I recently had to contact Lightinthebox Customer Service to make a return. I was surprised by how fast they sent me a return message to resolve my situation. The website said they would reply within 24hrs and it was much less than that and they provided several options for me to choose to make my order right. They also provided detailed instructions on how to make my return. I am now in the process of waiting for my refund.
Though i did get an initial shock when i realized that it wasn't a samsung note3 that i had ordered, once i used the phone i must admit i couldn't be more relieved. Looks, camera, apps and other performance wise this is as good or maybe even better than my previous samsung note. I am one satisfied customer. It is slightly bigger than its Samsung counterpart, which is great for SKYPE and viewing videos and stuff, but near impossible to find a cover. It would have been great if it came with a cover or one was available online.
I have ordered twice from LITB. The first time I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the fit and quality of the clothing. The second time I was a bit disappointed with the fit and the quality. I ordered 2 tshirts that were too large, and the linen shirts I ordered were made of a very thin fabric. So it's a bit of a gamble since you can't try on before you buy, but the price makes it worth the gamble.
I ordered my dress on 5th September, it's 14th October and I still have NOT received it. I paid for fast expedite post, absolute waste of time. The customer service just ignored all my enquiries and did what they wanted. I wanted the dress for a 1940 dance. I have not got it. I have asked for a refund... I have never had a service like it before online... I shall NEVER use again, and I hope people read this review and do not give them custom. I hope to prevent anyone else going through this and suffering the same plight...! Neve ever again.

Misleading marketing when it comes to above web site, I recently purchased a compact photo printer however I received only the photo paper for the printer. I orderd a top on 13th oct 2014. I still havnt got my order or refund. I checked with them after a month and their reply is the shipment has been lost so we will be refunding your money.its a bogus site which we fall for due to its prices. I recommended not to spend even 1$ in this site just to see if its original. Save your money and time.

Do not buy any clothing from this scam site!
FYI, I wear a XL men's shirt alI day long, I am 6'1" and not obese. I ordered three shirts, three button down and one casual pull over. I used their absolutely erroneous sizing chart and even went conservatively larger just to be safe. What arrived was a mess of ill-fitting garbage. The shirt I wanted the most (BD "button down" 1) was canceled by them and refunded immediately. The rest of the order I only initiated to get free shipping went as follows. BD 2 was marked as XXL on the shirt, and was super tight, like just under a large. BD 3 was a barely a medium at best. The stitching was cracking just handling the shirt and it was four inches short of touching the buttons when I attempted to put it on. The pull over was marked as 5X! It is a circus tent!
I tried in vain to get help from their "customer service". You can not return any items for a full refund. They offer only a 20% toward a new rip off. You are stuck, SOL

No news, silence and no way to join them. It's almost one month and I receive one item which was different from what I ask like a cheap version but I still didn't receive the other items. Almost 100$ Wasted. I wanted to try but I'm so disapointed this website is lies lies and lies. No phone costumer service. It's a really awful website. Never command on this website it's losing money. It should be closed.
One of the best overseas websites I've ever used from the communication down to the price, and even the packaging with the extra foam padding. Is not the first time and certainly will not be the last time I use them. I cannot reccomend light in the box enough
Great MicroSDHC card. Nominal amount of memory 7gd 49 mb. Transfer rate and backup the data 22 mbit/s. Card reader works well.The adapter card is inserted into the same well. All in all I'm satisfied. Rating 5 stars out of 5.
I was at first hesitant to purchase on line from LightInTheBox which was new to me but knowing that I could pay with PayPal reassured me. I have now ordered a few items and I am very happy with the quality of the product. I have now became a satisfied gold member.

I love Light in the Box because of the great selection of products and great wholesale prices. What I do not like at all and I am currently very upset about is that prices can rise for items that I place in my LITB cart. This breaks my order which I spend a lot of time preparing to keep the cost within my budget. No physical store that I shop in raises the price of items in my cart while I am shopping in the store. This is really very unacceptable. When I place items in my LITB cart, I expect that no item in my cart will increase in price just like in a physical store. Light in the Box has the choice to correct this price increase in the cart practice or not. I have the choice to continue shopping at Light in the Box or not. Thanks.

I recently purchased two cycling jerseys from light in the box I haven't ridden seriously for 15 years so I hoped the sizes were consistent with my build and they were along with my chest measurement the shirts were long enough and wide enough for me without me looking ridiculous the fabric was quality and well printed the shirt was a very good fit and the pockets in the back and zipper are very handy on a day out without excessive weight on my road bike the material I found both accommodating and tough especially getting it off after a good ride and I would highly recommend them at the price point delivery was prompt and I even had a chance to insure them if I wanted I will be buying from them again purely on the basis of quality and price! A month of frustration with a simple order. No help from their website or customer service. To summarise a long saga: 1. Order an item worth £13 or so 2. Cancel almost immediately, within 24 hours. 3. Three weeks later - order arrives - I immediately return to sender ( the courier in UK). 4. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
