Bought a wedding dress from your website it was not made to order just used your size guide was very disappointed with dress when it arrived. Then you refused to refund my money stating it was made to order, which it wasn't. I will not be recommending your company to anyone...
I chose four lace dresses, two black and two dark blue. The quality is good and even am a XL/ XXL they fit me like a glove. The lace doesn't look cheap and is a bit elastic and it falls beautifully down. Even I bought two dark blue, the company mixed up one and they send my a different one, also a dark blue. But less lace and the skirt from voile. But because the dress was fitting me well I kept it. Sorry for the mixup but this dress was to beautiful to change back for the one I first ordered.
I like the dress and style. But it's a bit too small. Then I found out bc I had to pay shipping to return it, and the return address was in China, it would cost more than I paid for the dress to return it. Wasn't too happy about that. So I didn't return it, and wonder if I'll ever wear it.
LughtingtTheBox is a huge scam. Ripped blouses with crooked buttons were shipped. The problem with sending back the wrong items, the possibility of sending back the items to China only for a fee and these are huge costs. If you want to return the goods, you must send them to China at your own expense. And so, it is not known whether it will arrive or the package will not be lost, or they will mock that they have not received it or that it will be damaged with the package, and it is the courier's fault. I lost my money! Avoid a wide berth!

I ordered clothes from lightinthebox. When the orders finally arrived the items were such trash and way too small. I've tried to reach them on many occasions but I've been ghosted. I'm contacting the BBB, sitejabber etc., the New York State Attorney General's office, my bank and anyone else I can think of. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I had bought shoes I did not like and I had sent it back on May 3th 2023 and it had arrived in China on May 12th 2023.
They had refunded me a little amount and They have returned me the product five months later which was labelled REFUSED. I had paid 88.75$ either more than twice the price the product just for returning it at my fees! And it is like they did not kept it!
I had thought the issue was solved and I had deleted my account when they had received it.

Order a pair of shoes, which were lovely, but they were a size too small. I need to exchange, they do not partake in exchanges. I was told to return and re-purchase the shoes in a larger size. I was told I had a paid shipping label. Turns out the shipping coast came out of MY REFUND, which was NEVER communicated. Also the price of the shoes increased by $10, or $17 if you count the coast of the shipping I had to pay for. They will NOT honor any pricing. I am required to pay the new increased rate. I will NEVER order from this site again.

They say 10 days on the site but then when it have taken 20 days they say it should arrive in 30 more days.
I would recomend Ali Express, and not this fake fraud site.

I ordered a couple of lamps they are available in stock with a delivery estimation of 2 weeks!
I get nothing in a month, then I sent a mail to ask the get a reply that it has requested the supplier to check and send my order! Again no answer or delivery for a week and I asked again about my order status and their replied they have not got any answer from the supplier yet!
Then I canceled my order! It is not my problem if they do not have a right info or trustable contact with their suppliers! I took those lamps because there were in the stock and I thought I would collect them in 2 weeks, latest a month! Not "no info" after 6 weeks!

I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. It arrived 2 weeks later. The outfit was of incredibly poor quality. The top was too big, the pants too small. The return policy is ridiculous. You're asked to take a photo of the problem. How do you photo the problem if the problem is that the product is crap? We took a photo of the pants anyway and the website didn't allow it to be uploaded. I advise any customer to look somewhere else. I've contacted the BBB, stopped payment on my credit card and notified Amazon of the nature of this company. It is a scam! Stay clear.

Bought an ipad cover for my daughter's ipad 2. Beautiful and classy looking case. Love the jewels outside the case. Great price for the money! I'm glad i bought this case because it fits nicely and feels good. When I purchased this, I accidentally bought the red cover. I emailed LITB to ask customer service to change the order to the pink color for me, and it was done quickly and I'm very satisfied. Thank you LITB!
This company makes it expensive and difficult to return items that don't fit right. My package was sent from their warehouse in Queens, NEW YORK, USA however they want me to return items to CHINA. They offer a discount to keep the items which is useless ~ they don't fit! I do not reccommend the clothing. They may be inexpensive, but the quality of fabrics used is marginal. Howdy, I just wanted to let you know I am so pleased with delivery of the order I submitted. It came when I expected it. No problems with the package being damaged. Really enjoy using LITB as my go to shopping outlet.
Ordered shoes with expedited shipping - 5-7 days - ordered July 3 - not received till July 15th. Their response was the order was processed on July 8th - so it met the shipping criteria. What happened between July 3 and July 8th? Not received in time for event, too small, and not as appeared in picture - EXTREMELY poor quality. To return I have to pay to ship them back to china - overall cost for what amounts to $5.00 quality shoes - would be over $60. Not certain they are even fit for a charitable donation!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
