I ordered human hair extensions from here. I can say it's not real human hair but the quality isn't terrible. They don't tangle too easy and the color was correct. The length was not. They are thin and brittle and took 1 month to arrive. Had I known it was coming from China I would not have ordered. They work for what I want but I would have wanted them to be thicker, longer, and arrive sooner. I won't be buying again but I'm glad I didn't have as bad an experience as some of the other buyers.

I ordered from this light in the box about a month ago. The next day, after placing the order, I received an email asking me to send a photo of the card I used to place the order and ID otherwise my order would be cancelled. This was after light in the box had already placed a hold on my account for the full amount. I emailed back and asked why this info was needed and of course no response. I did not send the information, the order was cancelled BUT Light in the box STILL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. I contacted my bank and started a dispute and light in the box is still trying to hold on to my money.
Spare yourself the trouble. Buy from a reputable company.

Terrible quality. Very cheap, and very small. Could barely get it over my head, and extremely uncomfortable to wear. From the experience from the customer service team in returning this product, I would never order form this company again. Stick to Asos or something with quicker order processing, and better quality.

I followed the chart the posted on their site and I even went one size up. The two cardigans were so small my arms did not go in. I left a review and I was contacted to jump all these hoops so they can help me. The photos they asked for did not even download on their site. The whole process is a nightmare. I would stay away from this site if yiu are not sure about their sizes. 75 dollars down the drain.

We are very sorry that you've received 2 cardigans that didn't fit. As mentioned, all our clothing is made according to exact measurements, as indicated on the size chart. Because you considered the size chart my colleague requested to send us photos as evidence. This problem could have been easily proven with measuring tape, and allow a refund without the need of returning the product back! I feel sorry that this procedure gave you the wrong impression. Please don't worry, the souring manager is on this case and will be reviewing the size chart together with the supplier. The products don't need to be sent back.

Clothing measurements are not accurate - purchase 1-2 sizes up from listed clothing measurements. No ability to return more than one item (one ticket per order ridiculousness) at a time and they offer 30% refund instead of returns. "No reviews yet" on items is untrue. They actively make it hard for customers to write a review of items of shady quality. Items printed on shirts look like tourist trap t-shirts in person. I offered the pants to a size 4 relative and not one pair of pants looked good on them.

I am sorry that you've received a large part of your order that couldn't be worn. It appears that you've contacted us last month, and requested to return 1 coat, and 2 shirts. Your request was accepted, but regretfully that we didn't hear you any more. Can you confirm whether you also wish to add the other shirts, and return all the pants? I can attest the return procedure is quite straightforward, there shouldn't be any problems, as long as you have kept the labels and packaging of each item.
We also took note that the measurements didn't correspond with those we indicated on the website. This problem will be considered as very serious, the supplier was urged to check if the measurements of the product correspond with those of the actual products. Don't be worried, your parcel will subjected to our warehouse, their quality checks. If it appear that 1 or more items had this problem, then obviously we will cover your return expenses.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.

We have been selling these handmade dresses for over 12 years, with a high rate of satisfied customers. I am very sorry that this wasn't the case for you order.
To make a case, we needed clear photos as evidence. Unfortunately we didn't receive those until last week. After comparing the photos with those on the website, we couldn't spot any differences. Be kindly noted that the sleeves are separate pieces, as shown on the website. To elaborate why the return wasn't accepted, made-to-order products belong to a special category. Even the dresses in the standard sizes need to be made from scratch. Then there is also the problem you are in possession for almost 5 months of this dress, while returns can only be granted within 30 days after having received the item.
