I contacted them to see why i had not got any new surveys for the last few months and they told me they had cancelled my account as i had broken the rules?
When i challenged them to say what rules i had broken and to show me i waited a few days and they came back to me saying they could not locate exact reason!
Very strange as i was just heading for my next voucher
They are nothing but liars and scam artists, i wasted my valuable time with these shysters!
I finally found out why I am not receiving surveys from this site, they claim I (or someone else) is trying to sign in from another country! OK, I can believe that, it has happened to me with another survey site. Must be a problem with my ISP who sometimes shows up as being in the Cocos Islands for some reason, instead of Sydney. At least the other survey site notifies me of the problem, this site just de-activated my account, no notification, nothing. Now they have re-activated my account the the 2nd survey I did was for about 15 minutes and 100 points, but as soon as the survey was finished I was informed that my session had timed out. No points.
Must cancel this site and stop wasting my time.

I've been doing surveys over 12 years now. Lifepoints is my favorite panel out of about half a dozen panels that I've stayed with. Lifepoints use to be globaltestmarket. I've been with them a very long time because their surveys are high quality and waste less of my time screening out than other panels.
Excellent Survey.
Life points are such tell-paying surveys, that may have to wait a while, but they have some customer service that is quick to respond to the complaints of members in the lifepoints survey. I just received a commission on a survey I did. In the future, I hope more and more surveys come and I can answer all those surveys.
Thank you very much for such great review, Priscilla! We work very hard to offer the best surveys with the best possible rewards, so we're happy to see that reflected on your member experience.
Kind regards,
The LifePoints Team
As far as survey companies go lifepoints is one of the best. The rewards per survey are a good value though you do disqualify at about the same rate as other companies. The opportunities come very frequently so there's always a chance to earn.
Hello Ben,
We are very grateful for your kind words. Thanks for sharing your review with us and the LifePoints community.
Kind regards
Ben
Lifepoints is a survey community that provides both quality and quantity of opportunities to make a difference in changing the world. They have available a great choice of rewards for completing surveys and compensation is quick and easy. Highly recommend Lifepoints!
Do not waste your time. These people rip you off! You can spend hours doing surveys and then they do not give you your credit. And if you write them to try and get the credit you earned they are extremely rude and do not give it you!
MySurvey merged w/Lightspeedpanel.com (LSP), where I had $100 on 7/7/2010 & was never notified. I've been emailing with MySurvey & getting the runaround. They sent me a redemption list, probably from MySurvey, stating they were my LSP redemptions--NOT! Hence my $100 earnings. In their 3/19/14 email, they said: "On 1/22/11 the remaining 175 points in your LSP account were transferred to your MySurvey account." That never happened. So my $100 became 175 points, which in MySurvey is worth $1.75. Please note I'm a member of 100+ survey sites and only had a problem with MySurvey. Beware!
I discovered Lifepoints around Christmas time last year. It only takes 600 "Lifepoints" to get a $5.00 PayPal virtual gift card or 560 Lifepoints to get a $5.00 Amazon gift card, among things. Then it takes approximately 10 business days to receive it in your email. I paid for my Christmas credit card bill by filling out surveys.
We are very grateful for your kind words, Mara. Thanks for sharing your review with us and the LifePoints community.
Kind regards,
The LifePoints Team
I really love this website and I hope they continue to grow and flourish. I love to give my opinion and know that it helps with research. Also for giving your time and honesty, they have rewards that you can earn.
I have no idea why this has happened again. I have been a member in good standing for many years and a few months ago my account became inactive for no reason. I reported it and wrote a review here and it was reactived. Now, that I have quite a few points it has happened again, with no explanation. I'm very frustrated and disappointed in this company.
They suspended my account and are illegally withholding my rewards because they say that their system says I have cheated. I have not. And they are breaking the law by not allowing me access to my points that i have already earned.

I've been with them for years and a few days ago, I couldn't get into my account. I e-mailed them and they told me I violated their terms. Well, I have no idea what I did to "violate their terms", but they took my points. I really think their site is losing money, so they are doing whatever they have to do to save money.
It used to be a legit and pretty good site. I only made about 10 to 20 dollars a year, but I don't take surveys to make money. I take them when I'm bored and there is a survey that I'm really interested in.

The LIfePoints site is a very good site, I've been using it for a long time, it has a lot of research and with few points to earn around 5 to 10 dollars I recommend it.
The pay is right and they are very honest and they have a pretty big community on facebook and twitter.
Denilson, thank you for the great review! We're so glad you have enjoyed your survey experience with LifePoints and can't wait to hear back from you.
Kind regards,

They do not always award the points they say they will. I participated in a dog food survey that involved the research company Bovitz, Inc, who told me I would receive a bonus for completing all the surveys (more than 21) on time, which I did. Mysurvey.com did not award the bonus and has completely failed to respond to any of my inquiries about that failure. Bovitz has been completely ineffectual to remedy this. They do not contest that I qualified for the bonus but basically say it is up to mysurvey.com to handle the award.
After a number of years using LifePoints successfully, over the last year three times I had to complain about not getting points I had earned. The points were 1500 each for filling out a monthly expense diary. Now my account has been suspended and any points I have earned were forfitted. When I contacted customer service all they said was I had contravened their terms of service and refused to say what I had actually done. Oh yes guess what I was again filling out the monthly expense diary.

I redeemed my points for 2 gift cards and my account was disabled. After contacting support, I was told I had violated their rules and my payment and membership was cancelled. I did NOT violate any rules. Lifepoints just doesn't want to pay after I spent time honestly answering the surveys. It's a scam and they will terminate your membership and pending payments.
Hi Jennifer,
We're sorry that you are currently unable to access your account with LifePoints.
There are several reasons why a member can be disabled from the LifePoints community: https://lifepoints.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360001909768-Why-was-I-disabled-from-LifePoints-

This company is a scam. I did a survey where they asked me permission to have access to my computer webcam and audio. If I agreed I would be awarded 3000 extra points. I NEVER received the 3000 points - only 100 for doing the survey. I contacted customer service and they will not help me without a survey #. How can I give them a survey#? You sit there for hours getting screened out of one survey after another. When you are finally accepted to do a survey - am I really going to write down a survey #? If they were a legitimate company, they would be able to research this without a survey # and award me my earned points. It's just an excuse to cheat me out of the money I legitimately earned doing their survey. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE!
Been using it for some time and make some money through a points system. You obviously don't make a lot of money but you used to be able to make some through Paypal and lately I have been getting air miles instead or the paypal cash... Now they have cancelled paypal cash unfortunately and the air miles expire and cost a bit more to cash in now
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
LifePoints has a rating of 2.1 stars from 738 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with LifePoints most frequently mention customer service, many years and gift card. LifePoints ranks 342nd among Work At Home sites.
