First of all I could not find any way to actually send a message directly to this company but mostly I'm disappointed in these companies that will take your order and not even for fill it for a full week I think if a company can't turn around and order and ship it within a reasonable period of time they shouldn't be selling online it's a disservice
Easy to run inside, but the only problem i got is: understand the match of the asian clotches.
The quality of products are so good, the images it"s very clear.
I've nver found something in my country with this quality and the most important item, the price: worth the day, it's more cheaper than in my country.
Ordered 'linen' trousers, when they arrived were made of polyester!
Contacted company who wanted me to return them to an Asian address approx $ 60 despite having a Birmingham return address, I politely declined. I told them I would return to the Birmingham address only, they were unhappy ( tough)!
I returned to the Birmingham address and emaied them to tell them.
Today they have agreed to fully return my £ in full.
Please dont give up.

I really like the Stuff they have, but it seems like shipping takes a long time compared to other sites such as Temu. The prices are relatively the same. Maybe a little higher on some a little lower on some. But the shipping is why I do not buy more. It takes too long and is higher price than a lot of other sites

I purchased four pairs of dance shoes which totaled about half the cost of one pair in a dance shoe store. I dance in various studios and everywhere I go I get compliments on the shoes I bought on lightinthebox.com. It was easy to purchase and to make choices of heel height in some designs, and the shoes came from China to New York in a remarkably short time. I've been recommending this source for shoes and clothing to all.
I have ordered several things, Shoes for my son of 10y, nightlight, night dresses and Toys, other clothing. And i'am always happy. If You need to order size up You read it on productinfo page, i take 2 sizes up than and It's OKE.
As much as I loved the dress on your photo while shopping when I received it the color of the lace and the dress didn't match. It was a combination of a lovely purple - grape purple which was attractive to me - and the rest of the dress was a funny dark cherry red. Really disappointed. I wanted to return the dress but the procedure is so complicated... Sent photos but it wasn't enough so more were requested... neon light, daylight... really? I need this dress for the wedding ceremony of my only son and have been bitterly disappointed with what is going on with the dress.

First item ive recieved from LITB. Very pleased with this bag. Very well made and good quality materials. Exactly what was described and shown on the website. Also i had to pay an extra $20 CAD at time of delivery, but i had purchased shipping duty insurance and LITB refunded me the money in less than a day. Overall great shopping experience. Looked good and I've ordered 6 items. Every single item was way to small! XXL only for small chinees woman! I sendet back the whole order. Did not only get a bill over 47 Dollar from DHL on top of the bill for crossing the border but also 28 Dollar for returning the package. This was in december. Till today i did not get any money back. Not even an answer to my mails! I am sending lots of mails but they completely ignore me! So I lost almost 200 Dollar for nothing! Be carefull!

I am being told that actions are being taken to resolve my issue. I will post more when it has been officially resolved. I am much happier with the customer service, now that I am getting the attention I was expecting. I am happy with the level of service that Pinni has been providing. Hopefully, more customers will be able to get good results.
I will be able to change my rating to something better if what I am being told by a supervisor actually happens. After writing a review on this website, I actually heard from a supervisor at the website. They looked into my issue and have told me that I will have the resolution I am looking for right away. I will be very happy if I can get this resolved. If the customer service improves with this resolution, I will happily be a repeat customer, knowing that the arrival of a shipment will take a long time. I will not be paying for expedited shipping.
So far I haven't gotten my stuff and a few days ago it said that the stuff had been shipped and now it says that it isn't shipped because we didn't pay, but IT IS payed for because my money is gone. Never going to shop there again even if I get the stuff and their in good shape.

I've been trying to return a dress. Every time I click "return or exchange" a box comes up to click on the product. Nothing happens. When I asked for help, I was going to be charged a dollar to learn how to return it. I finally found the part to return the dress. They wanted a photo to be uploaded, which I don't know how to do. I've never had a company ask for a picture before returning an item! I don't think they want to have anything returned. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered 3 dresses and a pair of sandals from this company on September 25,2022. The Order Number is **************. All clothing items received were poorly manufactured, the material is thin and see thru, the fit was aweful and the pictures shown on the website is not representative of what you will receive. The customer service staff asked me to send pictures of myself in the dresses which I find that to be quite extensive due to the nature of the product. I told them the items were still in their original packaging, they are now asking me to return the items to China instead of their homebase in the USA. The shipping cost may vary from 10-40$ and it would take up to 4 weeks to be reimbursed. Be very careful with this company, it is a major scam. NOT RECOMMANDED... BE AWARE

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
