I ordered dresses from here. Read and reread return policy. It clearly states a 7-day any reason return. My order hadn't shipped, they only took my money. I requested the order be cancelled and they told me I only would get half my money back! Mind you, I just literally placed the order. Had to cancel my order due to Covid and event being canceled do not u def any circumstances order from here. Dry questionable business practices.

Company policy states that all Made-To-Measure dress orders that are cancelled between 24 hours of purchase, 50% of the dress price will be charged as a handling fee. The reasoning behind this policy is that all dresses ordered from us are made from scratch and each dress is specially requested to tailors to make. Terrible customer service. Terrible return policy. Products are not as described. They are much cheaper, color is off, and doesn't fit as shown. If you want to return it, you have to go through a grueling process and pay for international shipping costs "again" and even then, they have the right to deny the return merchandise for any reason. If you want online credit, you have to spend double the amount of money you originally spent just to get more defective merchandise.

I have been a customer of LITB for years. Their items are quality and prices are great. They have a great customer service and marketing team as well. If there are any issues, they are handled in a timely manner with grace, humility, and empathy. LITB is about doing what is best for the customer. They care and we as customers matter.

I ordered a pant suit for a wedding. It was a standard size like I would order from a reputable clothing site. When I received the item the fit was horrible, and so was the quality. I immediately contacted them and requested a return. They responded by saying it was a MTO or "made to order" item that could not be returned. I did not send personal measurements and was never under the impression that it was made to order. They are scammers as far as I am concerned. I now have a poorly fit outfit that I can't wear and am out over $120. Shame on this company, I have NEVER not been able to return an item that did not fit.

First off love the men's clothing. This time though I needed a new Dash Cam. My screen got cracked. So I looked around and found a 3 camera model that rocks. The Awesome Service the Light N the Box gives afforded me the means to get it with my rewards and credits.

The sweater that I order was terrible quality and the size was no where near the size chart they provided and trying to get ahold of customer service and deal with a return and refund was painful. They make you jump thru hoops to get your refund and do not make it a customer friendly service. Would never recommend them to anyone!

The dresses were very well made. One was little tight, so order a size up or wear spanks thru your chest! Very good customer service.

My partner was very pleased with the items that fit perfectly. The items that did not fit wasn't worth the effort to return because shipping charges are outrageous. Customer Service continued to work with us on options in lieu of returning and we are satisfied with that.
Received my third pair of beach pants this week and am as pleased as always! The pants are comfortable to wear around the house, colorful and cool-looking with always intriguing graphic designs. I'll keep looking for more to add to my collection!

After many years of successful purchasing goods from the company,the lost order went to the wrong address.I am not living in ENGLAND for 15years and can not understand how the parcel sent wrongly. Unfortunately I did not received full refund,only the third of the payment.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in October and paid for expedited shipping. Promised receipt by 5-9 days. It's now Nov 23 and no shoes. I needed them for 2 dance performances. They are useless to me now and I have no shoes and they won't refund the money. Customer service keeps saying to contact USPS but they are responsible for getting me the shoes, I shouldn't have to track them down.

I kept watching your advertisement's on "YouTube" on my daily timeline and one day decided to check out your products. At first it was a few shirts, next a few hats, later on I purchased a watch. I'm happy to say it was a learning process, that was quite easy and pleasant! I later returned for more shirts, and several beautiful watches; which made me a happy man. However, the wristbands needed to be adjusted, which created a problem? But, "LIGHTINTHEBOX," offers hundreds of utility items, with one product in particular caught my eyes? A watch/pin remover kit! AMAZING; I'm Good..
I get an email that says my package was delivered to either my door or mail room. The problem is that I have no mail room and that I live on the 30th floor and the only way to put a package at my door is for me to buzz you in and or you need a fob to gain access to my floor. No picture taken. I don't even think there was even a package. Looking at all the reviews for this company and there are hundreds that say the same as me that the package says delivered but there was no package. Total scam website do not order from them! They say to check with the delivery company first but that information is no where. Also this site claims to use DSL couriers but they don't. Can't find anywhere to contact courier company anywhere! SCAM-SCAM-SCAM

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
