Buenas tardes, el paquete llego en tiempo y forma pero lo que no sabía es dónde llegó; quién, aquí en España me lo traía a casa porque en ningún momento la agencia de transportes que supuestamente debería haberme entregado el paquete se puso en contacto conmigo. Tuve que indagar hasta que la propia compañía, light in the box, me dijo cuál era la agencia, porque ésta no aparece en el historial de seguimiento del paquete y, entonces me pude poner en contacto con la agencia de transporte, que supuestamente decía que me habían llamado dos veces, lo cual no es cierto ya que en mi teléfono yo no tengo ninguna llamada perdida, tampoco me enviaron ningún SMS, ni ningún correo electrónico cómo hacen otras compañías de transporte. Al final me pude poner en contacto con ellos y yo misma fui a recoger el paquete a un pueblo que está a unos cuantos kilómetros del mío.

Completely ruined my plans and experience. All my co-workers, friends, and family agree we will never order from them again.

Just got dress yesterday it does not fit. It was the largest size they had to offer. I ask for ticket within 20 minutes of receiving the dress. So I could not exchange and they WILL NOT refund my money! I am very upset and will not recommend this site to anyone

The majority of items can be returned, except for 'Made-To-Measure' items such as the dress. As told by my colleague told we can't accept it back, as we don't keep stock for these products. Be aware this dress was made specially for you, it took a tailor 12 days to make it from scratch. Also the standard sizes need to be made exclusively on demand. There is also a 'Made-To-Measure' logo on this item's webpage, directly under the 'add to cart button' to indicate this.

I just contacted Lightinthebox regarding a dress I ordered on their website. The positive is that the item shipped relatively quickly, the problem is that I ordered a small and the dress swallowed me whole. The waste on this item is about 40", that is not a small! This was like getting an XL. The tag inside says small, so I know I got the right size. Unfortunately, when I reached out to customer service they gave me a choice to 'return' for 10% of the value, a 20% credit, or pay to return to China, which will cost more than the dress itself... not very good options. I don't mind eating the shipping, but just is unfortunate to not be able to return an item. Especially when the sizing was terrible.
I want to note that I did receive a refund, which I appreciate. However, I still would not order from this company again. Sizing was way off, and I can't make returns in the future. I do want to recognize that the company did at least try to make it right... going form 2 stars to 3.

This is the reason why we usually won't consider a sizing issue as a quality problem. Given the dress value wasn't high, my colleague tried persuading you keeping the product with a small discount. I am sorry if you found this to be inappropriate, while in fact this was well-meant. This allows you to reevaluate which options are most beneficial. At the same time, I can understand you are not eager having to bear financial loss on this. On another note you should be able to send back a parcel from the US to China for the amount of 14.25$ (First-Class Package International Service). I'm happy with these tweezers as they make feeding my tarantulas safer (for all of us) and it's easier to grab hold of prey items without turning them to pre-killed mush. Just a tiny bit less sturdy than expected, but hey, they do their intended job just fine.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
