Went my first order came in, I was so surprised to the quality, it surpassed my expectation
I am a big online shopper and this site is my most favorite. I just ordered a couple days ago again soon after my first order came in.
I am so anxious to receive my new order. The first order came in ahead of expected delivery day. I just shared the site with 2 of my freinds.
I love how the emails comes in from the compagnie, with suggestions from what I pick on the site, on spot good shopping site do not hesitate to order you will be very please.
Their items are beautiful, but don't let them for you. I ordered six weeks later still no item, but they tell me undeliverable, for some reason offered me a refund still have not received the refund or the item. Would love to order from them but not when I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to receive it.
The good should out weigh the bad but the cost savings should be weighed against the less than desired customer service, which is not real responsive to trouble shooting for returns. It is very difficult to deal with in terms of trouble shooting for returns. Sizes are not based upon American sizes. Customer service is computer based. Software often gets you into a loop, which is hard to navigate to get a message to the company let alone receiving a response from the company. I have been assigned a Ticket for a return due to size with instructions for a shipping label. No link to print the shipping label. In a computer loop when attempting to contact the company to request the link for the return shipping label. Very disappointing. For that reason Buyer Be Ware. If you are listening Lightin The Box Ticket #******* needs your attention.
I ordered this on 4th December 2017 for a Christmas present. When I was buying it, it said 10-12 working days delivery. Once Id ordered it said 10-18 days delivery. I still have not received it and it is now 15th February 2018. I have chased and chased. I have been fobbed off and delayed by standard response emails. Do not buy from this company.

G-Strings attached are kind of terrible thing, but that really doesnt matter since the corset is absolutely amazing! The quality of material is great and it looks really well on body(I was afraid that my bust isnt going to fit, but it is okay!) I dont have really anything negative to say :) I went on with super saver shipping for free and the package arrived within 20 workdays as promised. So 5 stars for me!
I was disapponted to get a bill for $14.20 for duties a couple months after getting some towel holders. I did not feel they clearly stated the duties would be on me. I asked for them to pay but they refused.
Garbage product. Do not waste your money. I ordered 2 pairs if sweatpants. One Grey and camo. The camo did not match the picture and the Grey was brown. Within seconds of trying the first pair the slightest tension tore the micron thick material(these pants wouldn't make a penguin sweat. So thin) tore at the waist steing holes. Within one hour. Giant hole in the pocket. Lost my headphone case. Went to get in my truck to go home. Inseam tore. Do not waste your money. Beware. Don't buy anything from this site

I ordered over £170 in GBP off these before Christmas and nothing came. I kept emailing them n they kept sàying be about 12days.id email again. Again they say the same. Kept sàying it was something do with customs. I rang custom's they said the tracking number didn't excist.in the end I took out a claim against them with the help. Of PayPal and got my money back. Wish I had of read the reviews on there site 1st before I placed my order because if I had of done I would never of ordered. They want reporting and closing down. Rip off con men/women.

It was pretty seamless except for the fact that one of the items ordered was 2 sizes too large. So I shall be organising for an exchnge. I was otherwise extremely happy with the quality and timeliness of the goods delivered.
I ordered a military themed T shirt, printed front and back with 3D graphics that popped off the page in the ad. Being used to Amazon, I ordered the shirt 12 days before an event I wanted it for; USMC birthday, Nov 10. It was shipped from China on the 10th. I received it on the 21st, opened it and dropped it in a trash can. Graphics were not 3D, they were dull and muted, about 90% less in quality from the advertisement photo. A fraud. I tossed it because I want this company out of my life ASAP

I purchased quite a bit... I order 3 pair of shoes 1 pair fit well enough to wear. Sneakers were so tackie nothing like the photo. Dress heels were very pretty did not fit plus cheaply made they wouldn't have held up someone over 100 lbs! The nightie I bought was a 4X. It should have came down to at mid thigh it barley covered my belly button. I have no way to return anything no number to call no email nothing! If I could return the stuff I was not able to wear pr atleast get a credit or my money back i would be able to deal with it... The only good thing I can say is everything I ordered was on time. Very disappointed! Won't be ordering again!

I ordered a Gold dress. On the advertisement it was beautiful and it was gold when I received it the same day that I was supposed to wear it for my granddaughter's 15th birthday celebration the dress was orange/peach color according to them that is gold nowhere near being a gold dress. The dress is beautiful but it's just not a gold dress that's not true like they show it. I was so disappointed and so upset because I had to run out and find a dress that was actually gold color that same day. I've requested a refund and I'm waiting for a response. Hopefully they'll be true to their word if not then I will go ahead and proceed a little bit further with this. They not they cannot be advertising something and send you whatever they have in stock doesn't work like that. I'm on SSI I don't have that kind of money just to be spending on stuff that I'm not going to wear cuz it had to be a gold dress no two ways about it.

Ordered 5 tankini's. 3 were excellent while 2 were just ok. I would not purchase the 2 in a store, but definitely would the other 3. I think it is too time consuming to return so I will just keep the other 2. Overall nice quality and fabric.
I ordered an American flag shirt; great design idea, poorly executed. The image online looked amazing. The results on the shirt look like they used the same resolution to print. It is blurry, unclean and unwearable. The sleeves are too short to boot. I have asked for a refund. I was asked for photos. Now they want an SKU barcode, but there is no barcode on the shirt. They deleted my review on their website because I gave 2 stars. So here, they get 1 star. Avoid the company.
This website and LightInTheBox both asked me to update my rating. I will. After complaining, resisting and posting a negative review, LITB did refund my money. However, it shouldn't take 4 emails to resolve a quality issue. They now get 1.2 stars... rounded down to 1.

Do not use this company. I ordered a jacket on 23rd Jan and paid extra (about £14) for 3-5 day shipping, I didn't realise it was a China based company, thought is was American because it was advertised is US dollars. Now when I log in to see where my order is it says it won't be shipped until 3rd March! I can't find anyway to complain about this. Last week I got a call from my credit card company to say my card has been compromised online and I believe it is this company. Complete and utter scam. I guess when or if the jacket ever turns up I will have to pay extra taxes and it will be poor quality. Terrible rip off company, shouldn't get away with it - daylight robbery!
I bought a vest only to find it was way too small. I had bought a size L which is my normal size only to find after waiting over 2 weeks for the delivery, that it was like a size S in North American terms. Only later did I find that I should have looked at the sizing pop-up. There I would have seen that I should have ordered a size XXXL!
I wrote a complaint to the company but they wanted me to pay for mailing back to China. Alternatively they offered a small amount as a partial refund. No where near the cost of the item. So now I'm stuck with an item I can't wear and after writing them of my complaint I never heard from them again.

I have known the website because I needed things for the wedding. I got there my gloves, a pair of shoes, favor bags and other things; everything has arrived in time and with the duty and taxes insurance they refound me the extra money given to the courier. I think they have a good communication with the customers and easily you solve your problems. Very raccomended.
I ordered party favors & paid extra for express shipping. Received it late & refused it. This occurred in Oct & they stated they refund my money when they receive my return shipment. I haven't received a dime & all the supervisors response via email is "We haven't received it". Like really? Nearly 3months later? They beat me for my money but I gaurantee that the Lord, my Lord Jesus will repay them within time. I'm not the only one, apparently this is a common complaint from poor unsuspecting customers. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
