This is the most pathetic service of lack there of I have ever received. My money was taken from my visa Oct1/16. I received your order has been shipped Oct 20/16
It is now Nov 11/16 and I have not received anything. Not an update, any part of my order or my money back. I am very disappointed and I am taking action. I had read many bad reviews unfortunately after the order was placed but even those reviews weren't this bad. Same on the company. No person has contacted me. No contact number is listed. It is an utter scam
I made a purchase ************** and canceled the order because it was going to take longer than I thought to ship. I received a notification from customer service that, it is a made to order and I have to pay 50% of the cost. However on the shopping website there was no alerts for any of my purchases that says made to order. I will shop on this website

This means that from the moment you've paid, the tailor had cut materials and made everything from scratch. As such, cancelling the order would result in an unfinished product, loss of fabric and 4 days of work going to waste. Since you told you weren't aware of having ordered a made-to-order product, my colleague offered a full refund without deduction. I placed my order and paid for it on 29th November 2016, I was given a delivery time frame of 3- business days. It is now the 7th December and I have not received my items which I needed to receive by now for my office Christmas party tomorrow.

It has been a month since I have ordered from this website and have yet to see a single item I have ordered, when I tried to track from the tracking number they gave me it kept saying error: expired! Apparently my order was shipped into 3 different orders, one of which it says it was shipped on the 27th of December! Are you kidding me?!?!? I paid on the 29th of November!
Earphones were ok, and work smart. The cable is ok. But the watch appears to have a lunette that is not engraphed but a sticker that easily (directly) got damaged. This is not visible from the pictures. Transport was ok and fast. Would not buy that watch for around 20 dollars again. It runs ok but the lunette is not properly designed and functions barely.
Dont buy from them! I paid and didnt get anything sent to me its been 3months now and cant get in touch with anyone on customer service. Its all fake and please dont say your "sorry" lik eyou always do. Im gonna call the police now

I would like to say I was very happy with my experience with Lightin the box. Goods exactly as pictured in ads. Delivery times was 6 weeks not 3, but due to Covid19 I wasn't surprised. Shipping cost a bit high though.
I bought 3 dresses from this merchant, from their website under the impression that they were 100% COTTON dresses. The total amount plus shipping was $72, a complete waste of money in the end. It took about a month before I received my order and when it came, I was beyond shocked. NONE of the dresses that I had bought were made with an ounce of cotton, instead, the labels all said that they were 100% polyester. The worst part of this experience is that I am unable to return these pieces. The merchant requires that you get APPROVAL from them to return the dresses and they do not provide a return label, instead asking for you to use the "cheapest method" to ship the products back to their ASIA warehouse. Shipping the products back to them would cost me between $10-40. This is atrocious. Even AFTER returning the product to them, refunds, according to their customer service, will only be issued if they deem it worthy of a refund. This merchant is a scammer. STAY AWAY.

Light in the box is a SCAM website! Be careful do not buy. They scammed 400 dollars for a dress, I was in a hurry to buy for my opera concert, never again! I asked for refund they disappeared (do not believe them if they reply here immediately is just for marketing, they are afraid of bad reviews because otherwise their scam doesn't work). You know what is their strategy if you ask for a refund? They disappear, after they offer a coupon for an other product and if you send the item you will not get the refund money back. Is a scam! The dress is bad quality, it loses all the sparkling things my house is full of that ***! NEVER BUY THEY SCAM YOUR MONEY be careful guys buy only on trustworthy websites!

I ordered a vest, tie, bowtie, and hat for my husband wear to a vintage Valentine's dinner. The tie and bow tie was definitely child size and I think the vest was. Hat was too large. He could wear none of it.

I have ordered like 6 times from this site and is secure. Customer service is great, they respond as soon as possible. I would recomend this site to everyone. THE only thing is that you have to consider the possible taxes charges that apply on your country.
I heard this was a scam. I ordered anyway and it was. Now that I got my fake Nike sneakers that took over 3 weeks to get and were 3 sizes too big they changed my password so I can't login. Now I can't get my return information. DO NOT ORDER from this site.

I ordered a bridesmaids dress from this website. I found it at a great price. I had the dress before it was even scheduled to be shipped and its amazing quality. Its well made, great fit and exaclty as it was described on the site. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I placed an order on 13 july to be informed the order hadn't gone through so I ordered again. In fact the order HAD gone through and they had taken my money twice. I only realised this when the item STILL hadn't arrived yesterday. I contacted them and was told the item had been delivered but been returned because there was no one home. No note was left by the courier and no e-mail or text was sent to inform me just a note left on their website which I was unaware of. The tracking page they send you to is in chinese and when translated very difficult to follow. I was then told to contact my local JCEX (their courier) office, who I had never heard of and no contact details were given. I have been told no refund is forthcoming because the item had to be returned

Brilliant! I'm one of those people who thought shall I shan't I, is it worth the risk and I am sooooo glad I did! Just as it looks in the picture! My sister in law is a seamstress and she has commented on how well it is made. She is taking it in a pinch on the waist but not much so the custom made was awesome. Would definitely buy again.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
