The WORST online experience! Shipping is never really guaranteed to be on time. I sign in as a guest to purchase, but to track my shipment you need make a login. Tried to make a log in with my email and they don't even send a link to do so. Made an entirely different login with a different email to make a ticket they require you to have in order to contact them and they asked for proof of purchase. Sent that and then they erased my ticket to no longer be found. They don't even have a real "contact us" email or number if you have issues. I was already charged for my item and have not received it or been able to get in contact them for a refund! Please don't buy from this company. They are such con artist. Save yourself the hassle of trying to get in contact from them for any reason. If I could rate them with ZERO OR NEGATIVE stars I would!

I ordered a pantsuit fir a special occasion in dec., 1st problem material had a weird smell, 2nd it didn't fit, too was way too small, pants were way too big, contacted them about returning, 1st the website is very confusing trying to figure out how to return, 2nd the guy told me it was a special made item, it was not returnable which I didn't special order, 3rd we are at the point in communications where he has offered me half my money back but I told him no thanks, I will dispute it with my CC, do not do business with this shady website! Very disappointed!

I feel sorry that the pantsuit didn't fit, and to learn it had a strange smell. Please be aware to avoid sizing problems, all the products are indicated on the website with their exact measurements in both inches and centimetres. To elaborate on our return policy, made-to-measure products belong to a special category. Even the pantsuits and dresses in the standard sizes need to be made from scratch. Further, note the tailor always leaves an extra 2 inches of fabric in the seams. This renders the possibility to have the product altered by a professional tailor. For this reason my colleague tried to convince you keeping it with a partial refund. I am sorry that you found his offer unfair, while it was well-intentioned.

Why is it taking so long to get my pants, and I did put my order number in the spot, some reviews I read are not satisfactory either
I ordered an extra large puffer coat. I received the coat and it was about 3 sizes too small. I asked for a refund and to ship it back to the Springfield Gardens, NY address I received it from and got the following reply.
"For return, you will need mail the item back to China and the costs for return have to be borne by you. It will be very expensive and may will take 3-5 weeks on the way. Also, there is a risk of that the parcel is rejected by the logistics companies or customs, and we only refund you when we received your parcel."
As can be deciphered, they do not want to deal with returns and strongly encourage their unsatisfied shoppers keep the merchandise and try to get rid of it. They use the "prohibitive shipping cost" as their ploy to deal some of their goods. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this because it appears that there are several others (about 40%) who have problems with them.

I am sorry that the coat didn't fit. We firmly believe returning an item should be easy. Your request to return was accepted. Unfortunately, we don't have an address in New York. The address you saw on the shipping label is of the USPS depot, with whom we don't cooperate with. All returns have to be made to our supplier who is located in China. Numerous parcels are being returned from the US on a daily basis, it shouldn't cost more than +- $30 through USPS. In addition, sizing problems can be in general avoided, as we indicate each item with the exact measurements on our website Given the relative low value of the coat, my colleague thought it would be appropriate to try to convince you of keeping it with a partial refund. I am sorry that you found his suggestion unfair, while it was well-intentioned.

I am sorry for this disappointing shopping experience. Allow me to mention that there are only a few product categories that are not eligible for being returned. Unfortunately the ordered disguisements fall under the category 'cosplay', which the supplier doesn't accept back neither for refund nor exchange. It's also important to note that all our clothing is sold with their exact measurements --indicated in both inches or centimetre-- on the website. This allows ordering the clothing accurately. If you can prove by photographs that the measurements don't correspond with the size chart, then we will obviously accept the products back and we'll also cover your return expenses.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. I purchased a dress (a size larger than I wear) for my wedding which took forever to arrive. When it did arrive, it was too small. I contacted them to return and they told me to "let someone else use it". After fighting with them to return and get my money back (I didn't have time to exchange), I paid to have it sent back. I was told that would be contacted as soon as it was received and to get my money. Of course, I have never heard a thing from them and never got my money. That was in July. I lost $200 on this whole deal. Never ever will I have anything to do with this site. They make it near impossible to contact them to get any answers, as well. Worst experience ever!

Allow me to point out that most products can be returned for any reason, with the only exception being made-to-order products. In addition, sizing problems can be avoided, as all our clothing is sold with detailed measurements indicated in both inches and centimetre. When reading through your previous ticket, it appears you've returned the package a long while ago. We apologize for having kept you waiting all this time. Usually return parcels will arrive within 10-20 days, so it's definitely alarming that we haven't received the dress back. From the proof of postage you've added, I can see you've meticulously followed the return instructions. In any case please don't worry. The warehouse manager is onto this case and will do what's necessary to get the package back.

Wish i could give them no stars. I will never shop here again. Hope this saves some one the hassel i have had to deal with. I ordered two things off this sight. One of the order disappeared from their app. After my money taken from my account. I tried several times to reach out to customer service for help or a refund but i just kept getting the same email. Even tho i sent them the info they kept insisting for, inculding proff the funds where taken from my account when and what emails used. Very disappointed that they are this untrustworthy.

The blanket is tiny and does not reflect the size that is shown on picture at all! The fabric is thin. Forget it. The print is very accurate.
The fleece hats are so small that they will not give the warmth that comes from a bit of space.
Shipping took very long.

When looking on the website, I see the blanket should be 90 cm width and 150 cm long. Can you please verify whether this corresponds with your order? Also forward us photos, so we can see the print isn't clear or accurate. Concerning the hats, are you unsatisfied with the material, or are they simply too small to fit an adult head? Please help us understand so we can help escalate this to the supplier.
In addition, I've found that this order reached you within promised schedule. It took only 2 weeks between the date of dispatch and delivery. Allow me to point out hat you've chosen 1 of our economical shipping methods, which requires between 10-18 business days to arrive at destination. Admittedly these long delivery intervals are not desirable, for this reason we would have recommended one of our better shipping methods for a small fee.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
