My experience is great at lightinthebx and i will continue to buy stuff. Because quality is great and so the prices. List of products is very large and i can find anything i want for every situation of my life.
I order many things for me,for my wife,children everything arriwed ok,i like all,some maybe not real with the measures for us în eu i didnt sent back and i receive rewards from the site... but per totally it's everything ok.
Ordered several shirts and pants - items delivered were not what i ordered. Pants were suppose to be 100% cotton and they sent nylon. The shirts shipped were not 100% cotton nor did they look anything like the shirts in the picture. When i asked for return number they gave me a bunch of hoops i had to jump through, especially that i send a picture of it items that were not cotton to prove they weren't, how they could tell the fabric material by a picture baffles me. That's the lesson i learned from ordering from a chinese company.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY! I ordered and was 11-14 days. Which I know is not gonna happen. I was ok with 4-6 weeks... even 8 weeks... the last few email responses have been "maybe you were not home" "its the postal service"... and the final one today was " please wait another 6 months!" and now my tracking for my package is UNAVAILABLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Spend 10 more bucks and keep it local... Lesson learned..

Ordered some warm white led lighting strips from them and they only offered expedited delivery 3-4 days. After 11 days and a few emails the lights arrived in a badly damaged box from China, I managed to fix the damage to the lights to get them on and lo and behold they are Cool white so not only did I pay for expedited delivery and not get it but I have received a damaged item amthats not even the right item and light in the box aren't even replying to my emails asking for the issue to be fixed. Don't bother with these clowns.

Read lots of reviews from other people and got scammed myself. Ordered a painting and never got that painting and I'm sure they never sent it. Thankfully disputed my order with the credit card. Light in the box has to be shut down and closed for scamming lots of people.

I purchased a fur coat and I was worried about the appropriate size, so I requested the support of an operator--Alena-- who, with solicitude, advised me what size to order! Upon receiving the package, I had a pleasant surprise. The material, although synthetic, has a pleasant and durable texture, and the size was perfect! I was also pleased with the value for money and overall it was a good purchase and I'm sure I'll happily return to LightInTheBox.
Bought a cycling top described as thermal. It arrived after about three weeks. Not a thermal top! Was therefore useless. Advised Light in the Box who wanted me to return at my expense from Australia to China. Too costly so I had to keep the top. The first time I went to wear it, I undid the front zipper but could not rezip up. The zip is faulty. Light in the Box eventually refunded but I am out of pocket the initial shipping charge AUD$6 plus the return shipping charge AUD$22 so a total of AUD$28 for nothing. The company provided me a faulty product. I am out of pocket $28 and have nothing. The company should as a minimum supply me with a non faulty product free of charge. The company remains to operate with faulty products, buyers out of pocket shipping costs both ways and have wasted time and effort to in the end having paid significantly and without a product. Will never use this site again.

It was worth the wait 3 wks since the order placement. The products are really good for the price thar I wont get here in Canada.
The thing with the winter jacket is that they are missing some buttons on the hood but everything aside from it are really nice.
Saw the t-shirt on the web and it just spoke to me. Had to have it! Arrived quickly and it was very nice quality. Exceeded my expectations. Surprised our son with it. He thought it was hilarious and couldn't wait to wear it.
I'm having the exact experience with another poster below.
I placed an order on July 14 and I paid $30 for expedited shipping for 3-5days. After my order was processed they gave me a shipment date of July 26th! Which is after the day of my wedding when I need the items by!
My items were not tailored made, just only needed to select a size. The items were not marked as out of stock etc.
I spent 1 hour scouring the website and could not find any way to contact someone to get this issue resolved.
Like the other poster, they only way to contact them is via link to ask a question about "customs".
Given my experience with this, I am quite disappointed with my experience with lightinthebox.

I had a great experience buying from Light In The Box. Very reasonable price for a great, hard to find product! I finally found over the knee socks in the color I wanted, through Light In The Box. No other websites had the color I wanted, but they did!
Like the sweater I received, but coloring was off. Top looks blue, not the gray I thought I ordered. Planned to wear with gray pants and jacket, but only makes top look more blue than gray. Disappointed.
I purchased a hat for my wife's and self Anniversary the hat came in a plastic bag crumbled up and was a mess I put it in the bin and paid out for a hat that was decent.frim a good other website my experience once bitten twice shy.

I bought my wedding dress this January with LightInTheBox and I am fully happy with the quality and delivery time. I went for a dress with Satin and Tull and both the materials and its processing were fine. Would recommend it forward to any bride!
All returns are to a warehouse in China. Most postal carrier companies, both government and private, have suspended delivery to China because of COVID-19. An offer to redeem for a very low percentage of the item cost is offered. Unless you are VERY sure of your purchase, I'd hesitate to order.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
