I ordered a product from lightinthebox. Xom. On their tracking tool it shows delivered but I did not receive my package. I tried contacting customer service. They are rude and condescending. Now they are asking me to track my own package because as per them it is delivered. There is no respect for the customer. Pathetic experience. I'm never going to use this website. Also recommend all of you not to buy from this website.
I have received confirmation from customer service that my refund will be undertaken within 24 hours. So happy for that finally.

I stupidly ordered a watch and this got lost and yes they did refund me for the first one, then i really stupidly ordered a replacement which they sent me something totally different. Then they tried to tell me that they have already refunded me Guess what no you havnt and your customer service is absolutely pathetic.
So dont do it. Yes they may be good once but subsequent orders look out.

I bought 5 blouses that looked awesome in the ad, but in reality were made of a kind of material that makes you sweat the minute you put it on. I was so disappointed. I tried to return them, but the company is in Hong Kong. To ship them with tracking and insurance would cost the price I paid for them. Their offer to me was to refund me 20% of the $89.95 I paid. I should have accepted that, but instead I shipped them back to the company with the cheaper us mail. They say they never received them, so now I'm out the cost of the product plus the cost of shipping. My only warning is: Don't buy from this company. The material feels like you're putting on plastic clothing.

Everything I have ordered is well made with good quality material. The only issue I have had is the one dress I ordered that had a knitted shoulder top looked like it was lined in the picture presented but when I received it there was no lining and I am not a fan of the straps of my undergarments showing thru. This is the reason for the 4 stars not 5.
I ordered some clothes, same day I discovered that their size are less than normal/regular size and I cancelled my order. Just 2-3hrs, in-between, since October 22nd, till now November 5th I have not got my money back to my account. I have sent several emails to this company they told me 5 to 7 working days.
I hope they will refund my$77.88.
It's my hard earned money.

I ordered a figure skating dress, which is quiet adventurous - you never know if it fits really according to the measures indicated. But everything is fine! The dress from Light in the Box looks exactly like on the photo, and it fits absolutely well, just as described! I'm really happy with it.
Every step of the delivery was acompanied by e-mail, so that I always knew where my dress was. It arrived as announced, and was in perfect condition. After I got it, Light in the Box asked again, if I have got it. I appreciated this sort of reliable delivery very much.
Only four stars, because it took more than a month until the dress arrived.
I ordered a family matching ugly sweater. After I ordered all I receive says completed order then that's it? I didn't receive any updates in my email? And in my bank account they took the money out already for my order worth $93.10.

After some issues in making contact, a problem I had is being resolved in a very efficient manner. A simple email contact would make any problems a lot easier to explain/resolve and the criteria for a returns process, take a photo, is no use when the problem is electrical and not physical damage. The bikes are very cheap and if they come damaged you cannot get them easily repaired because of the custom cheap parts used. I had a bent rear axel and the company refused to ship me new wheel after I told them it cannot be replaced by any bike shop. Now I have a bike with 2 different wheels and I have paid an excess of $209 to get all my issues fixed and make the bike ride-able. So with almost $800 total invested I have a bike that looks bad and can barley be used. Would have had a much better bike if I went to a local shop and would have paid less.

If you are buying something and you don't like it or it doesn't fit and you want to send it back to Light in the box, forget it. You are simply not getting your money back no matter what. I followed every possible rule and their website will not issue you a refund ticket or address to return your item.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress about 8 weeks before my sister's wedding and with no previous knowledge how many of the China sites send totally wrong stuff, I just thought I had found a great deal. Well, I did find a great deal, and MORE! I paid for custom sizing, rush shipping, and it arrived as promised, and SO well made, I honestly was in shock. The dress was fully lined, boning in the bodice, a strap underneath the bra line to help hold up the strapless dress. I also needed no alterations whatsoever. It was perfect! I can't wait to order my wedding dress from them!

I just received my very first order with Lightinthebox. It was an expensive smartphone and I had doubts about placing the order or not, however after checking only positive reviews I decided I should I give it a try and I didn't felt sorry for that for a minute! The delivery time was fast, and customer service is nice and friendly, always professional and knowledgebale. Guys you know how to please a customer! If there would be 10 starts I would rate 10 without any doubts! I recommend you to all my friends!
I have been purchasing various items through Light In The Box and it turns out to be a genuine online shopping site. The delivery of the product and their shipment pleased my satisfaction. I recommend people to use the site for quality services.
So not only did the extra fee for 3 day delivery not pan out, one of the two light strings we ordered did not function...
So 45 days later I am contacted to try and remedy a situation I was long past thinking about. They want me to change my review and then they would send me a refund... doesn't work that way, guys... fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. So get me a check and then I will consider changing my review!

I placed an order for a 3D shirt. It took quite a while for them to ship it. When it finally did arrive it was the wrong product. It has writing on the shirt, the one I ordered didn't. The way it is manufactured is strange. On the back of the shirt it is like it is mirrored. The words are backwards and it is difficult to read. For as long as it takes to receive your order it doesn't even pay to try to send it back because I will be waiting another 3 weeks to get the right one. I also ordered another item the day before I ordered this shirt and that item still hasn't shipped yet. It's been weeks already and still no indication that it will ship any time soon. I just won't be ordering from them anymore. There are plenty of other companies out there that do a good job.
5/01/23 After contacting them about the messed up order, it took a while but they finally did issue me a refund.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
