So, I really need pants, yes? I guess I could have asked the stores out here to size me but I bus a lot and often can't afford the clothes they offer me, so I tried online. The 4XL and 5XL pants fit me like a large and (maybe) X-Large, which is 3-4 sizes too small for me. Guess I really can't trust them. Most of the shirts in the same size fit, but two are a little tight.
I have the website, the easy to find products and the service is also very good. The products ship fromn China but you get them in atimely manner if you make sure to account for Q/A, and shipping when you estimate the arrival time.
The products I received where 2 shirts, a pair of shoes and a sweater. If you are at all curvy like me nothing will fit you right. The products have no give in the material and a large is more like a small medium. I am not returning anything as it is a really problem so I will donate the sweater and one of the shirts. The other shirt is a Christmas shirt and it is okay. The only product that really works for me are the shoes. They are comfortable and well made. Thank you,
I placed my 1st order with Light in the Box on March 9th and received it on March 17th. I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of my order and with the dress. I have since placed a second order and plan to order many more items from Light in the Box. I love the styles they offer, the prices and the prompt delivery.
I have bought a lots of cosplay things from Litb, a wood sword among those things, and have only had good experience with them. I have never bought a wig there thought but I'm satisfied with what I have bought there.

Highly recommended not purchasing from Lightinthebox. Requires pictures to return Xmas gifts and then said they could not accept the return. After further conversation, they said they would accept the return though, needed to return the product to China. Totally unacceptable.

I check the LITB site at least once a day, and buy just about all my garments from the site. The only garments I don't buy from LITB are long sleeve tops of any type that don't specify sleeve length, as I have particularly long arms for my height. Their selection of items is broad and deep, and virtually everything I've purchased from them has been very good quality fabric/materials, and construction. I check their electronic items as well, but as yet haven't made any buys of those goods.
I purchased 11 products & everything was of great quality, better than I expected, the prices are so reasonable, there was a small issue and the support staff was amazing, they solved the issue so fast, I was so impressed, overall experience 10 out of 10, I recommend to anyone looking for quality products at reasonable prices.

Total Frustration! My order was held at customs for 71.00, I thought it was a scam to pay DHL, my money did get refunded.
My next issue was the size of a suit I ordered, I wanted to return it, however there was a process for taking measurements to compare to their chart. There is only one real option, As follows take 50% in credit on your next order. NO CASH OR EXCHANGE which is all I wanted

So far all is ok. Orders come in time without delay. Products are ok, usualy what you order is what you get. There are small bonuses from time to time.

I am a hopeless seamstress-buttons are a challenge. When I opened the two "Light in the Box" dresses I ordered (a better name for the company might be: "Gross in the Box") I was dumbstruck. The two dresses looked as if I'd made them-they were flimy, icky material without any sign of a design. Perhaps people still wear mumu's?
The only thing I can say is-they were cheap. My recourse was: spend more money than they cost returning them to China, or put them in the give-away bag. I hesitated to give them away because they are an insult to any woman, but perhaps something is better than nothing if one is desperate.
This company is pathetic and a scam. I can't say strongly enough--do not waste even a little money. I'm embarrassed I fell for it.

I ordered what was described as a midi-length dress. The dress I was sent was a maxi-length dress. The skirt was far too long for me to safely wear. Unless I can find someone to hem it afffordably, I will not be able to wear it.

I like to shop at LightIn TheBox. Most of the time I get what I ordered. However, you really should read the reviews before you buy. I have gotten things that did not look at all what I ordered. They are good about refunding my money.
The amount of solicitation that I get everyday from light in the box is horrible,,, in the neighborhood of 20 to 30 text emails a day that's ridiculous trying to sell me things when I can't even get my stuff delivered to it that I purchased

I would like the deliivery to not be shoved into my mailbox but delivered to my door instead. I have had issues getting the bag out of the mailbox when the bag is so big that it is difficult to pull it out.
I have a great experience with the store. The deliveries are not long, the items correspond to the desciption. But the colors are sometimes different and not so bright. The price and quality are acceptable.
I think that if you upgrade the fabric a litlle, more cotton and no polyester, and make the return proces easier, for example a return label. And accept, a litlle bit of profit less, you would gain, in the end more. Like i already mentioned, the designs are very cute and beautiful most of the times, so that's in the pocket, only some adjustments.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
