Be careful anyone who is interested in ordering a dress from this company. When you choose your color and size, it automatically counts as a special order (even though this is what you do with any clothing order, right?) and thus it is unreturnable. The dress I ordered was not at all close to the size it would have been anywhere else, and the color was much brighter than the small circle that you choose from indicates. The dress took several weeks to ship from when I ordered it. The material feels cheap and is stiff and scratchy. No help from the company regarding returning or from VISA as their return info is posted somewhere on the site, but no where easily seen. It's my fault, for not reading the fine print, but I order many clothes on line and have NEVER had a problem returning before. The company is located in China (something I did not know up front) and while that is not a problem in and of itself, it makes communication difficult and the language of the people writing back is difficult to follow. I'm out about $180 and not happy about it. I seldom write reviews, but would have liked to have had someone tell me this before I jumped in to try this company out. Hope I help someone out there.

The sizing of our clothing might run small when compared to your habitual North American size. To avoid sizing problems, all the products are indicated on the website with their exact measurements in both inches and centimetres. To elaborate why the return wasn't accepted, made-to-order products belong to a special category. Even the dresses in the standard sizes need to be made from scratch, which also explains the large gap between the date of payment and the date your parcel left the warehouse. It took a tailor exactly 13 days to have your dress finished. The parcel took another 9 days to be delivered, which falls within promised schedule.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
