On April 29,2023, I won 3 auctions from this site from the same seller "surplusandreturns". The auction title was "Wholesale Packages Merchandise Returns, Lost Mail, Undelivered Post" The auction stated: - Wholesale lot of unmanifested unopened general merchandise returns - It also contains mail that is Undelivered / Unclaimed/ lost. - This lot contains up to 30(10-30) packages sourced from big and well knows shipping suppliers. It is unknown what's inside these packages because they have not been opened to examine the content. USPS - MSRP unknown amount. - There is no guarantee of what's inside the packages and the condition of the items. Bid confidently and carefully. I was excited winning these auctions because I thought I was getting unopened packages. But when I received the first batch of the packages from auction 1 & 2, I was very disappointed to see the packages are opened and and rewrapped! So obviously these packages content was examined already and have been selected, the reason all the packages are garbage and worthless. I feel so scammed, ripped off, defrauded and cheated by Liquidation. I contact them to cancel the Auction 3 and to stop the shipment because I know what I am getting. Yet they refused to cancel and asked me to file a dispute on their site if there are any issue. But when I log in to complain, I was banned because I filed a dispute on Paypal for the first batch of shipment. And the only way to get back to their site if I cancelled the dispute on Paypal, Good thing I did not close the dispute on Paypal because the following day I received an email from them denying my claim. I am very disappointed with Liquidation.com. It used to be a great site for buying bulk merchandise but for them to defend these scammers, this really give them a bad name. They should not allow these type of dishonest sellers to sell to their site. I escalated my claim on Paypal. Please beware of Liquidation, This site cannot be trusted anymore. I will never complain if I received unopened packages as stated in the listing. This is not right at all. I want to cry so bad when I get the first batch of the packages because I just feel like I am being scammed with these REWRAPPED and opened packages of worthless garbage that I paid over 1,000 dollars total. These items are made in china, no name, just items that has poor quality, the garage items are way better than these junks. What a NIGHTMARE!

Sports gear depot was the reseller, not going to buy from them again, thought with 10k sales and 17 years on site, means nothing - everything but a few items were completely broken, zero use, complete junk, bought a fishing lot --only a few bobbers were salvagable- RUN from this site, or at least this seller, totally disappointed, if its' broken throw it away-- or mark salvage junk-- very deceptive and dishonet -- make you think your getting good returns and just a ton of junk all broken. 1out 10

Learn from my mistake! Simple! Don't deal with this company! Read the reviews!

I'm not new to this but this is flat out con game. The sellers on this site are in bed with the operators of the site. I was watching a YouTube videos and thought it was a good idea to bid. I didn't know much and I didn't do a proper research which in the end I will find out to be a really bad idea. I ended up bidding on two actions which I won, I paid immediately and received a confirmation e-mail with what appears to be a UPS tracking number. Everything went downhill from there.

Here is why, the first auction took a long time to even ship. I kept checking the UPS tracking and all it is saying is "Label Created" 2 weeks has gone by and I finally called their customer service. The said it will take 3 to 5 business days to ship and the day that I paid and weekend is not counted as the business day. Needless to say, 1 day before I can officially cancel, the item shipped.

I received it 4 days later, and it was not as advertised. The auction stated, "Refurbished" but "Salvage" would be a more appropriate. The items in the picture was nowhere near what I received. I received 4 Laptop computers with property of school stickers which are nearly impossible to remove without using any types of chemicals and when I did, I just wanted to put the stickers back due to the scratches. It looks like these has been used and re-sued multiple times and has came to it's end of life. The battery doesn't hold charge and trackpad are popping off. The was the first two, the other two was even worse. It came fully charged but when I thought I could use it for something, I tried to re-charge it but two of the power cords don't work. The little rubber gromets on the screen are all missing and has exposed screws. I din't even bother with the last two, I know even the garbage man won't pick it up.

Needless to say, this lot is a loss! They will charge you with "Buyer's premium" on top of sales tax. Then to top it off, the bloated shipping. I was taken for a ride!

Did I say I won two auctions? Oh yes I did, surprisingly, the second auction was cheaper and since I can't back out of it anymore, I may be able to recoup some of my losses on the first auction and thinking that this was just "Luck of the draw".

Well, think again! 3 weeks later, my package still hasn't moved and still showing only "label created", I kept on calling and they keep saying it will ship soon or it is now being prepared for shipping or it is now in transit. Guess again! The ladies over there are bunch of liars! Before the holidays, 23rd of December, I call again and they themselves ran out of excuses and gave me the option to just cancel so I did.

I cancelled and was told that it will take 3 to 5 business days to process the refund and since it's the holidays, only God knows when. Meanwhile, I checked my Liquidation.com account and they still charged me cancellation fee! At this point, I don't want to deal with these fools an will just file it under lesson learned and tuition fee for learning a new scam that people do these days.

Remember, you can't bid without a credit card so make sure you don't compromise your CC and remove it as fast as you can.

Liquidation.com company has no idea how to run a business. They take and expect you to pay right away for your auctions won, which is not a problem for me. The problem is getting all of the pallets to the auction that you won. At first, we received all of our auctions. I started out buying Amazon auctions, but honey their stuff was filthy. You have to spend hours just cleaning their stuff up. Really nasty. After we got tired of cleaning everything that almost that came in, and BTW they are now called Titan on Liquidation. I have no idea why the name changes on their auctions? I'm assuming that they had a bad name for the reason I just wrote. Now here comes the second problem. I changed up and started bidding on everyone else's auctions and here is the next problem. Just about every auction won (not all) when delivered was missing pallets and what I did receive a lot was broken to pieces! It was all big money pallets for some reason that was NOT delivered. We got the lower dollar pallets, but the here comes the disputes! We have to go over our manifests' and inventory every pallet that we got, and all has to be done in 72 hours. This includes filing the disputes. We have even had disputes denied, can you believe that. Money totally lost! On the lost pallets we get a very small portion of our money back after having to comply with their every demand if they need more information. You only have 24 hours to reply. Not everyone checks their email that often. If you don't reply in 24 hours of them sending for additional information, your claim will be denied on the spot. Another way for them to keep your money. Now as far as damage. They expect you to keep all the damaged products as if we have the space. This is so they can check the damage if needed. Never have they checked! I have a unsightly pile of broken and smashed products sitting outside of our gate. Remember Sandford & Son show? Well, our house outside is beginning to be well on its way to being a junk yard. I don't understand why they don't just come and get the junk and keep it as evidence since they do not want us to take it to the dump. Speaking of dump, have you guys noticed when you do get your pallets that on top of those pallets is junk that is broken, and they know it. After doing everyone this way they never have to go to the dump because it is dumped on us to get rid of. Now remember, we are paying freight by the pound. Well all of the broken crap that they know is broken, we are paying shipping on as well. It's not a free ride for the junk to be thrown on us. They must charge Liquidation to take stuff to the dump from their warehouses so it's being pawned off on us. At this point, I have no idea how many pallets that has been lost so far and as you will see I have bid on and won several auctions in just a short while. I would like to ask everyone that has missing pallets to refuse shipment if it's not complete! If we all do this, they will fix whatever problem that they have. Freight truck comes, have your paperwork in hand and count pallets. If it's missing even one (which I have never been that lucky) REFUSE IT! DON"T TAKE IT! RETURN IT BACK TO THEM! That is exactly what I will do on the next two auctions, that are sitting and ready for delivery! After I receive them, I will never bid on another auction again. They do not deserve my or your business any longer if they are going to rip us off like they have been. Now I will give credit on the last auction delivered! I received all of my pallets, if anything there is minable damage. I did receive some great pallets for once! Below is a list of auctions that I have won. I ordered a pallet of "customer returns" goods from Liquidation.com from a seller called "BedBathBeyond_Stores." The pallet was estimated at $6,311.59 in MSRP value. When we received it and inventoried the contents, not only were the items disgustingly used, they value that we tabulated was just under $3700 MSRP. The items should have been sold as SALVAGE and not RETURN. We contacted Liquidation.com to discuss the issue and filed a complaint and dispute with them. We were informed this day that the dispute was not concluded in our favor and that we were stuck with the JUNK items that we received.

I would not recommend using BedBathBeyond_Stores and at this point we are taking Liquidation.com off our vendor list due to their inept manner of handling customer complaints. There are many other companies to choose from and we are disappointed and dismayed at the service, or lack thereof from Liquidation.com. Just proves that the small fish get no respect from them.

Please understand that I knew that there would be issues with some of the products. That's the nature of the business. However, the GROSS misrepresentation by Bed_Bath_Beyond_Stores and the support of that misrepresentation by Liquidation.com is unacceptable. As a bidder, PLEASE take caution before you actually do the bidding and make sure you are prepared for a loss.

Also, the shipping "quote" ended up being over $60 MORE than we anticipated, which ate into ANY profit that much more. Again, buyer beware before using this company and explore all other options. As this industry grows so will the opportunity to work with folks who care about customer satisfaction. THIS company does not.

I have had an account with liquidation.com for more than 10 years. In prior years my experience was mostly good in that at least 70% of the items that I received in a "returns" lot was sellable and I could usually at least make my money back. I filed a dispute once and I won because the seller sold me junk that didn't work. At that time, their return lots were always inspected and marked on the manifest with their condition.

Well it had been at least 2 or 3 years since I purchased anything from them but I was looking for some school supplies so I went on there. I could tell that there were mostly new sellers on the site and that a lot of them were now selling "Amazon returns". I then won a lot of "returns" from seller Amazon_Liquidators out of Indiana.

The description said the items are returned and had not been tested for functionality. That should have set off red flags for me because in the past, they would at least let you know the condition of the items in the lot.

Well, after getting the box, I was dismayed to find half of the items were salvage crap and that ALL of the high dollar value items that would have made me my money back were among the items nonworking, damaged or broken. The rest of the items were fillers such as phone cases, cables, holders etc.-- give away items not worth anything. After filing a dispute, I received this email from them:

"We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to award the dispute in your favor for the following reason(s):

1) The auction was properly listed as returns. Return condition units are not guaranteed to be functional as the majority have operational and cosmetic issues, they may show signs of use and may not include all parts and accessories.
2) The auction description indicated these units were not tested for functionality."

WAIT! WHAT! SO BASICALLY YOU ARE ADMITTING THAT YOUR "RETURNS" ARE JUNK! Liquidation.com is purposely allowing sellers to send them items to sell that they haven't even looked at and call them "returns" just because someone sent it back to Amazon!

That's B*#%$#@! These crooks are knowingly buying items from Amazon that have been tagged as salvage and sending it over to Liquidation as "returns" because Liquidation no longer requires them to inspect their product. Liquidation has then made it easy for them to avoid responsibility for their crap by having them disclaim them in their descriptions. I told them to close my account after having it for 10 years!

Both Liquidation and the sellers are complicit in this scam. They have become greedy whor***s with no concious! Obviously they only care about maintaining their lifestyle that this scam site affords them and not about the consumers who are being victimized by what has become a purely bait and switch tool. STAY AWAY!

Excited to be buying my first lot of "designer children's clothing," such as Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Guess, Nautica... has turned out to be the most frustrating nightmare of anything I've ever done. I see liquidation.com advertisements everywhere, so ASSUMPTIONS are costly. Pay attention to the review sites and experiences of others, and if you see mostly ripoffs, then trust the consumer. I am one of them, and being a business person I fell for the stellar advertisements. Also, BBB is NOT the place to go to find out about a company. I've experienced this before, and have talked to others who have checked with them as well. Liquidation.com has an A+ rating, so enough said about this. Everything seemed fine at first. I got an email stating that I had won this auction, so in order to receive my merchandise faster I paid by credit card in the amount of $451.33. Ok, get excited and wait!

Approximately 2 weeks later I received one box(it was supposed to be 2), opened it, and when I saw the merchandise on the top I dug deeper and realized I had been ripped off. There were at least 25 little boys clip-on ties(mind you not designer,) and some has been cut in half. Shorts that I doubt WalMart would carry... more like a salvage store. Some of the baby items had either vomit or feces on them. There were rubber toys, cheap ugly water bottles. The boys Nautica shorts were missing the metal closure and the fabric was torn. There were many round balls that looked like cat toys or maybe Christmas ornaments, There were 45 pairs of RL socks, which were nice, but certainly will not sell enough for a profit. 1 Calvin Klein shirt boys, 1 3T Hilfiger boys shirt, 1 sz. 8 RL boys shirt, Women's sz. 4L slacks by American Outfitters, 1 Adidas boys sport shirt. This was all I received of "designer clothing."

This is when the trouble started, and I was quite sure it was going to be a problem. I filled out the form they have on their website stating that this was misrepresentation. I attempted this about 6-7 times before it went through. I also sent pictures they requested after I filed. I waited until the next day hoping to hear from them. Nothing! So, I decided to call them to tell them I had filled out the form on their website. The girl that answered said they didn't get it, so I sent... not one, but two again. Still no correspondence. So, I sent an email telling them that I was very unhappy and this lot had been misrepresented. They answered and said I would have to fill out the dispute form, which I did right away. The form stated that their decision would be final, so I added "when the customer is satisfied," then the transaction would be final. Two days later I got the expected email that they had not received pictures or any correspondence from me, and because it wasn't done their decision was final(in their favor.) I tried once again to send an email because I emailed pics. Again. Nothing... so, called them again and told me there was nothing they could do.

PLEASE! Just for the sake of all of us, DO NOT do business with them. More than likely you'll be horrified as well.
