They are the worst, bar none, most crooked, poorly managed companies on the planet! They send you junk so you make a Pay pal claim- they then throw you off the site- Time after time we tried to work with them to no avail- Their stock is falling- I wonder why- not long for this world!
I had nothing but trouble from here, I never get what I bid on, its like pulling teeth getting your money back and when you look at the item and how they are priced, they make up there own price as you will see.
You get what you pay for. I have dealt with them and 75% positive, but remember there business is selling for someone else. Don't buy unless you can lose. Last load I bought from them the load classified as New. When it was received I got all recalled defective junk. No money recovered never bought from liquidation.com again
Hi Arthur, if the lot stated it was in "NEW" condition on the site, but what you received wasn't new, then we want to make this right. Could you message us on here the Transaction ID so we can investigate on your behalf and get this sorted? Thanks!
Used to be a good company but customer service has went way downhill. Bought 2 transactions. Paid for them. Sent shipping labels over. Called in to confirm and somehow they still messed it up, refunded one of the transaction and charged a $200 fee. The other transaction still fighting to get refunded.
Emails take about a week to get a reply. Customer support seems either clueless or uninterested in working to resolve issues.
Don't buy TVs
I bought 5 TVs of which 4 came out with a broken screen, I made my corresponding claim and they sent me an email saying
" 0.2 Assets. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing in a Listing, if you purchase Assets or place bids on or submit AN OFFER ON OR order Assets, you agree to accept such Assets AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS."
It is with all the fraud of selling something that they know is broken. How miserable they can be.
My experience was horrible, I bought a box of rings and received a product of the worst quality from China, for more with the details of the Chinese warehouse in the box, nothing to do with the photos and description they published and what I buy. The Customer service washes its hands saying it's as is and they don't care about anything else. Don't trust what you see in the pictures online, or in the description. I do not recommend this website at all!
Shame on me. I just opened three boxes of absolutely nasty dirty rags! Total garbage and not fit to clean up my dogs yard deposits. Do not buy the "name brand clothing " unless you consider kmart and walmart brands designer labels. I can pair this with the cheap plastic handbags that smell like gas. It is my fault - if it sounds to good to be true, blah blah blah.
VERY poor customer service. Buy from this company at your own risk, and God help you if you have a problem, because no one at http://liquidation.com will help you. I had a few good experiences, but the bad experience and lack of being able to resolve it overshadows everything else. I found them to be shady, and nobody at the company will return any calls, including the CEO!
Bought a box of shoes titled Amazon returns. Manifest was fluffed up to look like an attractive buy. 41 of the units were used like they were from a thrift shop, or donated. The website is working with sellers to scam small businesses out of money. Lost $1000.
First i am already a victim of this company liquidation com. They sell junk,, good for landfill,, much better go to a recycle center and get some item there. Believe me waste of time and money. Wherein if you complain they close your account and get your money. In short dont jump into waters full of crocodiles like liquidation com.
Hi Diego - sorry to hear your experience with Liquidation.com wasn't what you expected. When dealing with liquidated items, it's very important to know the condition of the merchandise you're bidding on as this will ensure you get exactly what you want. For an overview of the condition types on Liquidation.com please visit: http://buy.liquidation.com/conditions/.
I'd be happy to personally look into your recent transaction to see if there is anything I can do to help resolve the issue you've encountered. Would you be able to provide us with your transaction ID? Feel free to post here or send us a direct message. Thanks!
My uhaul's battery died and I was stuck with AAA stating a 3 hr waiting time before getting a truck to assist me. Zack, Larry, and Andre collaborated to get me up and running. Once again the team at liquidation has saved the day.
I bought bra's and underwear and no sizes, super cheap! Stay away from this company, I put in a dispute but I doubt I will get my money back. I just want to send them back. The Goodwill gets 300 dollars worth of crap!
I was a winning bidder on a pallet. Then one day later i received email saying there records indicate that i received it when i didn't. I tried to contact them to get tracking number and the blocked me from website. Crazy
At least 5% of my items from the manifest were missing. All small, high dollar value merch. My pallet count was correct. This was a tool lot. They specifically stated if it was "tool only" Meaning if it was missing a battery. Every battery was missing on every item. Approximately 1K on batteries. Either they are scammers or have thieves working in their warehouse. I'll update if there is a resolution.
What you see listed in their manifests IS NOT what you get. It would seem that someone in the warehouse like to switch out items for useless crap that is not even on the manifest you ordered, (ie. Android TV box for a 45 vinyl record), and when you put in a dispute, they will not honor a return or refund. You can't even get a straight answer from customer service if your lucky enough to contact them! Your better off buying your items from a dollar store. At least you what your getting. Their warehouse workers are as crooked as the company. BUYER BEWARE!
Hi Cameron. Nearly all lots on Liquidation.com have a manifest, which is provided by the seller. While there are quantity variances, if an item is listed in the manifest you should receive it. If not, then we'd honor that dispute. I'd be more than happy to get this resolved; just need to get some details from you.
I won an Online auction for 7 phones that people returned, 4 of them were broken. On one of the boxes, it was written not usable, trash.
It is not clear how the company Allowing this fraud.
This was the last time I am buying from them, you should stay away as well.
I started purchasing from Liquidation over a year ago, they have improved much in that year. I used to wait OVER and hour for pickup, now it's just a few minutes. The employees at the Plainfield warehouse are very helpful and always nice!
I bid on a lot of 'returned' stereo headphones. Most were without parts, instructions or were broken. Of the 21 items I 'won' on the auction, 7 did not function at all, are not repairable and are junk. I lodged a complaint which was denied, Do NOT auction for anything other than new items otherwise you can expect to get salvage-level items. Garbage
Hi Malcolm! In the world of liquidation, returned merchandise can vary depending on the original retailers return policy since these were assets once sold to a customer, who then returned it for a variety of reasons. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its utility (i. E., size, color, model, etc.), and as a result may be in fine working order.
The majority of returns, however, do have some operational and/or cosmetic problems. Again, depending on a company's return policy, these items may also reflect a measurable amount of use. In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. From a customer back to a store or a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. Timestamped products, such as food, supplements, car seats, and refrigerators, may be expired.
They generally do not come in their original packaging and often do not have any of the advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. Accordingly, returns can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing.
I purchased almost 5-items as winner but I lost huge money. They post attractive items to auction but once winner, you have to pay more fees, and finally you will receive bad/ useless/ garbage products.
I lose about $4000, 00 from this fake/ cheating company. I disputed but after a month they refused my disputed.
I bought a Home Depot load from these folks. 8800 dollars and every piece was damaged. When i emailed them and told them I would be giving them bad reviews, they threatened their lawyers would "slam down on me." What a joke. They are definitely a scam. Said they could make it right if I wanted to send them thousands of dollars for another load.
Answer: They keep your money as long as they can. Doing everyone like you can you imagine how much interest they are drawing off of everyone the longer that they keep your money.
Answer: Yes, I did it. The claim was opened yesterday. I hope they will work the right way.
Answer: About 15 minutes for them to confirm your payment information.
Answer: If you win an auction, but can't pay for it, please call out support team at (800) 498-1909.
