While I was happy with the items I received, I was very disappointed that the arrival date kept changing. It changed 3 times. Each time it was several days to a week later. Luckily they weren't Christmas gifts, as they arrived well after that date.
I ordered mdse. For Christmas. For the most part everyone loved what they got. The men found that things ran small and I ordered replacements. It is too difficult to return or exchange. I was fortunate I had directions for the too-small items to go.
Ordered 4 XXL ( USA) swim trunks. Received 4 that were Asian XXL) medium in the USA. No phone contact number. Went thru web site. I had to send them pictures of the item and barcode. Advised me to send them back to China via regular mail. I would have to pay the postage to China. You got to be friggin kidding me. I will never purchase from them again, And will never recommend them.
My order for my two granddaughters, arrived just in time to set off to college, very soon. Thank - you for making them super happy. Delivery was very good, no issues to report. Priced very affordable, for this "mamaw". Again, my granddaughter is very pleased. Thank-you..
I ordered a coat and chose the size based on the sizing chart on the website. The coat arrived quickly but was at least 2 sizes too small so wanted to return it. The cost to return the coat to China from Canada was $30+ meaning I'd recoup less than 50% of the purchase price. The other option was to keep it and get a 20% credit, which I chose to do but the credit is not applied to the card I used to purchase the coat instead it is applied as a credit to their store and then I have to go through another process to transfer the credit from them back to my card. Ridiculous to say the least. I will certainly never buy anything from them ever again and shame on me for not reading thevreturn policy more thoroughly before ordering.

The delivery time was as expected,the jacket was not as ordered but I decided to keep the one sent,did not want to wait another 2 - 4 weeks on return and delivery of original order.Jacket fits fine but is not a canadian x large,great doing business with LITB
Ordered a gown dress for my daughter's birthday. It's the most amazing outfit and daughter is excited to wear for the birthday! The dress was a little long for her and I had to fold it slightly to make sure she doesnt trip on the stairs, but otherwise a great fit. Quality is excellent.
They do not have the products advertised in stock, they cannot deliver them in the time they aadvertise and then if you cancel the order they keep 50% of your money which is not advertised on their website even when you don't receive the product after cancelling a product they could not provide timely.

I ordered several things. They arrived quickly (for overseas delivery), were better quality than from other suppliers, and fit as expected. LightInTheBox is a reliably good source - buy with confidence.
The product had several places where it wasn't stitched well and the fabric was too hot for the Desert climate here. I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery, but it was longer than that. Given that the order was extensive, I shouldn't have had to pay shipping costs as well.
All in all, I will not be ordering from Lightinthebox again!

I have ordered a make up brushes set from them. It has shipped on the 28th of May.
Initially, it claimed 20 work days for delivery. When I did not receive the package, they told me to wait 40 days, which I did. Still no package received. Now I am trying to cancel the order and get a refund, and they tell me that I have to wait until 60 DAYS! Then, PROBABLY some manager will look into the issue and decide.
I tried to explain that I am moving out of the country so I will not have access to the adress anymore, and cannot wait 60 days, but it is as if they do not read my messages at all. They only send generic replies.
If I could, I would give them MINUS 5 stars.

I'm in love with my new Cubot X6... first of, shipping and delivery was great (took 10 days which was fine) with no mishaps; packaging was awesome and contained everything specified. The phone is really lovely and quite riveting, considering the size and make; screen quality nice; camera is great... thumbs up Light in the box!
Do not order from this company if you aren't sure you want the dress. I ordered a dress in a regular size and when I did not like the way it looked on me and tried to return it they said it was a made to order dress and non returnable offering me 15% back. Ridiculous. I never gave them measurements so how can it possibly be made to order?

Never had a problem with getting what I ordered. I had 1 order get lost and I paid shipping insurance. So they said they would resend it. All I have to do is repay the shipping. Why pay shipping insurance if it's not covered. Since I wanted the items I decided to repay the shipping. So I followed their instructions threw PayPal, and nothing. They don't want to credit my account or refund me. So I until now would have given them 5 star's. Amazon or Newchic I wouldn't have this problem.
Price is good n commensurate with quality. On 2 occasions, colors are out.- I ordered blue but recd dark purplish blue - awful color. I ordered abt 12 times this year n quite happy as long as color is correct.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
