Our order is over a week late we've sent 6 emails we have looked for a customer service phone number by all means.

My last order was two dresses and several tops. The dresses are so cute! One is a colorful sun dress that I can't wait to wear and the other is a black cocktail type that is for a special occasion coming up and is perfect for it. The material and colors of the sundress and tops is very nice. As with other orders from Light in the Box, the material used is very nice, not flimsy or cheap feeling. I'm hooked.
I ordered two shirts for my husband. The one we received was a perfect fit and he really liked it; however, we were disappointed that the second shirt order was cancelled due to a supply issue.

They have nice clothes, but I wouldn't buy from them again because if you need to return something because it doesn't fit, not acceptable or suitable etc., they claim that you can return with them paying the return postage, but they don't tell you that you have to return your items to China and you wouldn't believe how much Canada Post charges to send it back there and they don't want you to use a courier. Also, if you don't want to return you can keep the product and get a partial refund right away. Well what's the point of buying something and keeping it when you can't use it or don't want it. I didn't buy these clothes only to donate it to charity, I was buying it for me.

Appalling service. Items took weeks to arrive, high shipping costs. Items did not fit - sizing is completely random and quality extremely poor. LiB make it very difficult to request a refund (please see other review sites before buying from them). I have found it impossible to get a refund and am lodging a dispute via my bank. Total ripoff
Ordered a ceiling lamp i never received. They refused to refund, gave me a coupn.
Again made a 2nd order via the coupon, they asked me for a copy of my credit card and passport, and in the meantime time debited the from my account the excess that was above the coupon value.
This business is a huge ripoff, there should be a way to sue them, they cant get away with such malpractices.

Just want to alert people to 2 things. The goods come from China so it will take at least 2 weeks to get to you. You know the saying... you get what you pay for... well just sayin it's totally true in this case.

I always found something interesting to buy at Lightin the box. Service is fast the tricking of my purchases, accurate step by step,my objection is that less ads per day will be less overwhelming.control your notifications one per day will be great.
I placed an order totaling $174 through my PayPal account. One charge was listed in PayPal but my bank account had 9 charges totaling over $900 from LITB. The charges buffered in my account for over a week and sone were reversed but there are still 4 charges in total on my account. Bank of America said contact the seller. What in China and they do not respond to emails?Some of the charges have been reversed but there are still 3 additional. Well I just received the order that was supposed to be cancelled. There was only ONE sweater that actually looked like the photo but it has a huge hole in it so garbage. Just like the other crap in the bag. I don't know why the reviews are what they are becuse I've ordered 4 times and 4 times I have received clothing that's not even suitable for a rag. Oh and am I going to send back overseas? It's a game.good photos, crap materials that don't resemble the image... and who is going to return overseas.

The fabric is nice. Be careful with the size. Muly doughter is 6 and based on her measurements I bought one for 9-10 years old and it fits perfectly. I was also happy to the fact that it came with the courier and not via post office. I recommend this seller.
LightInTheBox delay refunding my money more than 20 days. I've ordered ePad for Christmas, I've paid for shipping, but when it arrived, I found out that I have to pay again for shipping + duty tax. I have refused the parcel and I am still awaiting for refund more than 20 days!

Took a chance and purchased a phone case (DG.Ming) with attachment for ID and a couple of cards. Very pleased with my purchase because now I don't need to carry my wallet, I have everything I need attached to my phone case!

I ordered Burgundy and dress is closer to red. I took my measurements according to the size chart and ordered my dress, size 16 due to bust. Received the dress, good quality and I was surprised it came so quickly. Tried the dress on and it fit in the bust area only. Arms are too long, fell off my shoulders (I have broad shoulders) and to big in the waist. I have a short torso (hourglass figure) the torso in this dress is not proportionate, hit about 1-2 inches above my waist. The and on the waist was tacked on wasn't sewn so it came undone while trying on. Tried to get a refund and got the run around, you know they don't care about quality or customer service when they offer to refund 10% and keep the dress. They tell you it would cost too much and take too long to ship it back to the warehouse in China.

I ordered a formal gown for a wedding and it looked terrible on me. I requested a return within the 7 day period and they told me the dress was made to order and wasn't returnable. The dress was not made to order as I simply ordered a standard size. They have been refusing to help me and now the 7 days has come and gone. I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a claim against them, as well as contacting my bank to reverse the charges. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service!

I was hesitant at these prices what kind is quality the clothes were. I ordered hubby 3 of the men's linen shirts, they were the same quality of the same shirts I paid 3 times the price for. I was amazed.

The sizes vary drastically. The quality of all the tops are the same as I can get at the mall. The pants have all been way too small, but the tops fit (pants set).

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
