Las calidades, no se corresponden con las imagenes, se deberia de describir el articulo con mas definicion, porque te llevas muchas sorpresas cuando desembalas el producto, por ejemplo en esta camiseta sintetica, no aparecen los puntos que tiene en la foto y el efecto profundidad del 3D, aqui en la realidad no se aprecia.

Made a huge order of lots of stuff - some for presents, some for self. For kids and for adults - great shop! Has good for every demand! Paid by card, accepted quickly,
But then for about 10 days it was not sent :( Nor did i get explaining letters or anything. Then i wrote to service and it turned out some goods were not available :( It's ok it happens, sometimes refund is ok, sometimes customer can change size or color or whatever. I was not given such an opportunity :( Only when i wrote a letter the issue was on and i was refunded for whatever was missing and only then the order was sent. I could have changed color on leggins i ordered but nobody asked.
Right now i didn't get it yet, delivery service tells i'll get it in 4 working days - really looking forward! Cz i already missed dates for presents. But really hope everything fits and it right size and color. I think i will add to this review whenever get my order

Item good quality and arrived fast and in time. Wig: size smallish so better for small-medium head, mine is big for everything. But was easy to use with hairpins anyway.
This place is an absolute joke. Its been almost a week now and my order still hasn't shipped. I emailed them to cancel my order and they said they could do 30% store credit or 20% in a refund. Wtf i wont all of my money back that i wasted on you. Save yourself some money and dont shop here!

The reason we can't immediately despatch your order, is because you've chosen a product from an external supplier. Hence, you will find we indicated the processing time of 2-5 business days directly under the 'add in cart' button. In case you would prefer a refund, then you may refuse the parcel upon delivery. Do NOT buy from this company! The sizing is not accurate. (Way too small) The fabric is low quality. The return process is horrible! I had to manually enter a return for each item in the computer and wait for LITB to email me back. I had a choice to return the items to China on my dime, receive a partial credit to use on the site, or get a 20% refund. I chose the refund and said I would never do business with them again. Then they offered me a 30% refund, which I had to manually activate back to my credit card. The clothes look cute, but the business practices are awful. I am out $200 and have six dresses I can't wear.

It seems you've requested a return based on the items not fitting, consequently the offered 30% was based exclusively on this problem, and could be inappropriate. This is also the reason we wouldn't be able to cover your return postage, as a problem related to size will usually not be considered as a quality issue.
Can you please let me know for which of the products the fabric quality wasn't sufficient? Should you have regretted the partial refund option, then we can still accept a return for a full refund. Also be aware that your parcel will be subjected to our warehouse their quality checks. If they can find any issues with the products, then we'll be able to cover your return expenses. However, I will emphasize a second time that a problem related to size cannot be regarded as a quality issue, cause each of our clothing is e sold on our website with a detailed measurement chart.

We ordered some hoodies weeks before needed for Halloween. Nov 1,2 of 3 items showed up and quality was not great.

I do regret both orders couldn't reach you in time for Halloween. It seems none of the chosen hoodies were in stock, these needed to be purchased from an external supplier. Would you please describe which aspects of the quality that weren't satisfactory? It could help me make a claim against the supplier and seek full reimbursement. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
