I purchased a hooded vest in the size I normally wear…large. When it came, it was considerably too small. You asked me to return it by way of the United States post office, and I complied and sent it via the USPO. The USPO said the returned merchandise was received successfully by you.
It took a long time to receive the first vest, and I have yet to hear from you concerning the returned item or whether You're going to actually exchange it or refund the money,

I did an order on 22th. Shipping time frame was 3-5 business days since I paid 21,14€ for Express Delivery and they now say on My Order page:
Received Payment - All Shipped Pending Processing - Estimated shipping date April 01,2015, which they are 10 days just to send it and then, I guess, another 3-5 business days as they say or maybe more.
I have tried to get a ticket to get in touch with Customer Service but I can't see any link or email or whatever.

I'm very much happy from what the items turned out. They looked legit and the designs were impeccable! I would definitely buy more in the future.
Although, since I live in Denmark, I had to pay taxes. I bought items in the total of 390kr. And had to pay 160kr. I've purchased 18 items from miniinthebox but there was only 16 items. The other 2 hasn't been shipped yet but I already paid full price for them. I would gratefully appreciate it if they put the exact amount on how much you pay for the taxes.

First, my search online was for a music shirt, being a musician, I was looking for something special for a gig. Well, I found it & many other cool shirts and pants. I ordered one shirt for right now, it was delivered when they said it would be and when it arrived, I honestly did not expect the quality to be so top-notch. I was so pleased with the quality of the shirt and the fit, which was perfect. We're looking for a dress now for my wife for a special family event coming up. She already got short boots from LightIn TheBox and loved them, very comfortable and fit perfectly. Thank you LightIn TheBox! Great products and great quality at a great price! Unbelievable!
Received non-brand new smartwatch, as I can tell from the packaging as well as the first boot (no language setting, sys preconfigured). I should have looked up reviews on Google other than only from the LITB web. More than 1 star because the customer service was responsive and helpful.
Update on 12/26: As mentioned earlier, the customer service, as before, is responsive and helpful. My issue was resolved by Megha. Thanks LITB team.
Update on 1/13: This is for another order (also smartwatch). This item is also not new: No language setting on the 1st boot. Main issue, though, is that the battery was definitely used before -- I fully charged it before sleeping at night. It was 15% in the morning! The screen was off during the whole night, how come it drains so fast!

When I asked LightInTheBox when package will arrive, they respond promptly.Iwasrelieved.The package arrived in Japan in 3 days. I realized that the photo of the site and the real item are the same. Many of the products of LightInTheBox are different from Japan, so please take a look.
I ordered a 3XL T shirt that was obviously only XL when it arrived. Although, it was their error they did not offer a full refund. I sent the shirt back & provided them the tracking number. They still didn't refund my $. I contacted them a month later & they acknowledged they received it, but a month later still didn't refund the $. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago & they sent me 3 step instructions to get my refund. Step failed. They took almost a week to respond to the step. They asked for my email address to refund to paypal. Then they said sorry, they need my paypal account, but weren't specific about the info they needed. Now they respond "They are currently contacting the corresponding department to verify for you. Once we receive your response, we will provide a solution to solve this problem. We will get in touch with you in the next 3-5 business days." I should have received my refund months ago!

I am very happy with all the items I bought. Everything worked perfectly fine until the package arrived into Mexico. Customs charged a fee for the importation round US$80.00 pluse a servere delay for me to receive it from DHL. At the end everything worked out fine and I am still waiting to use the credit of US$40.- I am supposed to receive for my next purchase as a compensation for that Customs Fee
Light in the box is a total scam. They scammed me out of over 200.00. They do not allow you to return items. I purchased 4 jackets and didnt like the quality. I didnt even open 2 of them. I followed their (very difficult) return process the SAME DAY I received the items and they said the only way I can return is to send to CHINA Myself which is EXTREMELY costly and takes up to 30 days or more. Meanwhile they shipped it with a couple dollar delivery fee in 5 days, I went to the post office and they gave me a quote for almost 200.00 to ship. Light in the box explained that it would be that costly and that I might as well just keep the items.> They actually told me that in writing. That I might as well keep the items. They make it so you cannot return items. DO NOT PURCHASE

I've enjoyed buying sale items at their site, gives me a chance to try and find out if I like their items, many have proved to be beautiful items, others not so nice, but sizing is usually accurate to their measurement charts. They have a large range of specialty items, have been pleasantly surprised with many of them. Some I'd like to give as gifts, but toys, that are in boxes and sent in bags have gotten squished, but luckily still work. Boxed items, should be in a sturdy box as I've had some of those collapse and squish the item in the box as well, then they aren't looking quite good enough to give as a gift. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with the shipping and communications and tracking of item. Thanks, keep up the good work!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
