The company suggested that I accept some half price voucher instead, and return the dress at my expense to their warehouse abroad. After several messages to Megha, he finally secured me a full refund. It took a fight, and knowing my online retail rights, but thanks to Megha, it has now been resolved to my satisfaction. Os produtos são ótimos, de excelente qualidade, exatamente como aparecem nas fotos. O prazo de entrega é rápido, e o rastreamento feito pelo LighinTheBox só se encerra quando está nas mãos do comprador. Já comprei outras vezes e a qualidade é sempre a mesma. Recomendo.
I ordered two lamps, total cost 77 EUR. Since 6 months no answer where my order is, no info about the tracking number, no help at all. Only offer I received is to return 60% of the goods cost (without expensive delivery costs), which is less then half of what I have paid. Awful experience, awful customer support.

It's a rip-off of sorts. First they tell you if you get the app, the prices are cheaper and they are. But shipping is expensive and per item, not calculated on total or by weight. Then they send an email telling you that you can add more items without additional shipping using website only and "Buy now" option. When you do that, the price will jump to triple and will be higher than the app price plus shipping. Also, the "free gift" for getting the app was put into the cart, and then all of the sudden not available anymore, but still for sale on the site. So you can make up your own mind about them being fraudulent.

Einzigartig, das die Poloshirts auch in Original zur Webseite ihr Aussehen haben und auch von der Passform ändert sich auch nichts. Wie aber schon geschrieben, bin ich vom Armband ein wenig enttäuscht. Das Material entspricht nicht das in der Ansicht (Website). Ant issues were taken care of by Lightinthebox by giving me a credit on future purchases which I appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Bought boots. They are super cute. I really like them. Only complaint I have is shipping is extremely slow. I placed another order for the chelsea snow boots and they canceled my order cause of too much supplier demand or something. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
