You guys say specifically say on your website that its fast delivery. Considering it came from China. I expected it to be a little bit, but now it says on your site that my package is in New york Jamaica and has been there for the past two weeks and hasnt moved. Im considering asking for a refund because this is ridiculous. I ordered the same thing from Amazon and it took one day... i will definitely not be purchasing anything off your site again because of how bad this experience has been. I have a made several purchases from this site. The shipping is overall fast. The more you have in an order the longer it seems to take. The quality of the items all seem to be very good. So far their sizes seem to run a little small. Not a whole size smaller though. I would recommend this site as a good place to shop.

I ordered 7 items, all of them were exactly the same like in the pictures, quality is very nice, the sizes were exact. Really love my purchase, would definitely recommend this site for others :). My experience was really good, like I expected :)
Buying the product was not that hard. Returning is a different story. While shopping you would never guess that if you need to return your item it will need to be sent to China. My cost would be 29.00 to send it back. Not worth it on a $40 item which I am assuming is what they are hoping for. I will not use this site again

This company is amazing. The prices and product quality are awesome. I love the great customer service and how easy they make it to do business on their app. There are all sorts of great incentives and they have an huge array of products they offer.
I love using and ordering from this company. The prices are affordable, the quality of the products/items that I ordered are very good, lots of selections, fast shipments, easy to talk to customer service thru email, they reply fast. When I received my order, there was not an invoice in the package. There was also no mention of the return policy anywhere on my online receipt. The items I ordered did not fit. I notified LightInTheBox 11 days after I received them and was told that I could not exchange the clothing or get a refund. The reason I was given was that the return policy was within 7 days! I have never done business with a company that has such a narrow time period for returning/exchanging items. BEWARE - don't wait too long to return/exchange any items. I will never shop there again!

This company is a scam. I placed and order, lightinthebox processed my payment, and after 10 days they decided to cancel my order for no reason. They also never sent a confirmation email but inundated my inbox with advertising emails. So their emails were clearly coming through. The time it takes to process an order is lengthy, it took 9 days for my payment to get received, and the actual delivery time is much longer than the specified options. I selected postal expedited (5-8days), but it's actually going to take up to 12 days.
But now knowing that international orders take longer, I will most likely order again
I am now revising my review for the company. I have received full refund for items. It took multiple emails and contacts however, they did follow up and followed through with the refund promise. I would have given a 4 star if the process was easier and the items were true to size and style advertised

I continue ordering because I like the uniqueness of their product. However they have gotten 4 orders wrong so far mainly because the items weren't the same style as pictured. I always order long sleeve items but have received several items that were short sleeve instead. After "jumping through the hoops" I have received a refund on these orders and donated the wrong order to charity. I am still waiting for an item that I ordered 3 weeks ago. It hasn't shipped yet!
Ordered goods, paid and received invoice and receipt. All seems fine until I received 1 of 3 items - contacted customer service but non existent and received a standard delaying tactical response. Chased them down for 2 months all to no avail. Latest is coming are asking what I mean by stating I received 1 item out of 3 ordered and paid for. Not quite sure what they don't understand but not helped nor refunded - crooks and a coo Isley fraudulent company - keep away!

I bought a Kitchen Faucets from them, the quality of the product is not very good. The button which supposes to change the water pressure is made of plastic and feels super cheap and low quality. When you pull the head of the tab out, the hose doesn't come out smoothly. The whole build doesn't feel like a high-quality and long-lasting product.
They also sent me the Faucet with the wrong water connection size, I contacted them and explain the situation but unfortunately, they did not care, they just said this item is not refundable and the item is yours and that's it.
They also have all these fake 5-star reviews on their product, I have written them a review and never come up in their review list, just show how fake it is.
Really terrible customer service and return policy.
If you don't want to waste your money shop somewhere else.

I've looked into this, and it appears that you've chosen the faucet for German standard, while you live in Australia. Please be aware, we sell our products around the world, and customers need to ensure to select the products that are compatible with their region. Based on this, we couldn't accept the product back, since faucets are one of the few categories that are not eligible for being returned. The supplier does not accept this type of product back. Regardless, I can understand that you are not happy to lose financially on this.

The shirts are well made, the fabric is very nice and the price is perfect! All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
