I ordered 2 shirts. One was ready to ship within a couple of days, the other took 10 days to ship. The company emailed me and asked if I still wanted the order because of the delay. I decided to just wait for the order. It came in about 2 weeks, and the gave me a credit for the delay in receiving my shirts. The shirts look great and the emails from the company eased my concern about being scammed. I got 2 great shirts at a great price.
After I wrote a review on here about my order they started the process of finding my order. I received my order today and I am pleased with my order, but I will not order from them again. Thanks for helping me because I feel without you I wouldn't have received my order and lost my money. Their customer service is automated and you never get a clear answer from them until you make a complaint.
I received the package and it is exactly what I ordered in term of quality, color and performance, but the I bought a large size and an extra large size none of fit, they are too small so I give them to my 14 years old son that how small they are.
I received not only the wrong item but also the wrong size. It seems to be easier to join NASA that Light in the box for customer service so for me: this is it! NO MORE, NEVER AGAIN! If a company is ready to lose its name for 43.99$... so be it!

Most of what I purchased I liked but made the mistake of over eating while hibernating because of Covid-19., alot did not fit. I was disappointed at the thinness of the material on several jumpers. Loved my maxi dresses, my cat T Shirts, casual knee length sun dresses and the shorts are cute. On the whole, I feel if LightIn The Box showed the material that articles were made of I would buy more and would definitely been a 5 star..
Decent quality waistcoat a bit big but still looks great.
Since I posted my last review I was contacted by customer service wanting to know what was wrong with the pants that was recieved, I told them again that they were too small. I am still waiting on a response. Still wouldn't do business with Lightinthebox again.

I bought a smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus in the store lightinthebox.com. I liked the price very much. The purchase was quite satisfied - the goods were delivered in good order. The quality of the goods is excellent. This is a good experience. I recommend this store.
I ordered three items on the seventh for a trip I am taking on the fourteenth, and paid extra for expedited shipping(2-3 days). It has been 5 days since I ordered and it says it will be shipped on the 16th! It should have been shipped three days ago! I am very disappointed. I paid about 14-15 dollars for shipping and its not even going to get shipped on time. I am going to amazon instead.

Paid 137 dollars for a split canvas ocean scene. They used a photo to represent this. It turned out to be a painting that looked like the artist was about 6 years old! TOTAL JUNK! Spread the word... NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Seems Canada post has decided to not enter competitors stores,; i.e. Ups is ehere my PO Box is. Amazon uses canada post, who have decided to not enter competitors' offices to deliver mail, etc. Leaving a notice, to pick up at a postal outlet. Now CanPost is funded by governmet,and folks like me who still buys stamps, so, guess I'll wait even longer for the sweatshirt I ordered 7 days ago.
Absolute garbage, products do not match description, no refund process, complete scam. RUN AWAY.
I ordered 2 shirts in XL size, they were delivered from the same place in 2 separate packages a week apart. One was at least 4XL and the other 3XL in my estimation.

I'm solely speaking of the shipping process to the US in this review: 1) make sure you have plenty of time to receive your items because based on my purchasing experiences with this company it takes at least 8 days to leave China and then you have another 7-10 days once your package arrives in the States before it's sent to you and 2) don't bother paying the expedited shipping charges because you won't get your items any faster as the process has to go through customs, etc. Overall, the products I've received from this company have been as described, but just to help manage your expectations it takes several weeks to a month to receive your order regardless of the shipping you choose at check out -My first 2 orders I paid the expedited shipping fees for 2-3 day shipping and it's been 16 days, I haven't received my items and the company is telling me to wait another 10 days!

I tried to return 2 items, they wouldnt let me. Even though I filled out the 2 return forms They canceled once of the returns. On the other items they cam back at me for more pictures even though I had already provided pictures. There is no numbers to call.and no. Email where they will respond. Their clothes are very cheaply made. Sizes are very hit amd miss. The second item was a larger size than my other item but yet it was actually smaller than the item that was one size smaller. In the pictures you can see for the first item that the outside cover is a different color, second photo you can see the larger size item is actually smaller than the item that is a size smaller. Don't waste your money

After submitting the review below, I was finally contacted by Megha at Customer Service. The end resut was that I received a full refund for my three (3) purchases. I offered to return the three items at their cost, but they did not want the stuff any more than I did.
Anyway, Megha solved my problem, and for that I am grateful.

I have been struggling trying to return three (3) items that I received with wrong sizes or color.
I have sent about 15 emails with pictures, measurements, size charts, and they still want more information. Also, for two of the items in wrong sizes, they refused to pay for the return shipping.

I bought more then once. It's been the third time I bought and I was so sadisfied with the products and service. I urge others to use these sites to buy their needs. Thanks and look forward to buy again.
The design were cute, quality was ok the set back I had with LITB was the fashion line. The last few orders with LITB the sizing were horrible. The size chart is not across the board. I'm usually an M but most of the stuff came in M but the cutting is for an S. I guess the cutting is meant for Asian body type. If you are curvaceous, then most of the clothes will not fit. LITB refund only one of the items, but the other items were not refunded. I still have 5 LITB items unused and untouched. Maybe think more than once before buying the Fashion line from LITB.
The wedding gown and evening gown were superb. Amazing quality, true to size, gorgeous and quick shipping.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment.
