I bought several 100 sterling silver rings and not a single one is genuine. They could not pass a acid test to indicate their authenticity. All cheap junk made in china. I am out 1000 dollars... Will probably open a case with my credit card company...
I bid, I won, I waited, I called and for no reason to give me, I was told the order was canceled. And that I would receive a refund. After they held my money for 5 weeks, I get a refund. So, if you canceled your order they will charge you 15%, if they cancel, they get to draw interest on the money held. Bad Form!
I had ordered from them in the past and had no issues so I felt okay ordering again. This time I ordered 2 pallets equaling too much money! These were salvaged pallets but the description claimed they were great for resellers, and they might have mis matched shoes, some damages, and could be good for parts. So I ordered. These pallets are literal GARBAGE! Over 50% of the shoes were slashed. SLASHED! With a box cutter or scissors. You cant use that for resell, or for parts! When they say mis matched, that to me means that the other match is in the box they just didn't put everything together. Nope they are just completely different sizes (ex: Right side is a 9 and left size is a 5.5). Nothing in the box matches. These were complete lies! I opened claims for both pallets and they were denied because they said they were salvaged and that means they can be garbage and slashed, but no where anywhere does it mention that and the fact that is says great for resellers is an absolute lie in itself. I called to dispute again and the customer service lady cussed me out and hung up on me because I wanted to talk to a manager about the accuracy of their descriptions.
I bought a shoes pallets from this site.The pictures I saw was only the top of the pallets and had a good shoes. The pallet arrived and surprise the shoes that I saw were there but all damage they only show the good part I bought 96 pairs of shoes none worth a penny. I had to trow almost all of them I kept only 4 pairs ( used shoes) I lost 1300 a little more dollars. I do not know how you can sell things like this. Shame on you.Do not fall people, do not buy here stay away.
Wish I would read reviews before purchasing anything from them. Cheaters. That's the most kind word I can describe the company with. Out of four bids I've von there's nothing matching manifest/product description. Neither in quality nor in quantity. White gold, for example (pics of it is uploaded under the review - does it look like white gold to you?.), that's stated as product description and in manifest for the auction turned to be either cheap metal or plastic. I do believe it should be punished by the law in general. The worst thing is I don't know how to deal with them and make things right. Customer service sends automated emails on my disputes about all parcels I've received. All the disputes were filled in time, by requirement of the website contain all the info pictures included. Yet I receive email asking to provide all necessary details.
On a big scale I'd say they're the corporation of scammers.
Loss of time and money!
I won an auction for 300 pairs of shoes, before I received my order, I had to follow up with the freight company myself because somebody did not pay for the freight, a week order ended being late, and after I received it, only 100 were in good condition, the rest were dry-rotted, reached out to the company and they want pictures of all 200 pieces that were damaged within 24 hours or the case will be closed even though I had already sent pictures of what the general damage looks like.
I have already wasted time checking the whole lot, now I have to waste another day going through it all and taking individual pictures for a case I don't know what the outcome will be, I have a business to run and can not afford to waste more time, I have bought pallet from other company, and I have never had this problem, I am just going to write it off as a loss and never buy again from them.
The administration works for the sellers and let them rip you off. Wont use them again ever. They send you garbage and it says is in good condition.
Apparently only a couple warehouses do that. They told me that after I had already won two lots of jewelry. From the same seller, to be shipped to the same address and they said they cant even contact the seller to ask them to ship them in the same package. And it was over $40 CAD to ship each package, just a few cities away. And both lots were so tiny they could have easily just been thrown in a bubble mailer together.
I'm sure you could find some good deals if you were planning on picking the lots up yourself but I would advise against having them or the seller do the shipping and I wouldnt trust them because they clearly engage in false/misleading advertising.
They did double charge for a Transact. My bank confirmed but they said we did not receive the money.
One Listing was for 925 stamped Necklace earring set and 16 set are not stamped 925.
Also i got a lot of brand new t-shirt and about 40% has stains or small hole, the give you 3 days to check all item and send picture to them, this company you no be able to sale or this crap.
They scam you with the products, I recently bought one they make you think it's high end they'll name apple, beats, sony, and Samsung but don't fall for it they aren't the real deal they give you fake ones which in my pallet included fake airpods, and beats I know they're fake because the serial numbers don't match. I was hoping to resell and get double my money but unfortunately I'm not gonna be able to. DONT BUY FROM LIQUIDATION they don't care about the customers they care about the seller. I contacted them about my situation and I haven't heard from them since I got my package its been almost a week without a response.
I bought bra's and underwear and no sizes, super cheap! Stay away from this company, I put in a dispute but I doubt I will get my money back. I just want to send them back. The Goodwill gets 300 dollars worth of crap!

Bought a "natural sapphire" that came with a supposedly independent lab report stating that it is indeed a natural sapphire. It was just a piece of glass. Then I pointed it out and they asked me to jump through hoops with video proof, checking it by a local jeweler, etc all in 48 hours or they would not refund me. I'm sure most people don't jump through those hoops. I run a jewelry store and responded immediately. They ten said they would not issue a refund because I gave incomplete information. AMEX got all the info too and blocked the charge, but you should be aware of this scam. They have also ignored my requests to get the contact info and name of the supposed vendor who listed the item. A Google search shows nothing under the name the vendor uses in the listing. This is a scam planned all the way through.
I have been using this site for lack of finding one similarly priced for the last year or so. About 30% of my purchases have ever been as described or in the condition stated. Any time I have reached out to their customer service department, no one gets back to me. When I file a dispute, they have always sided with the seller even when the seller blatantly lies. They have even gone as far as allowing the sellers to change the manifests after my purchase has been completed so you never really know what you are buying. If anyone knows of a better site, PLEASE let me know!
I bought several auctions from this company in the same week. 2 were for "mystery packages" that were said to be valued at approx. $3750... NOT EVEN CLOSE! It was all utter garbage with a retail value (if new) of no more that $200 for each box of 25 unmanifested packages. Then another auction was for 150 "High End Designer Ties" from a seller called TheTieShop. The shredded box came with ties hanging out and NOT A SINGLE TIE was from a high end designer. The pictures this seller used are not at all what was in the box and they are still using the same pictures and descriptions to sell complete stained, ripped garbage. Liquidation.com will not accept a dispute on this auction because it was "salvage" which I knew, but it was the false pictures, description and outright lies that I dispute. Had they been honest and said "box of useless garbage ties that you cannot wear or sell" I would have simply scrolled on past it. Lesson learned, but do your homework. Liquidation.com has MANY negative reviews out there including with consumer affairs, yet they still get away with scamming people. Buyer beware.
At least 5% of my items from the manifest were missing. All small, high dollar value merch. My pallet count was correct. This was a tool lot. They specifically stated if it was "tool only" Meaning if it was missing a battery. Every battery was missing on every item. Approximately 1K on batteries. Either they are scammers or have thieves working in their warehouse. I'll update if there is a resolution.
First (and last time using Liquidation.com). Purchased a pallet via auction for $650 on Nov 15th, 2021. Funds cleared my bank on the 16th. A few days later, I received an invalid tracking number. Called Liquidation to inquire and the rep said it shipped out the day before and it would take a few days for the PRO number to register. Gave 3 days for the tracking to show up - nothing, still showing as an invalid number. Called again, the next rep said it HADN'T shipped and that they were contacting the warehouse (Garland, Tx) and to call back. I gave it another few days and called back again. This time, the rep said she would email the manager of the warehouse, stating this was unusual as they have only 3 days to offload. I was instructed to wait and call back in a few days. By this point, I had my finger on my banks number to dispute the charge but thought I would give the benefit of the doubt. Called 3 days later and still nothing from the warehouse. At that point I stated CLEARLY to cancel the order. Rep said it would take 3-4 business days to process. Well, you guessed it - nothing was canceled or refunded. Called on the 5th business day and the next story I got was the ‘order can't be canceled until they've put a tracer on it'… Which takes 8-9 business days. Today, Dec 10th, the rep said the order is being canceled and funds will be returned within 3-5 business days. I doubt they're doing anything to make this right. I'll now have to wait a full 5 business days and then contact the bank to dispute. I can't even get them to send me an email confirming this. Please, for the love of Pete, DO NOT BUY from Liquidation.com
This company is a joke and half for the past 2 months and so i try to get a refund and its a Froud i contacted via email every week almost for the past two months cant give an answer where is my refund when i attempt via chat they say they are contacting the finance department like if the finance department is located in another planet they say the check was mailed 3 weeks ago and there is no tracking? When they say i need to give them my information for the bank to wire my money still waiting for the wire there is no email no response at all AT ALL the products that they sell are deceiving to the end user the pictures of the items that are for sale are not the real pictures all A FROUD -- I HAVE ATTEMPT EVERYTHING TO CONTACT THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AND NOTHING THER IS NO ANSWER TO MY QUESTION LIKE WHO DOES THAT ONLY PHONY BUSINESS
Bought a pallet from them that i had to bid to get. The information claim that the product had an estimated worth of $2999 but when i received the pallet it was totally worthless. Everything on the pallet was complete trash. They will not reimburse any cash back nor will give me another pallet to compensate thier mistake. Save your money dont buy their trash.
