I have bought quite a few items from lightinthebox all items came in good time well packed and clearly marked. I cant understand how the good quality items are so cheap. I recommend lightithebox to all my family and friends I have been pleased with everything I have bought, thanks very much dennis oneil.
Excellent costumer service. Prices are reasonably inexpensive. Sizes are inconsistent. Some are too big for their mentioned size and some are too small. Few are just right.
Again, the processing is too long.
I've shopped several things in Lightinthe box and was satisfied with my purchase, but my last experience was a total disappoitment, the products were of poor quality and a pair of shoes not fitting even after buying 4x bigger than the usual fit.
I placed my order, received confirmation, tracked the process and received my order as advised. This was a re-order of a previous order, only in a larger size. I kept the first order as it fit my 2nd grandson. Now the 1st grandson will have his outfit as well.
Ordered a backpack on January 10th to go to iceland. They promise expedited shipping. HA HA The joke is on me. It is now February 10 and still no sign of back pack. Don't ask me to track. This is also a joke. It is lost in transit. A better phrase is don't get lost in translation. Too bad I couldn't give "0" stars.

I bought 2 nice dresses. I have bought several summer-dresses, and have been satisfied with them all. One of them was 44 days underway, but it arrived. I recommend other to buy by Light in the Box. I have never been cheeted.

This was the first article that I have ordered with LightIn TheBox and everything went great. Easy to order, very clearly what you order (with pictures and everything) en the quality is great. After this product I already ordered many more clothes en they all are great and I am sure that many more orders will follow. This order was a 'thin' sweatshirt with a Christmas print. Though it being 'thin' material it is very warm and I wear it very often.
I love this website because I can read the comments of people that have already bought the products I like and that gives me confidence to buy them! I love the comments section and the fact that we can upload pictures! Good prices.
I placed order on Nov 29th, tracking says it shipped on Dec 11th. Now it says it is just leaving Amsterdam. WTH? This company sucks and I will never order from them again. They lie about their shipping.
The service was fine except that the color blue was incorrectly listed as Teal. I ordered the dress assuming that I was getting Blue but the colour Teal is what was sent. The quick solution was to resend the same dress in the correct size large. So I am somewhat satisfied.
I ordered a helmet camera on the 29th November, as of today, the 31st December, I still havent recvd anything. I do however have the reassurance of having paid with paypal and i could dispute the transaction through them, and to my surprise L. I. T. B have today issued a full refund. So if you do choose to buy something from them (which I would avoid at all costs!) USE PAYPAL!:-)
I placed an order January 19th they cashed the payment January 20th its February 1st and I haven't gotten my order. I made a complaint and an auto reply immediately posted that I would receive my order by March 15th. I don't care if it is in China it doesn't take that long to process an order, that's not even shipping time!

Suits were not as decorative as in the picture, I thought they had sequins and or rhinestones, but they did not. The picture was enhanced to make them appear to shine and sparkle. They were still nice suits though.
The dress I ordered was described as linen - it was gauze! Ugly & so cheap I would'nt wear it a a nighty! The reurn is so complicated that I refuse to spend another cent on mailing back to China! Why can't I return it to the NJ address from where it came? This is a deplorable company. Do not buy a thing from them.

I purchased two headbands and was told it would take a week to ship but it took a month. When it arrived it was not what I expected it was cheaply made. I tried to return it and was told that it wouldn't be worth it for me to return because the shipping to China is very costly. Meanwhile they shipped it to me from a town three towns over. Their entire company is a joke and the way they spoke to me was rude.

Light in the Box is a JOKE! I bought a dress, checking the return policy before hand to be sure I could get a refund, received the dress and the quality was junk. Tried to return it, it was a whole process, we had to upload photos, a ton of back and forth correspondence, it ended up that the $30 dress was going to be $29 to ship back. Light in the Box said we may not even get a refund, they would determine this upon inspection. Not wanting to risk losing an additional $29, we decided to keep for a partial refund, they ended up giving us $9 store credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Stick with well known reputable places!

This website is a Scam. I have yet to recieve my order. These were ordered for my Granddaughters Birthday. I am sick of waiting. I have never had a company take money out of my account until they ship. They took the money out of my account first day of purchase order.

Shopping with your website is easy and with a huge selection all shopping can be done on one website. Payment is easy and a good follow up system is in place to check on felivery of your order. I would recommend to anyone.
There were some problems with import tax, but lightinthebox were willing to refund the tax monies. Which were quickly recredited to my account!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
