I placed an order for a 3D shirt. It took quite a while for them to ship it. When it finally did arrive it was the wrong product. It has writing on the shirt, the one I ordered didn't. The way it is manufactured is strange. On the back of the shirt it is like it is mirrored. The words are backwards and it is difficult to read. For as long as it takes to receive your order it doesn't even pay to try to send it back because I will be waiting another 3 weeks to get the right one. I also ordered another item the day before I ordered this shirt and that item still hasn't shipped yet. It's been weeks already and still no indication that it will ship any time soon. I just won't be ordering from them anymore. There are plenty of other companies out there that do a good job.
5/01/23 After contacting them about the messed up order, it took a while but they finally did issue me a refund.

I sent in a clean out kit with several items. When they finally processed my kit I see that there are only 3 items out of the box put on the site for sale. When I inquired about the rest of my items I was told that they were stained and then trashed. There is NO way that those items were stained. The most expensive item in the box was a practically brand new quilt lined, leather Harley Davidson jacket. I wore it only twice. That jacket was NOT stained in any way. I can guarantee you someone opened the box, decided they wanted the jacket and took it. This way if they claim it was "stained" they can say it was thrown away and they keep the item. I dont recommend this site to anyone. They aren't trustworthy.

I ordered a wind spinner from Wubhoty.com. It states on their site that the products are made and shipped from the USA. They are not! After ordering I received an invoice for the product with shipping info. It stated it was being shipped from China. I waited over 3 weeks to get it. When it finally did arrive I was very disappointed in it. The product is very cheaply made and it doesn't work most of the time. I have to spin it by hand to get it to work briefly and then it stops only for me to have to repeat the process. Their site states 100% satisfaction guaranteed and 90 days to claim a refund. I emailed them immediately and asked for a return label (which they state they will provide for your returns) and a full refund. I was getting rebuffed immediately. They offered me 10%, I declined. Then 15%, I again declined. It goes up only 5% with each email exchange. It takes a whole day for 1 correspondence so this is a very slow process. I am currently to 35%. They lie from the beginning. They aren't even located in the US. The pictures on the site are not what you receive. After doing some research I found that the photos are stolen from another site. Please keep your hard earned money and don't order from these people. You will be very disappointed if you do.

Stay away if you don't want to lose your hard earned money! They can't even tell the truth.

I placed an order with this online company on December 10,2019. I never received the items I purchased. I keep getting emails from them saying they are sorry for the delay and blame the Covid for their backlog. I placed my order long before the covid was known. It has been 9 months and nothing. They don't reply to emails to myself or the Better Business Bureau. I don't recommend this site to anyone. They rip you off, they take your money and run!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago with this company. I received a confirmation email with the order I placed. I was told I would receive an email when the items shipped. I never received that email. I contacted them twice through email and they will not return a call or email to me. I checked my credit card online to see if payment went through and this company charged my credit card $41.00 when the item I ordered (and the confirmation email) stated the item price was $29.00. Do not do business with this company if you value getting something for your hard earned money. All they did was rip me off.

My initial review is below but since then I have been refunded my money due to my disappointment. I am grateful that they realized that I was unhappy and rectified the situation. Thank you.
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone! It took 3 months for me to receive my order. I ordered a skirt and when I FINALLY received it I was so disappointed! It looks nothing at all like the picture they have on their site. They fool people into ordering by using different photos of product and then send you something else. Don't shop here if you value your money! I never will again!
