Nice site to order directely products from china. Fast shipping, sometimes even from local storehouse. Every week coupons, with every order bonuspoints you can use next time you order. For a few Euros extra you can take an extra insurance for extra costs (import) they refund without any problem.
The ordererd humidifiers are very satisfying. They do what I want and what has been described in the product offer.
The deliverance takes some time, but it fits into the timeframe from the product description.
I do not need any special support, because the products are doing their job.
The products offered here are like that great sale after Christmas when everything is marked down. So you can shop all year round & know you are getting a great buy.
I had issues with all the clothes I ordered: the sizes were never the same on the 3X or the Small sizes clothes. Some were too large, others too small. Also, the quality of the fabrics was unacceptable. I will never use LightinTheBox again for my purchases.
I ordered two dresses from Light in the Box. I was very satisfied with the first dress which came as described and matched the pictures provided in the Light in the Box webpage.
However, I am not satisfied with the second dress I ordered as it did not include a sweep/brush train as described, but instead the dress was floor/ankle lenght also from the back. On top of this, the top on this second dress was completely see-through. I did expect the top to be see-through at the back, but not at the front as well. This did not come trough from the pictures provided in the page and it was not mentioned in description. As such, I am not able to wear the dress with a nude bra.

I ordered a chandelier and it came broken. I notified customer service and they said they would send a replacement in one week. I waited. Then they said two weeks. I waited. Then they said three weeks. I'm fed up. I filed for a chargeback from the credit card company.

I ordered a hat in plenty of time for a class luncheon. I was waiting and waiting for it to be delivered to my door, so I tracked it and it said it was delivered in my mailbox. It had been crushed and jammed into my rather large mailbox. Even though it said it was crushable, it was ruined and unwearable aesthetically. I tried to fix it to no avail. I was so disappointed. So I wrote a review of one star. I did not call customer service because I didn't want the hassle. Just sucked it up. As the title says, we were somewhat reluctant to order goods from overseas. There are bad stories enough. A friend recommended Lightinthebox so tried it out, twice in the meantime. To us the following issues are all important: 1) is the website easy for a customer, 2) how does the retailer communicate with the client (orderstatus), 3) does the retailer keep his promisses, 4) is the delivery of goods in accordance with what was promissed and last not least 5) how is the quality of the goods. Well, twice ordered, twice as we are concerned 5 * rating to every aspect. Lightinthebox, we will be back soon for a new order. The photo is from the first order, a poloshirt.
This was a beautiful scarf, I purchased this for my sisterinlaw and I know she will love it. It has such vivid colours and it is a quality item. I will purchase more after seeing the quality of this item.
I ordered two freesat desk top receivers for delivery in France. Only one was in the parcel and the delivery company were demanding 22 euros import tax before the would leave the half delivered item. Told the delivery company to return to sender. Light in the Box not contacted me since and I can't contact these people. Can't get rid of their spam emails sent 2 o3 times a day either. I have ordered two gowns from LightInTheBox, they arrive much quicker than any other sites from China but the sizes ARE ALWAYS wrong. I know my measurements and I order by my measurements but the dresses have been far too large. One was literally THREE times too large, it could have fit an Elephant. Seriously. I measured and sent all the pictures but they STILL PUSHED BACK on their free return policy. Fool me twice, I will not give them another chance. I have to spend money to send back the elephant sized dress- unacceptable. The other dress is costing $200 to alter. Honestly, Dillards or a custom made dress is more worth it.

I ordered a telephone case and it did NOT fit my phone. I tried to return it and they said they would have to deduct postage to China, refused to submit a return label (but, wants the return postage), the return label address is in Jamaica, NY but they do not accept returns and refuse to provide the address in China with which you return their merchandise. I have experienced similar problems with these Chinese vendors of deception and the do not let you know the company is outside the US in their misleading ads. They are scammers in the first degree.

I ordered a potential mother of the bride outfit in a standard size. When it arrived it was not the colour I expected and it was poorly made. When I requested a refund I was told this was not possible as it was a "made to order" item. I deliberately did not order the item as made to measure, this is an option, as I thought it may be difficult to return. Never did I think a standard size order would be unreturnable. I am now left with an expensive outfit that I will never wear so I advise anyone to not touch this company.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
