I placed two orders on April 16 and 25,2025. But I haven't got them till now. The last updated shipping statuses are on May 7 for order ************** and on May 16 for order **************. The parcels got lost at the local airport since then obviously. They haven't even got through custom clearance yet. Thus the local logistic company has never got the parcels. I have opened disputes for refunds and messaged the customer service countless times. All the real person agents just gave me the same robotic replies. They all wanted me to be patient and to track the parcels by myself. I have contacted the customer service countless times. It wasted me several hours. While their "higher tier team" just wanted me to wait and wait. I have been rejected from contacting their supervisors. They are unwilling to solve problems at all and just want to postpone the refunds as possible as they can. Although it's just small money, only CAD$16.99 in total. But it's not about the money but about right or wrong. It seems that Aliexpress believes that letting customers wait endlessly until they forget the case or are tired of disputes is the best solution. They don't honor their delivery guarantee policy. I will not buy anything from Aliexpress again. It's a company with no reputation.

Dear AliExpress Customer Care, I understand your standard return policy, but I kindly ask you to read my case carefully: I already paid €13 and shipped the item back (proof already provided). Customs blocked the shipment due to battery restrictions, and the package was returned to me. This is completely beyond my control, and I cannot resend the item, as customs prohibits it. You continue to request that I return the item, but I have already done so, and I was financially penalized despite following your procedures. I am now formally requesting an escalation of this case. Please review the attached documentation and propose a solution that acknowledges: The product is defective I followed all return procedures and paid for shipping The return failed due to customs regulations, not due to any action or fault on my part Please do not send another generic response.
If this issue is not resolved fairly, I will be forced to file formal complaints with the European Consumer Centre (ECC Portugal), the EU ODR Platform, and the Portuguese Consumer Rights Authorities. I sincerely hope it won't come to that. Best regards,

Bought two Kingchuxing 2TB M. 2 SSDs advertised as brand new. Both failed within hours. SMART logs and kernel messages clearly show hardware defects and uncorrectable media errors — classic signs of recycled or fake-capacity drives. I provided full technical evidence, including screenshots, logs, and a comparison video with a known-good SSD. The seller refused to honor the advertised 3-year warranty, and AliExpress sided with them despite the obvious fraud. I escalated the case repeatedly, but AliExpress dismissed my claim with generic messages like "your evidence is insufficient" or "your link does not open" (even though it worked perfectly). Their so-called "Buyer Protection" is a marketing slogan — not a policy they enforce. I was treated like a thief

On June 26,2025, a delivery man gave me a package, but when he got to his vehicle, he sent me two emails informing me that he had given me two packages. He has a photo of the package he gave me, but no photo of the second package that the delivery man also claims to have delivered to me. Between June 26 and July 4,2025, I exchanged nearly twenty emails with the delivery company, which refuses to retract its statement, only stating that there is a problem with the delivery. Aliexpress refuses this incomplete information and even accuses me of having possibly falsified one of the emails provided by the delivery company. On the web, customers complain that they never received their package from this delivery company. Some even claim to have camera evidence that it was the delivery person who stole the package.In my case, Aliexpress prefers to believe the organization with a bad reputation, rather than my version. I have been an honest Aliexpress customer for over ten years. I am closing my account; Aliexpress insulted me! I am requesting a chargeback from my bank. Aliexpress is not telling the truth. Aliexpress never investigated. I immediately received an email from them saying there was insufficient evidence. Here it is, I have provided all the information and especially all the evidence that the delivery company was willing to provide me for Aliexpress. I have never received any support from Aliexpress at any time. I am the victim who never received the package! Aliexpress is in bad faith and will never refund even if you provide all the requested information. Aliexpress will lead you around in circles until you end up requesting a chargeback from your bank. Aliexpress does not respect any of its own rules! Never buy their "Choice" product, because they are more expensive, but this does not provide you with any protection. Chances are high that one day or another, you will be scammed by Aliexpress! It's my turn this time!

Hello, I have clearly demonstrated that I purchased a product based on the information provided by the seller and that the seller sent me a different product than what was advertised. In addition, the seller removed the product label to prevent me from seeing that it is not cotton. In the seller's photo, the Bermuda shorts have elastic around the waist, but not on the ones he sent me. I already own Khaki Bermuda shorts (left) of this model displayed by the seller that I bought from another seller and I am able to wear them. The pale gray Bermuda shorts sent by the seller do not have elastic, nor a tag and they are clearly not cotton. I have to give them away. Aliexpress is refusing to refund despite the clear visual evidence. I purchased "choice" to ensure I was not scammed, but it doesn't change anything. It just costs more, obviously! I've been scammed a lot on this site and I opted for "Choice", but I just got scammed again! Obviously, Aliexpress protects its sellers at all costs, whether they are honest or not! I contacted their customer service and, for the first time, I encountered a rude agent. This company is clearly in decline. I'm stopping my purchases and going elsewhere!

I have ordered 3 items: 1 was said to have shipped and been received, no such luck. Took a month to get refund, luckily I used Paypal.
The other 2 items have been canceled due to not shipping in time(5days). I suspect the price was too good and the didn't want to sell(it is currently listed at higher price)

Hello everyone,
I'd like to share my personal experience with AliExpress so that others can learn from what happened to me. Order Details:
I ordered a pair of Maybach sunglasses that were clearly described with all the specs and photos on the product page.
Unfortunately, after a long wait, I received something completely different!
What I got was just a weird-looking leather case — I honestly don't even know what it's for — and it has a Lexus logo on it instead of Maybach.
So, the item I received had absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered.
What I Did After That:
I submitted a complaint to AliExpress 4 separate times, each time attaching all the necessary proof:
Photos of the item I received.
A video showing the difference.
Screenshots of my order.
Unfortunately, they rejected every single claim without a fair resolution or any compensation.
How I'm Protecting My Rights:
I've now filed an official dispute with my bank to get my money back through a chargeback, because this was clearly a case of fraud or misleading advertising.
My advice to anyone considering buying from AliExpress:
Always check the seller's ratings and reviews before paying.
Always pay with a credit card that lets you file a chargeback if needed.
If something similar happens to you, don't stay silent — gather your evidence and take action with your bank.
Why I'm Sharing This:
This is my true story, backed with photos and proof, and I'm sharing it to raise awareness so that others don't go through the same thing.
May God compensate me and everyone else who's been through this. Stay cautious and shop safely!

SCAM FREE RETURNS!

They used to provided a return shipping label. Now they tell you to pay the return shipping and they will refund you for the cost of your item + the return shipping cost. A TOTAL LIE! I have contacted their customer service, the merchant and my bank. All have denied me my return cost, even with significant proof. DONT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS unless you want to lose your money on false policies and promises of a return. Hese were the instructions:
"Make sure to ship the item(s) and to enter the tracking number below before Apr 4,17:13 PT. Please well pack the item, especially the fragile items, and pay the return shipping fee first. Once we've received and inspected your returned item(s), we'll refund your order amount and return the shipping fee. Parcels with freight collect will be
Rejected by the warehouse. Please do not pack all the items in one parcel." I returned my items on March 26,2025. I ONLY got the refund for the items a month later. They kept denying and telling my that the seller is responsible for paying the return fee, which is bogas af! DONT BUY THE ITEMS!

I bought an item from AliExpress that turned out defective. I opened a dispute within 30 days and followed the seller's instructions. The AliExpress agent promised in writing that my return shipping fee would be refunded once I returned the item. I paid $105.41 for DHL return shipping. DHL confirmed the return was delivered to their warehouse on June 9,2025. I provided proof of delivery, shipping receipt, and agent promise over 10 times. AliExpress refused to refund as promised and stopped helping me. This was very unprofessional and unfair to me as a buyer. I am sharing this to warn others.

Buyers Beware!

Scammed and repeatedly lied to - seller didn't ship order after a week, ignored cancellation requests. I then requested cancellation and told if seller doesn't respond in 48 hours it will be cancelled. Senior team told me I have to wait a month to be shipped. I explained I wanted it cancelled. Day 3 no update, Senior team change what they say daily. I cant buy elsewhere without a refund. Highly advise using alternatives like Shein and Temu as Ali Express do not put customers first. BEWARE.

I've been using AliExpress for a couple of years without major issues—until recently. I ordered three rabbit brooches and three cat brooches, but instead, I received three cat brooches and a silver ring originally packed by the manufacturer and a seller with a label " Fashion punk style hollow lines rabbit stainless steel gold-plated 18K brooch, black suit accessories, wedding matching set". I contacted customer service and submitted a return request. I tried every available return reason: "Wrong item sent" – Rejected "Missing parts" – Rejected "The description is misleading" – Rejected Each time, I submitted all required documents: photos, videos, seller communication, tracking info, and even official documentation from the logistics company. Each time, I was told it was insufficient. The customer service chat was completely unhelpful and repeatedly misled me. Even though the purchase was under Choice Policy, I was told I'd be charged $10 per return label—but the label never generated. Now I'm being pushed to return the wrong item to Hong Kong at my expense ($30), for a $10 purchase. This is a scam. It's fraudulent, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. AliExpress places the entire burden of proof on the customer, only to reject claims and wear you down until you give up. It leaves you feeling scammed, frustrated, and frankly, insulted. I highly do NOT recommend AliExpress. After this experience, I will never buy anything from them again.

Let me save you some pain: don't order from AliExpress. Just don't. It's been over 3 WEEKS since my issue started — and for the past FIVE DAYS, I've done nothing but fight with their customer support, trying to resolve it. What did I get in return? Copy-paste replies, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. Every time I asked for real help, they sent the same robotic responses. I provided all the evidence. I followed every step. Still — no refund, no solution, no human response. Just this endless, mind-numbing loop. I've wasted hours of my time. I could've spent it working, studying, resting — doing literally anything else. But no, I had to babysit a customer service system that treats users like garbage. 🔥 I will never, ever buy from AliExpress again, and if you value your time and sanity, you shouldn't either. The platform is broken. The support is a joke. And your money? As good as gone if something goes wrong. Spread the word. People deserve to know.

Avoid at all costs

Bought several bricksets from them. All were missing pieces which I bought from a brick store out of my own pocket. Asked for partial refund, and was denied 3 times. They wanted the competed sets returned instead. At which point I'm out the money I spent on replacement bricks. Avoid this app at all costs.

Full of scammers

I wanted to order some S size pants but by the time I reached the payment step it automatically switched to XL without me recognizing it, so it made me order a size XL this way. After I received the pants I ordered the S size that I wanted with special attention to this. I once again received an EU size XL instead of the S size, even though now the order said S on my profile. At first they denied to provide a shipping label to send it back. Then they refused to provide me a full refund stating that the evidence I sent was not good enough for them. I had to waste so much time on this sht meanwhile they were trying to nick me purposely (the pants' size tag was empty, but they stitched an S size card to it with a pin). I had to take pictures and measure the product for them, I had to open several tickets through their chat because they kept closing them after 24 hours with no solution. They simply do not care and the only people you can reach - the chat agents cannot do anything, it is a giant waste of time. It is not even possible to leave a review on the product to warn other people, cos they check them and only let the positive ones go through. Title: Poor Customer Service – Forced to Pay Return Shipping Despite Defective Item and Expert Evidence I purchased a hard drive from AliExpress that arrived damaged. There is a technical expert report and a screenshot from a hard drive diagnostic tool clearly proving the defect was not caused by me. Despite this, AliExpress repeatedly demands that I return the item at my own expense by May 23,2025. The return shipping cost is over €21, while the item price was only about €11. I have contacted customer service and even the escalation team (2nd support level) multiple times, but their responses are repetitive and do not address the issue of unfair return shipping costs. It is very disappointing that AliExpress does not take responsibility for shipping damage and insists on unreasonable conditions for returns. I would caution others to be aware of this if you buy electronics from them.
