LIGHT IN THE BOX, sent me a shirt with wrong measurements. I was not happy & Complained. Supervisor Tammy was very apologetic, very understanding and willing to help. He acted very quickly and solved this mistake to my fullest satisfaction.
In a large sales company like "Light in the Box" occasionally mistakes may happen but if that company understands & rectifys that mistake to customers satisfaction, then I would not hesitate to shop with that company.
