Sempre comprei com a lightinthebox e sempre correu tudo bem com a entrega das encomendas, mesmo fazendo os desalfandegamentos, mas desta vez, estou à espera de uma encomenda que se encontra retida numa transportadora ou empresa que faz a gestão aduaneira, nem sei bem onde está (não acho correto estarmos a fazer o desalfandegamento de encomendas através de outras empresas e ainda por cima num país para o qual não se destina a encomenda)
Os atrasos nas encomendas que são escolhidas para fazerem o desalfandegamento através da empresa cacesa são inadmissíveis, liguei para lá e a resposta que me deram foi que podia demorar de 30 a 90 dias, isso é deplorável para quem necessita do que encomendou para agora porque daqui a 30 ou 90 dias os artigos pelo menos para mim já não são necessários.
Agora fico com receio de encomendar outra vez na lightinthebox porque pode calhar outra vez com esta empresa e não estou de todo satisfeita.

I have checked the conversation in another ticket and I must admit that maybe we have misunderstood you. You contacted us and wrote that the jacket was too large. Usually we will not count size issues as a quality problem, as we indicate all clothing with their exact measurements on the website. This is why my colleague suggested returning it back for a refund, or to keep it with a 10% partial refund. However, this would be very inappropriate in case you've measured yourself and ordered according the provided size chart. I can totally get her response made you very unhappy, please accept our apologies for this lack of judgement. The warehouse has been urged to pay better attention to the QC when preparing the parcels. Don't worry, we will immediately process your full refund. You don't need to return this back.

A month ago I ordered several shirts. They shipped to the wrong address and package was returned probably to China? Along the way (in transit) I could have been reached by email or phone for any issues, but NO? Instead, once I inquired weeks ago about shipping time, website said up to a month? When I ordered it was posted 5-9 days for shipping? Now all I want is a refund, they said no, I would have to resend another $21.90 to reship(Again probably from China!)? Now shipping cost are more than the shirts! DON'T BUY HERE! Trust me NO customer service at all! So now, all I can do is make you aware? Don't chance it!
Think about it... I paid $21.90 for unreceived product, they have the product, and won't refund my money that I paid for the shirts & tax? Wooooow? I'm ripp-off $63.64!

I saw that your order left the warehouse last month, and according to the tracking page USPS returned your package shortly after it arrived in the US. In fact we were unaware of this problem, until yesterday when you've contacted us to report you didn't receive the package. Also, you've pointed out that 1 digit of the house number wasn't entered correctly. We find it very unfortunate that your package was returned despite this being a small error. But please be aware, the address is an essential part of the delivery process, and that the smallest mistake could lead to the parcels not arriving. As customers are responsible for correctly entering the address, we expect you to repay us the shipping fees a second time, before we can send the order. I am sorry if you found this suggestion unfair or inappropriate.

I can't believe the piece of junk I recieved suppose to be a formal gown. NOT At
ALL what the picture posted on ad! I tried to send it back they said I could get 20% back and KEEP the dress. They don't even want it back! No customer service, you have 7 days for a refund, by the time you try and contact someone with a reply your days are up. You CANNOT return to address on package. Further note that the dress was enclosed during a long time in the package, which could explain the odor. I am sorry if we didn't judge this case right. As mentioned, these dresses are handmade and consequently have to pass rigorous quality controls. Unfortunately, we don't have an address in the states. The address you saw on the shipping label is of the USPS depot, with whom we don't cooperate. I personally wouldn't shop here, although I only have ordered one item from here. I expect the rest of the items to be the same, cheap.
The item wasn't baggy as shown on model.
The item isn't the same material and is see threw which leads to it not being thick material as shown in photo. Just very poorly made and I paid like 50$ after taxes and shipping.
You can't get a 100% refund, it's either you get 10% or 30% if the product amount back. If they offer you a 100% refund is still isn't, because you have to pay to ship it back.
The customer service is nice and first but don't know how to deal kindly with a frustrated customer, because they end up being rude back at you threw email. I don't suggest anyone shop here it's a waste of your money and time.
You can't even leave a review on their website, because they probably know there products are trash.

I purchased a cycling top as a gift.
It turned out to be too small, because the sizing information was wrong.
The size chosen, (which normally fits my partner), has been used to purchase clothes from other clothing companies.
When I contacted the company, they told me it is too difficult to return as it has to be sent to China, at my cost.
Instead they suggested I buy another top in a larger size for a slightly cheaper cost.

I ordered two dresses to try for my daughters wedding. I went by their measurements and was very excited! I received them, tried them on, and even though I ordered a 12, I am am 8. I thought I would get them altered here. I could only zip them 2/3 of the way up. They were a cheap material and I immediately messaged them. They asked that I take pictures, with tags still on, and according to the rules ( give or take a 1/2 to inch over is normal), they were well over that! They then asked me If I would keep them, they would give me half of the money back. I said no, I would like a full refund, and I would send them back) shipping back was $70.00) my total amount now was up to over $300.00, including shipping + US taxes. They agreed to me sending them back and Hugo sent the instructions. I immediately sent USPS. After following the package all the way to Jiaxing, China. And also letting Hugo know the shipping number & date of return. I returned to their online email communication which showed that this purchase was now closed. NO MORE CONTACT! Upon contacting my PayPal and summiting a complaint, they checked into it twice ( I sent all records & receipts) LIGHTINTHEBOX said they had never received the package of dresses back! I am now out $380.00! It is a cheat and a dishonest company. I wanted to believe that they were working with me, and found that not to be the case. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have told everyone, including the wedding party places to spread the word about this company and not to buy from them!

The product is better than I expected, only the delivery time was a bit long.
After many attempts to try to return an item, I gave up. They make it very difficult to assess a return ticket and the website for support just leads you in circles. I tried the customer service line for help and it is a bogus phone number. Item comes from China and not fitted properly to US sizes. Since item was relatively inexpensive I'm giving up trying to return this item - I've already lost over an hour of my life on a company that goes out of its way to not facilitate returns. Update: I was contacted shortly after this review was published. I will receive a full refund once I update this review to 4 stars. Now that the issue has been resolved in a timely manner, I am glad to have positive closure.
I bought a waist slimmer and it only has 3 stays. As a result, it provides no support or slimming outcome. I was extremely disappointed to find this out as the package shipping was very slow. Making returns is made into such a hassle that it is nearly impossible just to get the return slip. I just want my money back! This item is defective so it serves no purpose. Why is this so hard to return?!

This company is straight fraud! I ordered a STANDARD size and the items I ordered where delivered beyond late and they are refusing to refund me my 200.00! No customer service number to call. Their excuse was that my order was a custom size which I never knew a size 12 & 14 are custom sizes! These are standard sizes that you can anywhere! DONT ORDER FROM HERE! All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
