I ordered my shoes on 7/12/16 with a delivery date of NLT 8/9/16. When the order didn't come in, I asked the customer service what the problem was. All I got was sorry for the inconvenience and since you didn't pay for expedited shipping it can take up to 40 days to be delivered. So I waited 45 days to be exact and still no delivery. The link to my tracker of shipping says it's been in Jacksonville, FL since 7/29. Today is 8/25 and no update to the status. The customer service told me I have to get with my postal service to find it. WHAT?! Why do I have to search for my box? It's your delivery! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Experience. Don't buy anything from here.
I ordered two pairs of shoes and got one pair. It wasn't even the one I ordered.
I thought about going for a refund, but I read the many bad reviews. I will end up with nothing if I return this pair. Monkey business!
I ordered 2 shirts in February. 1 was canceled in March. Finally received the other one in April. I normally wear a 2X but ordered a 3X just to be safe, and it was still too small. I have a 4X from last year that was too big. Won't be ordering from this company again. Clothes are very cute, and prices really low, but takes too long to receive, and sizes are not even close to accurate.

I ordered my daughter a Halloween costume on October 16th paid over $15 for express delivery (3-5 business days) it's now October 23 and it still has not been shipped. Needless to say, I have oe very dissapointed little girl. We live in a very small town with nowhere to buy anot her costume in time. After buying the items, I had no support from them, in coordinating with the delivery courier. The courier asked for many documents to be uploaded for custom clearance. Even after following the requirements of the courier, they charged me huge demurrages. Light in the box replied to handle courier directly. Why should I be managing the courier which has been appointed by them? I ended up paying much more than the items are worth. I will never recommend to buy from here. Very very bad service.

I ordered a long wool coat on one order, its the only order that's arrived so far and was far from what I ordered! I got a cropped jacket made of felt that children use in nursery to decorate things with. The shipping cost more than the goods, yet two weeks later I'm still waiting for items that was supposed to of been shipped in24hr! Looking at my bill they've now upped the price so its gone up during transit! I payed 21£ for it to get here in5days yet the stuff only cost 12£! If I want to send stuff bk I have to pay and I dont get the the shipping fees back at any point! How they can get away with this I dont know. I complained about the 24hr shipping service 3times, as the stuff was shipped out over a week later! They sent back a link to the rules every single time, even when I pointed out how I didn't get what I payed for. I've spent over 100£ for my daughters birthday on my last pay check so I'm praying something worth giving comes, or they've ruined her birthday

I ordered two radios on february 16 and they didn't show up. I sent a ticket asking for info and they asked me to wait until march 16, which I did. Still no radios. Asked again on march 19. Package delayed due to "extremely busy schedule of the courier" they said and asked me to be patient and wait another week, which I did. No package. New contact on 28 march. They asked me to track the package with a number that was no tracking number via a link that didn't work. They now offered a refund if shipment hadn't reached Sweden, which I accepted. They now answered that package was delayed because courier was busy (DHL!) again! Asked me to be patient (again) for another 19 (!) days. I insisted on a refund.
I guess I'll never get any products, nor refund, but who knows?. I will update you on any progress...

I ordered a xl trench coat street jacket that took forever to arrive and when I received it, I opened a plastic bag to find the ugliest cheapest jacket that I've seen in my life, it doesn't even look like the pictures on the site. The jacket was way, way too small yet it was marked as XL. Stay the hell away from this site! Don't get ripped of like I did, I'm really sorry I did not check the reviews on this site before I ordered from LightTheBox.

I have been shopping at Light in the Box for over a year, and I recommend them for everyone! All the products I have purchased, eg.dresses, bathingsuits, tops, pants; have all been of the best quality and best prices anywhere! All you have to do is follow the size chart provided with every item, and you will be very pleased. I love this online store, and I'm sure you will too!

Finally received my package last week, after ordering it at the end of Feb 2015 (its now April!). Came over on a boat from China and I ended up paying £60 for 2 clocks, then £20 for shipping - OK I knew this would be the cost and went ahead with the order. When it arrived with parcel force I had to pay another £40 customs charges before parcel force would release it for delivery! Absolute rip off, the hands on one of the clocks is bent, but I'm not paying more money out on customs! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE if you are ordering from the UK! Cheap tat from China!

I ordered a pantsuit fir a special occasion in dec., 1st problem material had a weird smell, 2nd it didn't fit, too was way too small, pants were way too big, contacted them about returning, 1st the website is very confusing trying to figure out how to return, 2nd the guy told me it was a special made item, it was not returnable which I didn't special order, 3rd we are at the point in communications where he has offered me half my money back but I told him no thanks, I will dispute it with my CC, do not do business with this shady website! Very disappointed!

I feel sorry that the pantsuit didn't fit, and to learn it had a strange smell. Please be aware to avoid sizing problems, all the products are indicated on the website with their exact measurements in both inches and centimetres. To elaborate on our return policy, made-to-measure products belong to a special category. Even the pantsuits and dresses in the standard sizes need to be made from scratch. Further, note the tailor always leaves an extra 2 inches of fabric in the seams. This renders the possibility to have the product altered by a professional tailor. For this reason my colleague tried to convince you keeping it with a partial refund. I am sorry that you found his offer unfair, while it was well-intentioned.

This is the 2nd order I had placed with these guys, the 1st one was already bogus due to the length of time with delivery and me chasing them up on why it was taking so long! This order was a simple eyeliner set and a pkt of false eyelashes, which I ordered May 31st, for it then to show that it was shipped on the 16th June (16 days later!)... to it now being the 2nd July (another 16 days later!) and I've still not received it! Getting really tired of these overseas companies that take ages but expect payment upfront, and also make it so damn difficult to deal with customer service! 2nd time is now the charm, and its another company I wont be ordering from again.

Before order delivery time is 4-10 days. After order is placed. Delivery isa month! Selling items they don't have and it doesn't say that on the website. Have to wait weeks untill they get your item.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
