red flag 1) They have an 03 Victorian number but claim to be based in Sydney (red flag 2) and then either don't deliver anything or when the work is completed the company demands $1400-$2000 extra to register intellectual property in Australia for all states- which is false (red flag 3). Not a week goes by when someone calls me a mother f***** for ripping them off. When they have calmed down we explain what has happened and they ask well why aren't you doing anything about it? We explain we have contacted the FEDERAL POLICE- and they say to us unless we can provide an address they cannot do anything. Because this company has a.com domain address they can and have purchased domain privacy (you cannot see any company information or contact details behind the domain) so they could actually, be anywhere in the world. To add insult to injury, and to our business, we as a.com.au cannot hide our address or names. So as a result I have also had the ATO on our backs for falsely issued invoices by this company with our details as the issuer! We have explained we haven't done any work with these companies (and there are thousands), nor received any monies. Finally this week the Intellectual Properties Office contacted me and told me Australians have been ripped off to the tune of hundreds of thousands/maybe millions of $'s by this fake company and can we help them take it down. So our humble advice to you if considering starting a new company is; when a website offers something at a price (and is a.com) that seems too good to be true, then it definitely is too good to be true - they could be in Russia, China or North Korea for all you know and you might as well be throwing your $'s down the drain. See a sample of complaints about this company in Australian Product Review beware of the scammers and work only with genuine Australian design businesses with a.com.au,.net.au or.au (because you can only get these web addresses if you are based here in Australia and have an ABN) Be prepared to pay a little bit more-we all know what things cost in Australia and you cannot go too far wrong. To the people that have been ripped off through Covid and where your hard earnt money was/is tight to follow your dreams-my heart goes out to you all, but it wasn't me and we will still be here to pick up the pieces at an affordable price.

TERRABLE TERRABLE COMPANY, a rip off company, they abuse their customers, if you use them, GET A CONTRACT or they will abuse you! I paid a huge amount if money to them up front mind you, they took so long to TRY to get things right, it never got correct. THEY ARE IN INDIA or a foreign country, they have poor communication skills, want more money all the time, turn around time for 1 small thing is a week at minimum, once they have you they do their best to control you. No shame here I called them some pretty nasty names. I had been very ill and told them I needed to take a pause from the construction of the site, because it was causing me to much stress, I told them I needed surgery and when I recover we could resume. When I contacted them to work on the site, they said the way the site was designed was wrong and it needed to be corrected at my expense and if I wanted to use the site they had already constructed it would cost 499.00 to reinstate, well for me that was the last straw... I dont care about the money over 1,700 it is the principal as well as the dirty tactics they used to trap me, (they would not return my registers name to me) I paid for 5 years of hosting as well as building the site. I went to websitesource.com registerd a new name that would work perfectly and said Aloha to LOGO VENTURE and I will write about them until I can't write about them anymore! Stupid jerks! The stress they cause is not worth your time, go to someone who is stationed in the US. Although Logo Venture says they are in the US, they are a Inda based company. They purposely do not give you a contract so they have all the leverage they want and trust me they use it. DO NOT TRUST THEM! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I needed two websites for my real estate business. One was for real estate sale and the other was for property management. I went with Logo venture because they seemed to have a reasonable price. But I wasnt expecting what came next.
Logo Venture kept popping up and their websites looked pretty good and they were supposedly based in Los Angeles; (which I later found out was a false address). They said, Id be charged $795.00 per website and they can do any website I wanted. So, I agreed. And put down a deposited of $1,000.00 to started in order for them to start working on my website. But boy, was I wrong. I was talking with Mathew Wilson, he has an English accent. I gave him my ideas and he said his team can do it 100%. Everything you describe, he agrees 100% he can create it. But theyre just telling you what you want to hear. I purchased 2 websites, social media logins such as Facebook & google, 3 e-mails of a company name and hosting for 3 years. The project began and I dealt with Sean Clark and he has an English and Indian accent as well. I was so excite that I didnt think twice and do my research on this company. They started working on a logo on both of my websites with in 72hrs. However, both logo designs were poor quality and cheap looking. I only have them work on one logo and decided to use my old logo that I had another company design. Within those 4 weeks things seemed smooth and I was taking time to give them my full ideas with examples and links of websites with details of what I wanted. I approved the layout of both websites and one logo. After, that the problems started; and incompetence began. I requested for them to make change on both websites, it took them about 2 weeks, to make some changes and ignored the other requests. They misspell my husbands name. I asked them to make my logo wording little darker on my property management because it was hard to read against the background. They declined and Sean Clarks excuse was that its hard to redesign since its already done. Which I disagreed because I dont think its that hard to make changes the wording a little bigger and darker. But I did not make a big deal. On or around Feb 02,2018, I called and talk to Sean Clark and all of the sudden he transferred me to Mathew. I talk to Mathew, and he said that if I pay the remaining balance of $547.00 for both websites; He will give me discount on the e-mails, 3 years of server and social media logins from $750.00 to $648.00. So, I agreed. After they took my money, they never bothered to send me a receipt even though he said he would. I waited for them to fix or revise my requests. Since I had already approved the layout and I felt like they took forever to make any changes, I started to ask on February 16 2018 to see how long it takes for the website to be completed but they did not answer and ignored my question. I asked them again because I felt that they were ignoring my requests. However, because I asked them to correct the spelling and add wording, it took them forever and he put it back on me; that because I asked them to make corrections on the misspelling, I still have not approved the layout. Which confused me. I replied many times, that I approved the layout. I asked them again to give me an estimate of how long it will take to finish my website on Feb 20,2018. He replied, it will take 7-10 working days once I approve the revisions of my Money Tree website. At this point we were two months in and the website was still not done. He sent me another revision. I approve it. From there on I felt like I was repeating myself so many times and started wondering why if they even read my requests and details of how I wanted the website to be done. They took forever to make any changes even minor ones. I though their designer was incompetent. From there on, it continued to go down hill to make any changes and they took forever. They also did not finish my property management website and there are still problems with the link, misspellings and ignored my requested on the revising of wording, link and the page. After that they change the project manager without my knowledge and have me deal with Mathew Wilson from there on.
They started to integrate an IDX real estate integration for one of my website which is cost me $80.00 per month and designing the website search bar but I did not like it because it had no city and I didnt like the way it looked. My category page, photo and content on the website started to change without my request and it looked worse. I asked them to fix it but never got it done. There goes another month. Still having problems. It seems like these guys dont know what the heck theyre doing or they just do it on purpose to drag the project on and on. I asked them so many times to focus on my project to finish the website because its costing me to have an IDX integrated on my real estate sale and Property Management Link of $130.00 per month. But they still ignore and just kept dragging on and on. My gut feeling told me that they are not professional website designers/developers and their service sucks. On May 18,2018 after going thru that frustration, Mathew Wilson called me if I wanted google analysis to be installed on the website because google charged a one-time fee of $250.00 and assign an account number per website without advising me that the google analysis will only charge if the impression is more than 5 thousand and after that, google only charge $150.00 one-time fee per website if you choose to purchase the google analysis. Which is another of their lies. After all that I started doing research, I knew I should have gone with my gut feeling because it was telling me that they are liars. Now we are in June 01,2018. The website search bar still has problems that theyre taking forever to fix and they still ignored my requests to revise little things on the website. My research uncovered that they dont even have a business license registered with the city of Los Angeles, or the state of California and the office and address that is on their website was a fake address. They are not leasing any office space there in LA. I did ask them many times where they were located and they said that they are in LA. I was so frustrated with both websites not being done and I realized, I became a victim of a scammer. I started to question the 5 star ratings. They sounded too good to be true. I read the negative reviews, which sounded like what I had just gone thru with Logo Venture. They used different company names and numbers to get customers. Some phone numbers on their other company was not working and the number that was working sounded like the same guy I was talking to which is Mathew Wilson. I reached out to some of the people that put on the negative review, they have similar experience. One of the reviews stated that these guys are not a real company and theyre located outside of the US. Thats how they get away with the scam. I started to become nervous because my website was not complete, and its going to be on their server. I do not trust them for any reason. The reason why I decided to do my business with Logo Venture is 1. Located in US 2. Can build any website whether its WordPress, HTML, marketing video. 3. They agreed and told me what I wanted to hear. But they cant finish the job and do it right. I am considering report my situation to the DA and the FBI. If you dont want to go through this and lose money, hire someone local to do your website or logo. It will save you frustration and anger.
