Airline cancelled my flight. Travelgenio customer service told me up to one month to get my money back. I call them again in 45 days, they tell me I need to wait up to 3 months or even 6 months.
Flight canceled on the 13th of March, they only claimed the refund on the 7th of April. How does this qualify for a 30 days refund policy?
Customer service rude, sharing incorrect information and talking over me on the phone with the voice raised. Name of customer service assistant- Corina.

I have ordered a make up brushes set from them. It has shipped on the 28th of May.
Initially, it claimed 20 work days for delivery. When I did not receive the package, they told me to wait 40 days, which I did. Still no package received. Now I am trying to cancel the order and get a refund, and they tell me that I have to wait until 60 DAYS! Then, PROBABLY some manager will look into the issue and decide.
I tried to explain that I am moving out of the country so I will not have access to the adress anymore, and cannot wait 60 days, but it is as if they do not read my messages at all. They only send generic replies.
If I could, I would give them MINUS 5 stars.
