This company was awful, I got an order and one of the items was way smaller then the chart stated it would be. When I contacted support to return it they wouldn't help. I went back and forth with emails, I had to send pictures of the item when I was just asking to return it. I liked the other leggings I bought even though they were poorly made and quite a bit off from the picture but at least they were correct on the size (well kind of, someone said in the reviews to order one size bigger as they ran small) but the ones I asked to return wouldn't even fit my 10 year old and they were supposed to be an adult large. The only thing they offered me was to give them to someone else and they would give me $2 back. I will never buy from this company again and will be sure to let other people I know who have bought stuff on here to do the same. I'm not typically one to write a bad review but when a customer is asking to send the item back and it wasn't ever used any company worth using would be fine with that especially when the customer is only asking to return one of the items not the whole order due to the sizing chart being incorrect.

Clothes on website were mostly listed as "cotton spandex." Those which had tags said 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Many had had their tags removed, but it was all the same - basically like cheap bathing suit material. Also, the website showed close-ups of beautiful, nearly invisible stitching, but in fact the stitching is very poor quality and obvious to the point of being the first thing you see. The images on the clothes on the website looked adorable, but in fact they are much lower quality and unappealing in person. Many of the designs are just plastic stuck onto the garment It's impossible to reach their customer service, and if you try to write a critical review, it doesn't go through.

Update: as per the suggestion in the above response of Light in the Box, I called my credit card company. They said that the response of Light in the Box is a common dishonest ploy used to get customers to drop their disputes, which then cannot be reopened, and then the companies never make a refund. They said that, if I contact them to tell them that a refund has been processed, that they will always drop the dispute once the refund has gone through. So what the company said about the credit card company not allowing a full refund is simply a lie. The credit card company also told me to copy my review and response as evidence that the company said they would make a full refund. Btw, I tried again to review the products on the Lightinthebox.com website, including descriptions and pictures of each of 14 all very poor quality clothing items, and the website rejected the entire set of reviews as "unable to process." That's how they have all very excellent reviews on their website.

I didn't not receive all my orders yet it's almost 2 months abs there is 3 items Still didn't receive! I talk with Jordanian post they don't have any ideas about the orders also the rest of the podcast I received was totally different than pictures also The material is very bad quality also was Damage with One glass item!
It was very bad experience and I'll never do shopping again just please return my money back with the 3 items I didn't receive

I ordered three clothing items, two on XL, one in L, when they arrived one looked like it will struggle to fit a child and the sizes varied drastically, the quality of the material was terrible and did not look like their images and some were even fraying, I tried to organise a refund which the were reluctant to do and even tried to get me to keep the item for a thirty percent refund, I refused, they then made me jump through hoops to send back the items and even speak to them, I managed to send back the item with every bizarre request they made and I was informed my package had arrived back with the seller, yet no refund, no message to acknowledge I have been refunded or they have received my item, my ticket has also been closed and I did not close it, it just appears like a scam

Lost Package

I've contacted customer service by email because that's the only way. To report a lost Package. Customer service has failed to refund me the $107 dollars and or send me it a new package. Very disappointed in this customer service. Wouldn't recommend to but from this site and will be putting a complaint in with the Better Business bureau!

Unrealistic shipping time.

Do not believe the shipping time it may say 5-7 and you pay more then turns to 13 and then it is weeks before they even process the order. I ordered april 22 a mothers day sale, their site is still saying one item not processed. And customer service is kinda rude.

Ich hätte mich gefreut wenn der Anzug gepasst hätte und ich nicht Geld für nichts bezahlt hätte. Ich habe genau nach den messtabellen bestellt und habe einen Anzug erhalten der gar nichts mit den Maßen zu tuen hatte. XXL Anzug bestellt XS bekommen. Absolut unmöglich! Der Umtausch hätte mich fast 50€ gekostet und meine Empfehlung ist, nur Elektrokram zu kaufen. Ich gehe lieber in ein Geschäft da weiß ich was ich habe. Die 2 Sterne gibt es nur für den schnellen Versand, das war das einzige was stimmte!

Store policy states I only have 7 days to return and cover shipping label, each ticket takes one day to respond and they didn't even solve the issue. I received a dress that's terribly bad in quality and nothing like what I ordered. The dress is completely transparent & I no longer want anything from This site. UPDATE -They refunded the orders not shipped, but not the ugly dress :/ told me to sell or to ship it back and pay the huge shipping no return slip?. It should be paid for by them, I'm the customer that didn't get what she paid for.

The ordererd humidifiers are very satisfying. They do what I want and what has been described in the product offer.
The deliverance takes some time, but it fits into the timeframe from the product description.
I do not need any special support, because the products are doing their job.
