Contracted to do a 5 week job. Extended to 16 weeks two weeks after starting without any justification. Finally left site at 47 weeks with work incompleted and damages to my property. Have had the Department of Fair Trading and lawyers involved. Have had to go to the Tribunal. Still not over. A complete nightmare. Do not use.
Warning they use various business names eg BWC Build, BWC waterproofing, BWC & Associates Building Professionals.
They will contract work in Sydney without revealing that the workers will be coming from the Central Coast, arriving and leaving at whatever times suit them based on avoiding traffic and consequently not fulfilling a normal tradesman days work of 7am to 3pm with lunch break. This significantly extends the time to completion.

Bought a cycling top described as thermal. It arrived after about three weeks. Not a thermal top! Was therefore useless. Advised Light in the Box who wanted me to return at my expense from Australia to China. Too costly so I had to keep the top. The first time I went to wear it, I undid the front zipper but could not rezip up. The zip is faulty. Light in the Box eventually refunded but I am out of pocket the initial shipping charge AUD$6 plus the return shipping charge AUD$22 so a total of AUD$28 for nothing. The company provided me a faulty product. I am out of pocket $28 and have nothing. The company should as a minimum supply me with a non faulty product free of charge. The company remains to operate with faulty products, buyers out of pocket shipping costs both ways and have wasted time and effort to in the end having paid significantly and without a product. Will never use this site again.
