I ordered a cycling jersey. I checked the size guide to order the correct fit. I received it, and the size was way too small. I requested to return the item. I knew I would have to pay for return shipping when I originally ordered it. The return approval advised me that I would have to ship it to China (no return within the USA), and I would probably find the cost prohibitive. Most likely cost as much as I originally spent ($29). I was offered a reward of 20% of the price, or an refund of 10% of the price. This is a scam and rip-off. Do not buy from LightInTheBox

I made a purchase on 10-01-2021 and I decided after I paid 1-5 minutes that I did not want order. I contacted customer service and reviewed the cancellation policy so I am able to be refunded because I cancelled my order within 24 hours. As of today, they still refusing to give me a refund after I told them I that I did not want order. They are stealing my money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wrote one about them a couple a weeks ago. After my package arrived (3-4 weeks delivery time). I tried on the dresses (color ivory and white). I thought whatever even that I don't need them anymore. Maybe I can use them for something. I'm telling you the quality was cheap and see through. Terrible really. So I decided to send it back. This is a whole mission. First they told me I have to pay the shipping cost. Or they will refund me 30% from the dresses I should keep them and give it to a friend. I would never give a friend trash products just because I don't like it. Wherever, 30% was 30$ I paid 100$ for 3 dresses. I said this is BS. You have to kidding me. Write a strong email that this is not a good return policy. So they agreed on (after discussion with the supervisor), we all know that's a lie, they will pay the shipping cost. Ok. Then they told me ok so 80$ for the dresses and 27,98 for the shipping cost. I asked them what happened with the 20$ the total is 107$ they said we can't refund you the 20$ Reward are not refundable. I'm telling you something don't order from them. They are thieves and they are trying with every single way not to pay you what they owe you. I will never order from them again.

The overall experience with lightinthebox was quite good. I ordered 4 swimming suits from which 2 of them were good, one it's wearable and another one was not as expected. The shipping fees are very high and that's one of the reason I didn't order other things. I pay more on the shipping than on the products. I would say that there should be discounts on the shipping fee when ordering more items.

I made sure to meticulously follow the sizing chart on a dress I wanted because I knew their return policy and wanted to make sure it fit. According to their sizing chart, I should have bought a large, but I sized down to a medium just in case. When I got the dress, it was literally SWIMMING on me and wouldn't stay up. This was worsened by the dress being made with some cheap stretchy material and elastic at the bust. I sent them photos of the US clothes I wear and my measurements to show that I was a large on their guides, and how both unstretched and stretched that the dress was much larger than what their chart said a medium would be. Now they want to either charge me return shipping or give me $8 back (on a $50 dress) to keep it (it literally won't stay up so I can't even wear it if I keep it and it would cost more than the dress was worth to have a seamstress alter it). THEIR sizing chart was inaccurate, so THEY should be the ones to pay for return shipping.

I purchased a winter a winter coat that did not come as described. It was not navy blue. I ordered small and it came way to big. I contacted the companies return service immediately. The company said that you have to contact customer service email within seven days to return. I did they sent me back another email asking what I would like to do I again and I have until October 4 if I return, I again said return and nothing, two days later. Now i have a coat that I can't wear and have to spend more money to go purchase another winter coat elsewhere. Terrible company. This was my first order with the company I will never ever order from this company again, and would not recommend others to do so. There is plenty of other options for online purchasing that I have used that I have never had an issue like this.

After checking your photo, and having compared it to the photos shown on the website I couldn't conclude the colour of the jacket was wrong. Also a size problem will by default not be considered as a quality issue, cause each of our clothing is e sold on our website with a detailed measurement chart (under the photos). My colleague tried to confirm the size of the coat, but wasn't able without the requested information. To not further halt your request, we provided you with the return instructions 2 days ago. There is 7 day time frame to return the package, but it will not cause any problems in case you require more time. We wonder whether you've already returned the package back as instructed?

Shirt was nothing like picture. Fabric was similar to cheap Halloween costumes. White inside, color printed on front. Design was flat white, and not detailed like the pictures. (See photo). I don't trust any of the positive reviews for this site based on what I was sent.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
