Bought a pallet from them that i had to bid to get. The information claim that the product had an estimated worth of $2999 but when i received the pallet it was totally worthless. Everything on the pallet was complete trash. They will not reimburse any cash back nor will give me another pallet to compensate thier mistake. Save your money dont buy their trash.
I currently do business with 2 facilities at Liquidation and both have excellent customer service. They have gone out of their way many times to help get my loads in a timely manner. All staff I've talked to are super polite and friendly. We will continue to get great products from here!
Occasionally you can find some good deals there. BUT. Eventually they will get you. Most items are junk, regardless what they label it as. Filing a dispute is pointless since you can't really win. STAY AWAY!
I love liquidation! The people who work there have always been very kind to me. Sure, the whole thing is a gamble. There is no guarantee that what you're buying will be in good condition or have all of the parts. These are store returns and such. So, sometimes you get lucky and things are perfect and other times you end up with a lot that has little of value. However, it has usually paid off for me. Yes, it is a giant hassle. Sometimes the pick up process takes a long time and sorting through all of the merchandise can be tedious, but it can also be fun. For a while we bought liquidated drones and my husband worked with our kids to teach them about business as they refurbished and re-sold these online. I often buy building materials and fixtures for homes that I am flipping. This is a fun way to buy high end items without the high-end price tag. But, if you are looking for something convenient or with a guarantee, this is not the place for you.
I did not read the reviews here until after I had already purchased a lot of makeup from Liquidation.com. When the boxes arrived, I opened them immediately for fear of what they would contain. I ordered 1200 pieces of shelf pull makeup. The makeup was in good condition. However, most of it was either trial sizes or lip liners which are very hard to sell online. Fortunately, I also run a thrift store, so I am currently selling them there. I do expect to make a profit, but nowhere near what I was hoping. Liquidations are always a risk to buy. However, first-time buyers should always buy small amounts until they are aware of what type of items they are going to receive from the seller.
My uhaul's battery died and I was stuck with AAA stating a 3 hr waiting time before getting a truck to assist me. Zack, Larry, and Andre collaborated to get me up and running. Once again the team at liquidation has saved the day.
Picked up 30 pallets from this company. The whole process from bidding to payment to pick up was easy. Customer service was great as well as communication with quick responses upon arrival. Very quick loading and extremely helpful staff operating the forklifts. Will definitely be using them for further purchases.
Do not buy from this company. They fraudulently advertise products and you do not receive what you order. Then they will only offer a 20% refund.
Frauds +++ 2nd photo is what I ordered. 1st is what was received!
I have been buying from liquidation.com for over 10 years. Someone in my house hold signed up for an account, so they deleted my account to approve theirs. I have sent emails, messages to the Facebook page. I called and they tell me I can't get my account back.
Liquidators.com not only allow garbage to be sold on their website, but also falsified transaction receipts when disputing a claim made against them thru credit card company. They only give you 48 hours to file dispute against merchandise, however, this is not enough time for testing electronic or powered merchandise.
In one particular shipment, the item advertised as being the highlight of the auction was replaced with another less expensive item.
Stay clear away from them and ALL of their affiliates.
Do not buy from this site. Its like everyone said a total scam. Being force to give them one star. They do not deserve any stars. Please do not try the it. Liquidators.com are garbage collectors who dump the junk off at your house. However, who in their right mind pays for trash. Peace be with you Amen.
Bought a pallet of Lowe's "returns", everything that was shipped was broken or highly used. The major items listed on the manifest were missing, 18 high retail items in total. Customer service sucks and are of no help. Buyer beware.I will never do business with them again
If you would like to lose money or waste your time with earning low profits with a high level of risk, then shop here. Otherwise, find another supplier. Products are continuously misrepresented, what you order is NOT what you get, and the customer service is garbage.
Steer clear of this legalized scammer site. Best case scenario is they get sued for every dime in a class-action lawsuit.
I bought several 100 sterling silver rings and not a single one is genuine. They could not pass a acid test to indicate their authenticity. All cheap junk made in china. I am out 1000 dollars... Will probably open a case with my credit card company...
We purchased "returned" products. Products were all completely broken. Not one item was working. It should have been labeled salvage. After reading reviews, I see this is how this company operates. STAY AWAY!
Orders cancelled without explanation, customer service takes over 2 weeks to respond and when they do they offer no solution and lie through their teeth. In the meantime the lot cancelled is claimed as not being able to ship while the seller merrily resists the exact same lot. Don't waste your time; you search for the right buy, bid, and monitor, then get nothing in return. Ended my account with them after more than 3 years as a customer!
Watch out, I bought some items " computer returns" from their warehouse in Nevada@ liquidation.com, for $322,10 items, none of these items worked, they called it online returns but actually its garbage, trash, worth nothing, they give you some pictures, very nice pictures but inside these new looking boxes are damaged screens, non-working items, defect items, broken, absolutely trash.
I opened a dispute on the same day received their package, after 8 days they emailed me saying they can not accept the dispute because that I knew it was returned items and they do not test them, so its my responsibility, well it became my responsibility now to tell the world that Liquidation.com in Washington DC, are crooks who cheated me and took my money and gave me garbage.
Was interested in buying pallets of goods to flip. Figured I'd toss a few hundred at it, $500 to be approximate. Did not turn out well. Every single item on the pallet, not listed at all in the manifest as having issues, was missing parts, if they weren't missing parts, they were simply broken. I basically paid $500 to remove this companies trash. Please don't waste your money. It's a scam.
I've has multiple lots from liquidation.Com and nearly all have disputes logged against them. The model seems to be get the customer to pay for anything of any quality and if they complain throw them 10% back and say case closed or in most cases email back a disclaimer which basically says you accept black is white or any other shade i. E. they got a disclaimer for everything.
Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Every auction identifies the condition of the merchandise to give you a better understanding of what to expect. However, if what you received does not match the description of the merchandise description we will work with you to resolve. Please let us know if we can be of any help.
They are the worst, bar none, most crooked, poorly managed companies on the planet! They send you junk so you make a Pay pal claim- they then throw you off the site- Time after time we tried to work with them to no avail- Their stock is falling- I wonder why- not long for this world!
Hi Jim, in the event you receive merchandise not as described in the listing, we ask that disputes be filed within our process. Answer: They keep your money as long as they can. Doing everyone like you can you imagine how much interest they are drawing off of everyone the longer that they keep your money.
Answer: Yes, I did it. The claim was opened yesterday. I hope they will work the right way.
Answer: About 15 minutes for them to confirm your payment information.

Laura, I am so sorry for your experience with Liquidation.com. While we partner with large retailers out of our 5 warehouses across North America, we also partner with marketplace retailers who are responsible for listing and shipping the merchandise per our seller terms and conditions. Because of these marketplace sellers, auctions can get cancelled at no fault on the buyer, but on the seller for not shipping in the items in time. This is to protect our buyers and hold our sellers to a higher standard. In addition, when sellers lapse on shipping or cancel the auction for any other reason, they are penalized with a monetary fee. If we find the seller has cancelled auctions on a regular basis, they are then investigated and ultimately banned from selling on Liquidation.com in the future. I'd be happy to look into the seller of your transaction personally; please message us on here with their name. Thanks.
