There is no customer service. You can't speak to a person. You can only email and they make it hard to find the email. Syas to email from your order but that does not work.

There is no "customer service". We've had problems with two orders. Our multiple emails to CS were responded to by Lilicloth employee "Vincy" who refused several times to issue a Return Authorization or refund for either order. One item was lost in shipping and despite tracking info, we were told they had no US operations so could not find our package. They refused to make a refund. We requested to speak w supervisor and were told there is no phone service because they are located in China(!). I've worked in China for 20 years and use WeChat or direct dial frequently. The company is a scam and a complete WASTE of time.

It is impossible to reach customer service. No phone number and Chat method is unresponsive.

THE WORST online company to order from. Terrible Quality products (Cheap Crap), and an even worse Customer Service Experience. I've been trying to return products for months. They claim to have responded to me FOUR (4) times, but they lied. I only heard from them once, asking me to provide my order # so they can look into it. Since then I have NOT heard back.

Let me give you an idea of their "lying and cheating" method. See below.

LILICLOTH - We have replied your emails four times already and explained very clearly.

"MY RESPONSE":

- That is NOT true!
- You did not respond except ONCE to say to give you my order #. Since then I have not heard back.

- That is only ONCE. Where are the other 3 emails you claim to have sent?

LILICLOTH - But it seems that you never check the emails and only know to send emails again and again.

" MY RESPONSE": OH! Is that right?

- I checked my email again, and again. I heard nothing from you.

- If you are telling the truth, please go ahead and forward those messages you already sent me. Prove it to me. I think you are not telling the truth.

LILICLOTH: - Check your email carefully since not all items can be returned.

- "MY RESPONSE":

- I HAVE CHECKED MY EMAIL BOX AGAIN TODAY... "VERY CAREFULLY".
- I HAVE NOTHING FROM YOU. No Email. No Instruction. NOTHING!

- WHICHEVER ITEMS I AM ALLOWED TO RETURN, I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THEM - IMMEDIATELY!

- Please give me instructions (1) which items I can return, and (2) how to return the products, and (3) how to get my money back.

- WHY are you treating me like this? This is very bad service.
