I bought 4 polo shirts they look great, true fit. I wear a Large and they were a true fit. The only negative I would say with Liteinthebox is their shipping and handling is Ridiculous in pricing. I could find the same shirts and items with Temu and they have free shipping and handling all the time. That's a HUGE game changer. I've had lots of friends and family stopped shopping with you guys and went to Temu because of your outrageous shipping costs. I have scaled back shopping with ur site as well. I hope you either cut ur shipping to a regular locked in general free or wave it totally. Or even send repeat shoppers free shipping offers as a coupon to keep us..
After paying for purchase and waiting for delivery for two weeks, we were required to pay additional custom charge / tax in the amount of 40% of our purchase before the delivery date. Information about this charge is not provided before you make payment so you would not possibly know about this during the checkout process. The company's explanation is that they would not know the exact amount of tax that each country may ultimately charge their clients when goods are crossing the border therefore they do not mention this amount during the payment process. Meanwhile in company's Q&A section on their internet page I found the statement which says: " If there is such a tax, the charge will be displayed on the checkout page. Please check clearly before you make a payment." Which obviously did not happen.
On top of that, when contacting customer service about this issue, I was informed that it will not be refunded if I disagree with the new payment condition and decide to reject my purchase. They said that their products are very popular among customers (good argument to not inform customers about full cost?) and their recommendation would be to accept new payment, receive the item and then see if I want to return (subject to their return policy).
Overall very disappointing experience that I believe does not meet customer protection policies of any country no matter where the parcel is delivered. It also doesn't help firm's reputation.
Order a shopkins on Nov 30 supposed it was sent on
Dec 6 on 6to 8 day business ground shipping today is Dec 24 no package.
Do not order from here if you order on the promised date. Received on Dec 28 and the
Package was tampered with and are not the Shopkins ordered. Like they were switched or something.
I ordered two shirts and used their own sizing chart and a measuring tape to select sizes. One was supposed to be XL black and the other XL Khaki. They arrived over a month later. The black one fit like a medium and the Khaki one was peach. I contacted Lightinthebox and they told me they would give me a 15% discount on my next purchase, or i could return the product and get my $48 back. I said i would return it, thinking it would go to Markum Ontario. Nope! You have to mail it back to Gaobu Town, Dongguan, China and it has to have a tracking number. It would cost between $110 - $217. I contacted them again and told them about the shipping costs (which they were aware of) and told them i was very unsatisfied and I'd be sure to spread the word. I left a bad review and suddenly they decided to give me a full refund. A few days later $15 was returned. Never again!

I purchased a dress, shawl, and wrap (shrug/bolero). I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! The designs are simple and elegant, and the materials are nice. The pearl pink color is beautiful. The dress is one of the most beautiful dresses I've come across. For a 5'1", 122 lb, US 32B woman such as myself, the waist is a bit loose on the Girls' Size 16 dress, which is great if you're looking for a modest fit. They're exactly like in the photos!
I ordered 10 dresses. All were way too big. The size chart isnt accurate. Converting medium and large to their chart, everything I ordered too large.and shipping…3 hooded sweatshirts. Dress. Tshirt. Cost $20.73 plus $43.75. Now if they would have fit that would be ok. But I have that cost to return them and they don't refund shipping. They offered 10% off the products if I would keep them. What a joke! So 3 orders product cost was $139.92 plus shipping of $116.63…. BE VERY SURE WHAT YOU ORDER WILL FIT! RETURNS WILL COST YOU! The 3 order number are below

I placed my order on 11-27-21, I was suppose to get by 12-21-21 it never arrived in the tracking number it made it to my state but never to my address. I was told they had insufficient address but they had my exact address. I was told it was returned to them. I confirmed they had ther correct address and they would reshipbbur they did not reship. Then I was told they didn't get it back and they would resin if I paid an additional $6.26 or o could get 70% credit. It's not my error. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are iN China and have no phone number. The complaints are endless! It is not my error and I should not have to pay another shipping fee nor should I not get a particular credit! I'm pissed off!

I ordered my dress and spoke to a man in Inquiries asking whether many dress arrived late, etc because I needed my dress to arrive ontime. He stated, "Don't Worry," and that he would mark my dress as urgent. 8 days later, my dress had still not been sent. I had to search 2 HOURS before finding someone to contact, and when I did, they did nothing! They kept stating that nothing could be done due to their high quality standards and that, "unfortunately, (my) shipment would not be mailed until XXX day". There was nothing they could do appearantly despite the fact that before the order, they said that there was nothing to worry about! I had to threaten to complain in order for them to send the package (finally!) and even then, despite having complained to multiple people, they sent it on standard shipping, despite that I had ordered expidited. Despite all that, it wont arrive on time.
My first time purchasing from LightInTheBox and I was pleasantly surprised, i had many questions before purchase and all was answered quickly. When i placed my order i received email acknowledgement very quickly and i received my phone, fast delivery and exactly as described, the phone is excellent quality and can compete with the high price phones easily! Will definitely do business with LightInTheBox again.
I ordered what was described as a sweatshirt. It was actually a very thin long sleeved tshirt. Was DEFINITELY NOT a sweatshirt. And funny, but no paperwork in the envelope it came in. No return options. I will keep because I have to, but will definitely never order from them again.

Well for those who have been following my reviews this will be my last. Please do not order anything from this fake company all they will do is create nothing but frustration for you and take your money and send you nothing or something that is chinese crap!
I finally had to go to my credit card company and file a fraud complaint against LIGHT IN THE BOX and Visa Refunded my whole amount and they are now going after "LIGHT IN THE BOX". So don't waste you time trying to get a refund just go to your credit card company and let them go after these scumbags.
I learnt an important lesson is to check reviews on sites like these. Too good to be true it usually is. So my friends be careful and good luck!

The ordered under and nightware are how the sight says it is and are not expensive. My last order was for a pure mulberry men slip, but I received a slip who was made from cotton and spandex. Light in the box promised me as yet to send the pure mulberry slip.
Spend 170£ for few items, postal over 30£ tax fees almost 140£ which i get know about after the dhl contact me. Cant refuse paying cos they dont accept returns. If you reading this before buying go somewhere else like amazon or eBay. Save your money, time and stress. One big froud

I recently purchased a range of bathroom products from LightinTheBox. I was pleased with the arrival time due to international Covid19 restrictions of travel and uncertainties associated with that. The products were well packaged and the image and descriptions were as shown on the website. Overall I couldn't fault any of the process and product received.
Terrible company from China, do not ever buy from them! All pictures on their website are fake and if you want to return item, they will close your case!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
