I ordered three women's T-Shirts. Approximately two weeks later two shirts arrived vis USPS. The enclosed receipt indicated there was an "Unshipped Item," which was a "Women's Crew Neck
Saint Patrick's Day Casua...". After waiting another week, I sent an E-mail to Lilicloth"s customer service informing them of the missing item. After exchanging 4 E-mails with them and being told to check with my neighbors, the post office, look carefully around my door, etc., etc., I gave up ever receiving a replacement T-Shirt and informed them I planned to pass on their poor customer service to at least 40 of my friends. So bottom line, instead of replacing a $16 T-Shirt for a loyal custom, they have lost that customer and at least 20-30 future sales. Not a smart way to run your business.

All items were either labeled wrong or they were children sizes. I purposely ordered a larger size to make sure they would fit me. NOT TRUE SIZE AT ALL.

I was ordering t-shirts for my husband and they fit perfect, as was designed. However, he washed them in cold water and they shrunk a full size (maybe more); I knew it stated on the packing that not to wash the shirts before wearing...now, I know why! If he had worn them, it would have been the same outcome. I wanted the shirts because the sayings are sooo cute, but I don't know a better way to order them. I did go up in size when I ordered, but they still shrank.
MY ONLY WISH IS THAT THE BAGS CAME IN DIFFERENT COLORS, NOT JUST WHITE.
I liked the saying on the T Shirt and that was my reason for ordering. Got the shirt but didn't like the lettering because it was just huge. I ordered a large but I didn't like how the lettering was.

I was informed it would take 8 to 10 weeks to receive my package. I had ordered 6 tee shirts. At 8 weeks I received a package with 3 shirts in it. A week later I received another package with 2 shirts in. The next week I received a third package with the final shirt in.
Takes longer than it should. The shirts are nice and not something I can make that is why I got them
