I seem to have proceeded with app.25 purchase orders, and only 1 time my ordered product (paied in advance) was not available (the vendor had sold out their stock) so I got a contact from customer service immediately with appologies and got a 100%refund in a few days. Nowadays there are "companies" that are not trustworthy, but this is 110% to trust for! Something to be approved: there are products that we customers would like to have in smaller/bigger sizes: hopefully there will be a direct feedback link concerning specificly this matter. I truly don't understand how this site gets any good reviews. My experience was horrific. First they didn't ship my order until a week after receiving payment. Then it took over a month to get the shipment. I ordered three dresses sized 3X for my friend's daughter. She actually wears a 2X, but after reading the reviews, I realized I should order a size up, as the clothing ran small. Well, the dresses didn't come close to fitting her. I figured I would use the dresses myself, since I wear between a large and extra large. I couldn't get these dresses on at all! We ended up giving the dresses to her younger sister, who wears a medium, and they fit, but snugly. I felt so taken.
I am surprised to see so many 5 star reviews... there can only be one explanation to this... self planted and fake! All 5 star reviews are self planted. They are all fake as their products are...! I wonder how on earth anyone can be happy with lightinthebox? I have done detailed product reviews of lightinthebox, check my user name.

I had an old shirt tear and googled the brand name. It connected me with LightITheBox. I bought what I thought was a similar shirt and while the material was different I was pleased as I was with both the pricing and delivery times. Most sites I've purchased form take months to deliver. LightinTheBox is usually here within2 - 3 weeks. I've made several more purchases. I like the styles offered for men. As soon as my relationship status changes I plan on using LightinTheBox to purchase for the woman in my life.
I needed a gown for a company event and when i found this site, I was amazed at the huge selection and ease of purchase. Any questions i had was quickly answered and check out was simple and clear. I wouldn't hesitate to make this my number one place for purchasing!
The delivery time was ok but package was not hand delivered. It was just left in doorway. The shorts were not correct size a size smaller then ordered. Would like if a replce could be sent. The belt on the other hand was perfect. And the quality of both were excellent.

I ordered wedding invitations on the 31st January - on the website it states it will be delivered in 8 days and has already been shipped - it has now been 2 weeks and I still haven't received them also the tracking number is incorrect. I have contacted the courier and they could not locate the tracking number either

As I said, experience was great! I'm sorry, but I'm not sure which Lightbox product you are referring to, so I don't know what to say about this product, but all the products I have received have been great!
I bought a couple of items and used the size chart to base the correct size to order. Nothing fit! You have to enter your return for a ticket, of which there is no label for your return. All returns must be shipped to their warehouse in Asia which cost $30-$80 via ground. The shipping cost more than the items themself. Then, there is an offer for a 50% coupon of your shipping to purchase another item. All return requests must be authorized by their customer service team before shipping to the return address. They send you an email, of which you must reply within 24hrs or they close your ticket and you have to start all over again. Definintely not worth the hassle. Stay away from ordering their products.

The pictures excited me with the different designs available so I ordered 6 dresses. One was cancelled by Light and when I got the other dresses two had sizing problems and one a flaw in the collar. Lightinbox offered me a discount on the dresses but I ended up losing money because I was not reimbursed for 'full price' nor the shipping charges. I had already ordered 8 more dresses 'prior to getting' this shipment and 1 was cancelled and 3 of the 7 had issues again. Quality control is sorely lacking at Lightinbox. The designs are nice but the fabric, coloring on the prints, and sizing are not just not what one would come to expect! The wait time to get the dresses is very long!
If I hadn't used pay pal I would have been out of 97.14 as I couldn't contact the company directly. Pay pal once I contacted them researched the transaction and favored in my favor. Only after that did light in the box want to help me. Three months I waited for product. This company isn't in United States there for no one to regulate them. They've been in trouble before I read. Be aware. They have good prices and some real deals. Purchase through pay pal only and keep all info on the transaction. You'll probably need it later. I hope not.
I ordered a bathing suit for my daughter. 3 minutes later my wife says we need a different size. I immediately tried to change the order, it said we need to cancel... so I did. Then I ordered the right size. I get an email the next day that says they could not cancel my order because it was already in the shipping process... in 3 minutes?... give me a break. I got charged for both and still have not received the correct order... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We finally received the 2nd bathing suit, and my daughter loves it. The company has still not contacted me to offer any reconciliation or otherwise. I would still not use this company.

I love everything I bought from the app. All shoes and dress were true to size, no complaints. The delivery was quite okay too. And, I love the communication each time there's an update on my order. However, I ordered a necklace that wasn't included in my package, instead, I got an extra wristwatch. I do not hold this against you though, I felt it might be a package error. I love my experience ordering from the app and I will definitely order somoe more from the app.

I do like some of the products but I bought a few shirts I couldn't use and i didn't bother returning. I found the material not great and size was not fitting. Also the time it takes to get delivered is a bit longer than usual. But I do like thai products that they offer.
I 'm from Greece and I buy my wedding dress from the site light in the box. I had a lot of worries about this action, and many people told me not to do it. Finally I receive my wedding dress on time, one day before I go and buy another from shop.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
