I wish I had read reviews about the company before I purchased. "High end boutique" was the listing and I got very used junk. I understand the packages were not opened, but they specifically said high-end boutique and that is nowhere near what I got. I got very used clothing, wax for candles, and a couple of cheap jewelry rings. I don't know how they thought this was high-end or boutique, but I will never use them again. Shipping was a obscenely high and slow. When I pay more than $40 in shipping, it should not take more than a week to arrive. Would give 0 stars. DON'T DO IT!
My wife and I have spent several hundred dollars here. This is a legit site and you can get some good deals. I gave them 3 stars because you have to be careful of the shipping costs and the condition. They have a lot of "salvage" items that are really just that, junk. BUT... they have a lot of new items and shelf pulls that one could find great deals and the customer service department is easy to get on the phone if you need them. 3 Stars.
I purchased a pallet of furniture from RetailWest-BW on Liquidation.com. The items were returns. My items shipped the same day and arrived quickly. There were some minor damages and flaws but overall the furniture is new usable and nice. I did purchase a couch thinking it would be the size of a sofa but instead was a large living room chair. I should have known better since I was only getting one pallet. I bought site unseen and was pleasantly surprised. I paid more in shipping than I did for the items I purchased. I have gained knowledge from this experience which will be helpful when I purchase from them again.
Scam they ask you for insurance payment and than for shipment wich is redicules expencive I get a 300 pallet plus 600 for insurance and 1500 for shipment they just wash your brain gettting that money from you
Bought 52 video players from Sony, 7 were to be dvd players the rest blu ray players, I got 30 dvd players, they said to bad for me, should have checked boxes at their warehouse. I thought they were honest?, How do we know you did not switch them out? Ya i have 30 sony dvd players kicking around the house. Many blu ray player boxes had dvd players in them?
Purchased 2 lots of clothing from Liquidation.com and both lots I had to throw away. They smelled, had rips and were basically rags. Luckily I didn't spend too much on these lots. I'm not sure how they get away with selling this type of junk. I have been buying liquidation clothing for the past 12 yrs for my store and have never received such horrible quality. My advise is use good liquidators. I own a clothing store and deal in clothing so I purchase from LiquidationGeneral.com and they are fantastic. If you deal in other types of products I'm sure you can find liquidators that deal in whatever you are looking for. Just make sure you find a good one and stay away from Liquidation.com! Hopefully people read these reviews before buying and put Liquidation.com out of business.
I bought a shoes pallets from this site. The pictures I saw was only the top of the pallets and had a good shoes. The pallet arrived and surprise the shoes that I saw were there but all damage they only show the good part I bought 96 pairs of shoes none worth a penny. I had to trow almost all of them I kept only 4 pairs ( used shoes) I lost 1300 a little more dollars. I do not know how you can sell things like this. Shame on you.Do not fall people, do not buy here stay away.
I have been in this business a lot of years; bought 2 pallets of Gander outdoor RETURNS. This company has no idea how to separate salvage from returns. Both should be listed as SALVAGE. You can't wear sunglasses with one lens or repair ripped waders, snapped fishing poles. Pallets were 90% trash!
Bought a lot of "natural turquoise and stone" jewelry. None of what I got matched the pictures. The jewelry was made from plastic. Customer service did not respond, but denied the claim on the grounds that I did not send the support that they asked for. They reopened the dispute so that I could send them supporting evidence that the items were not real. They recommended that I hire a geologist to analyze the stones. So I set a piece of turquoise on fire, revealing clay coated in resin. They still denied the claim, saying that they could not verify that ALL of the pieces were the same... now I get to put everything together and appeal to my bank.
Liquidation.com will protect their scammy vendors, and they do not care about you, the customer.
Do not buy from liquidation.com. They would see you out of business before doing what's right, and they will gaslight and lie to your face with a smile and a pleasant voice.
Just want to say thank you to the guys that Loaded our trucks and a very timely manner and to whoever is receiving messages as we arrive at the facility you guys are truly appreciated you make it easy on us and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you so much merry Christmas See you guys soon!
I bought a bunk bed (main auction item) that also had 6 other items. There was a pallet load of boxes that I picked up. I discovered that over HALF of the bunk bed pieces are missing. I lodged a dispute, and they said that it was my responsibility to notify them when I picked the goods up. They offered no recourse of action or refund.
This guy sends "undeliverable packages" from USPS and UPS. But it literally is a $200-$300 turd in a box. Some of the items didn't even have return labels on them, they were just in bags. I spent about $200 on forty some items and they are items you would buy at Dollar General or would buy in a garage sale. This guy sucks! Buyers beware
This was my first time purchasing from liquidation.com. Ive purchased other "returns" boxes and pallets from other vendors so I know how the process goes. I was extremely disappointed in the box that I received. I purchased a "returns" electronics box. Some of the items were broken. One of the big ticket items featured in the main photo had NO product in the box. So disappointing that they are even allowed to do this. A few of the items were cords or what looked like some type of charger. Not recommending this site to anyone!
Do NOT go by any pictures or descriptions, they will not stand by anything they offer. Pictures are not of the product that was sent and when questioned about them, they state that all is "AS IS" even though these auctions did not state as is on the bid pages. They will not allow for any disputes for poor product or inaccurate information. Buyer beware.
I was swindle out of 624.00 the liquidation is in with the seller, I prude that this was not real. They it was worth 9,000 not worth more then 50.00. Please don't buy from them they will rip you off. After filing a complaint with liquidation they are with seller they don't want to lose their commission. So i will go to my credit card. I did it their was know I will do it mine.
We're sorry to hear about your recent experience with Liquidation.com. If the listing indicated the merchandise was real, and once received you identified it wasn't then this can easily be resolved. I'd personally like to help you get this straightened out, but will need some information from you - namely the transaction ID of the purchase. We look forward to hearing from you.
I won the bid of phones not working condition for parts only, when i received the shipment it was only junk even no parts was in there. I tried to get help of Liquidation and they never helped me out. There are lot of scan vendors on it
I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience with Liquidation.com. From your review it sounds like you won a salvage auction lot, which can only really be used for parts and recommended for professional buyers who can either sell the components in pieces, or uses the remaining parts to refurbish. Because these lots are classified as salvage and include this warning on the auction and bid confirmation steps, we do not honor disputes as these lots are sold as-is, where-is.
Liquidation.com
The customer service is really almost non-existant. Their prices are great but actually getting the order to go through can sometimes be confusing, and it doesn't help that it's almost impossible to get a reply from customer service
Stay away from this website Liquidation.com. They will sell you garage items claiming to be of high MSRP value, but when you get the actual items you will be disappointed. And, also it is very hard to win any dispute cases you make with them.
I didn't buy anything or didn't had any business in liquidation.com, but I tried. I went into website and looked over some auctions and most were rip off. No clear description of what you bidding on; just couple of high end merchandise on description and added with "specific number" more items included. Saw 5 used PS4 in a bad looking condition stuffed in a box, no cable no controller, but MSRP was showing $2499. Like NO WAY! 5 new ones in a box with controller u can get for $1000 or cheaper. And there was 60 video game disks, oh man based on how they stuffed I can tell that 20% will break during shipping and most will get scratch from frictions, no precaution taken whatsoever. I thought it could be decent website but I don't even want to try it out.
While some auctions provide more detail than others, the MSRP value is always the 'Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Value' and is not what the buyer of these products expect to receive when reselling. Furthermore, we have a variety of conditions for every auction sold on Liquidation.com ranging from New to Salvage, and depending on the type of reseller who's purchasing these lots can make a profit. Thousands of buyers purchase from our site every week, and we would welcome you to join them. If you have questions along the way, our support team would be more than willing to answer any and all questions.
If you want broken missing $#*! just purchase from them and they will never stand behind anything. You need to inspect item by item and don't take anything for granted. And when you find it is all crap and refuse to accept they still will not refund.
Answer: They keep your money as long as they can. Doing everyone like you can you imagine how much interest they are drawing off of everyone the longer that they keep your money.
Answer: Yes, I did it. The claim was opened yesterday. I hope they will work the right way.
Answer: About 15 minutes for them to confirm your payment information.
