DO NOT BUY FROM LightInTheBox. If you buy from LightInTheBox and want to return any and/or all items, forget about it! Expensive, because your return has to go back to CHINA. The return cost is more than the item I purchased. AND, I ordered several items that I didn't like, which overall adds up to quit a loss. In addition, I ordered a standard size 14 wedding guest dress. They said it was CUSTOM and it couldn't be returned! Buyer beware. I will NEVER use this company AGAIN! I never write reviews, but this company has it coming! RUN!

They show you beautiful clothing and send you rubbish. I ordered two shirts. Both look and feel completely different than pictured. The fabric is nothing like they show on the website. One is like a trash bag and the other a very thin scrub top. So very ugly.

I had ordered a couple joggers/pants.
I selected 4-7 day shipping & it took more than 3 weeks to get here. I ordered black and dark grey pants & I got brown and black pants. Sizes are definitely different from wherever it's being shipped.

I placed an order in September needing it for a wedding. Paid extra to have it expedited to insure it would arrive in time. It didn't. They debited my account September 24th and it arrived 2weeks after the wedding. I've tried repeatedly to get a hold of customer service (by the way it's no where on the website). Finally received an email with still no customer service rep to help me return the item. The instructions they give to to to receive a return label don't work. I've had numerous friends try to help and they couldn't figure it out either. The outfit wouldn't have worked due to the torso being extremely short. So frustrating not to be able to talk to a human! Still am in need of returning. I'm not about to be out of $180.00!

A first problems was that you've contacted us while not being logged in to your account. This by itself causes great difficulties, as we have over 1,000,000 orders in our database. To find your order, we will need to ask for the order number, or provide us with another valid reference such as your email address. I've also found that this order reached you within promised schedule. Be aware that you've ordered a handmade outfit, which is advertised with a processing time of 9-12 business days. Your parcel was dispatched on October the 8th, and delivered 5 days later on the 13th. Please understand that the supplier cannot make the product faster, because you've chosen the expedited shipping method.

Placed order Sep 2 2021 & LITB charged my credit card same day. Paid for economy air shipping which is delivery between 5–9 days. LITB did not ship my order until Sep 26 (TWENTY-FOUR DAYS LATER)! Oct 3 LITB stated the shipment was RTS for ‘insufficient address'. Now LITB will not refund my credit card, nor reship the product unless I pay for shipping a second time using PayPal only… LITB = SCAM

I've looked into your order, please be aware you've ordered a handmade dress. These products are not kept in stock, and require time to be made. This took us a while, your parcel was finally dispatched on the 21st of September and arrived 8 days later on the 29th in the US. This falls largely within the promised schedule of 5-9 business days. Unfortunately USPS couldn't deliver your package due to an address problem. When I look under your account, it strikes me you didn't indicate a house number. The housenumber is an essential part of the address details. We like to let you know we find this situation very regrettable. My colleague suggested we send your order a second time. Because delivery failed due to an incomplete address, you would be supposed to pay for the shipping fees a second time. I am sorry that you found this very reasonable. Also, given the dress was a made to order product, we wouldn't be able to refund you, as it was your responsibility to ensure the address is correct.

The product totally conforms to the description. It arrived well packed and within the announced timing.
Made the order for a kids bag on 8 sep 21 from 15 sep the order is in transit till date and the supervisor of the team said it is going to take 60 days and than 10 days for delivery. Donr waste your time and money these people keep on sending delivery confirmation or if not tell us to go to post shop to check our order as they are out once the purchase is made even after paying $20 just for delivery. 0 customer support Pathetic service total waste of money order number.

In late August 2021, I ordered about 6 items of clothing advertised on LightInTheBox. To an item, none of the articles of clothing looked like the online pictures advertised on the site.
They were all VERY, VERY CHEAP KNOCK OFFS.
Additionally, I did not understand why the delivery was taking so long until I received a notice from the company telling me that my package was being mailed directly from China and was "... held up in customs..."
Lesson learned...

Their sizing chart isnt even close to the product they send. I opened the wrapper and the costume ripped just taking it out. When you ask for a refund they tell you that you have to ship it back to china. This is their reply to a refund request.:
"However, based on our experience, the costs for return might be the same or half the price of your parcel, even by using the cheapest tracking service in the post office. So, returning to China may not be the most economical option. Instead, we suggest keeping the item. "

It seems you've complained about the sizing, without mentioning that the costume was ripped or torn. Consequently, you were offered to keep these with a small compensation, or return it back on your expenses. If there would be problems, then this response would indeed be deemed as highly inappropriate. Based on your case you should be offered no less than a full refund! Can you please forward us photos showing the poor condition the costumes were received? Was the package also damaged? Please don't worry, substantial evidence will allow your refund, without you need to return the products back! All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
