It took over a month to receive items. Quality was very low and item pictures did not match items received. Return polity requires you to pay return international shipping and customs fees. They offer 15% on all returns if you do not return them so I recommend if you purchase anything from them you should request RMA and take the 15% rebate since the stuff is really not worth what you paid for it.

Love the shirts on the site, but I had to wait 3 weeks for package to get here - it didn't say anything about it coming from China. It finally gets here and is supposed to be a Men's XL - when in reality, it fits like a Women's Medium. If I want to return it, I have to pay international shipping charges and wait probably an additional 6 weeks. You seriously need to re-consider shirt sizing if you want to retain customers. (I did find the same shirt on Amazon, can arrive in 3 days, and stays at the $16.99 price, because I don't have to pay additional $16 for international shipping!)

The best online store! I love this online boutique! They have a wide range of clothing, the website is really informative and easy to navigate. It's a one-stop shop and every woman's dream! It has fast shipping and the clothes are in perfect condition.

Delivery was made more complicated than it had to be. And as I said above, I'm still waiting for part of my order.

As an aside, I did place another order because I think the shirts are clever and fun.

Shopping experience good, good selection, good prices. The shipping cost are over the top though. I received a top which came damaged, the print on it was damaged most likely during the printing process. All they would give me was a 30% refund. I paid full price for the top so why would I be happy with only 30% of that? They said keep the top, sure but I'm not about to wear it out in public, as intended, with a misprint.

Still waiting on Christmas Gifts to be delivered. I contacted them to just remove charges from my card but got stupid response about delivery problems due to COVID19. Although they were never shipped. Seriously? IT'S APRIL! The free bag was adorable.

Shipping expense is too high. Am getting this order, but likely won't come back due to the big add at the end of the shopping experience (beyond reasonable shipping cost). Leaves a Bit of a bait and switch feeling on price.

Also, the delivery took a long time to arrive. It is a good thing I ordered it a month in advance.

I have had to sign in and check out several times. Your site would not take what i was supposed to send. Finally i hope this time everything went through I had no problem with signing up for the shirt.

Many of the items were way to small even though based on the sizing chart on line they should have fit. Marked as final there was no opportunity to exchange for larger size. Some of the fabric is very thin.

This company is a complete scam. The items I received bore no resemblance to what I ordered. Like everyone else I was told returns had to go to China. If you persist they will eventually offer 35% refund but I haven't got them to go higher than that although I have harassed them as mercilessly as I can think to. Not done yet although they have informed me they plan to stop responding to me. No way this company has even one favorable review.

Very difficult to use site on phone. I almost gave up and am not sure my order is correct. I never received an estimated delivery date, so I was surprised when the items arrived. However, I don't like the quality. I was expecting a "sweatshirt ", not basketball jersey-type fabric. I take responsibility for that. I probably should've read the fine print and better. However I don't like it

My order arrived sooner than I thought it would. The items were all as described and the prices make lovely things available to customers who do not have a lot of disposable income to spend. The only drawback was the shipping charges which are incredibly high and so the inexpensively priced items are not so inexpensive in the end.

Pretty good I guess only thing is I was suppose to get two things off as pet shirt but only got one. I'm still somewhat confused about that. You should have honeyed both the way I see it. I hope they are as nice as they look.

First time ordering, I love the selections. Can't wait to receive my order. I was a little disappointed in the quality of some stuff and one shirt they sent the wrong color. Not worth sending back. It's one of those things when you choose to order online.

Trying to understand your sizing chart was time-consuming in placing my first order with your brand. The seams were off on all of the tops. Those pants (the most expensive item) are made of cheap (none-cotton) material, and they are both too big, and too long! Your measurements were entirely off. I hate leaving bad reviews but, your products (t-shirts, pants, bras) do not live up to the hype nor do they wear naturally. Using low quality non-synthetic material has cheapened your brand. Both your t-shirts, pants, and sweater lack proportion but, the colors are appealing.

I have ordered multiple items multiple times and have always received my clothes without problems. I don't recommend buying jewelry, it's my taste, but clothes have never let me down. They provide customer images on some items, so if in doubt, read the reviews and see the photos. I recently ordered seven shirts and after a week I received an email informing me that my order was on its way and I was awarded points, which is equal to store credit. Congratulations on the good service!

This is the third time I have bought clothes online in less than 3 months. I am not that good with computers and I always have problems. I can't tell you how many times I've asked for help. They were very helpful and patient with me. The clothes look a lot better actually. Thank you for always being helpful, professional, and quick to respond.
