I agree with others I have been a member for a few years and been saving my life points.
I believe I had the equivalent of £40-£45 when my account was terminated for violating their terms! I wouldn't have an issue with this if they would tell me how or when as I don't beliece I have done anything! They simply respond u saying they don't advise what investigations they have carried out or their findings…just the outcome! I suspect there was no investigation they just get rid of a few people with lots of points every now and then! They are happy to take take take but never give back….

I joined Lifepoints a couple of months ago. It seemed as if the surveys were easy but very limited. There were only a couple available each day, and I was instructed to "join the community," which didn't provide any opportunities for completing surveys. Then all of a sudden, my account was closed. I sent a message regarding the reason and received a reply that I had violated the terms of agreement. I replied asking for a specific reason of the violation since I had taken time to answer every question completely and honestly. All I was told was that the evidence was "overwhelming" and that they don't reveal terms of the violation due to privacy. Since it was my account, I have every right to know the reason. As far as I'm concerned, cancelling my membership was a way to avoid my cashing out since I was so close to getting my first gift card. Lifepoints is a dead end!

The REAL LifePoints

One of the BEST Survey sights on the web. Not sure about the negative comments I have noting but Respect for the way this survey site is run 5 Stars+ all the way. On the other hand you can not please everyone. There is Honest work involved just like any job that pays.

I have been a part of Lifepoints for years and have gotten Amazon gift cards through them. However, they have canceled my account twice due to "suspicious activities" which I have no involvement in. I feel they are trying to get rid of their consumers who are trying and canceling their membership without any warning or reason, except with a lot of b.s.

Very Unhappy

I have been a member for years and never had any type of problem. I enjoyed it. The other day I get a notification when I try to log in that my account had been suspended. After emailing several times they quit responding. They said that I violated the terms and conditions and that they didn't have to give me a reason as to how I did. I had done an online interview for a follow up survey that I took on the site. It took me 45 minutes and a zoom meeting to complete. I was paid 45 dollars in points for it. The day I saw the points were paid I tried to cash them out and boom I get suspended and told that all my points are forfeited. I read over the terms and conditions numerous times and see no where I have violated any terms. Kinda odd they suspend me after I got my points. Completely unfair especially when I was depending on that money. I wouldn't of spent the time doing the zoom and all that otherwise. I am so upset as I have literally been robbed of the money that I earned.

I had the same issue a lot of people have had with LifePonts: Registered one morning, spent an hour filling out the surveys on my dashboard and very nearly got enough points to get the £5 gift voucher. Woohoo! I was looking forward to my dash refreshing with more and being able to finally finish earning that bit of extra pocket money. Then a few hours later, poof, I log back in and my account is banned without any explanation given. I contacted customer support and got a boilerplate response that my account had been suspended for security reasons.

Honestly it just seems like it's an absolute gamble whether you get to stay a member or not and I'd hate for you to end up like me, wasting an hour of time for nothing in return. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason behind these bans.

They paid, then found''anomaies''. Of course. Who actually would work for 30cts per hr. Of course you rush thru their trash. So funny, requiring honest answers, but don't pay anything.
Forget abouit. Really not worth it. Maybe when you live somewhere in Venezuela and fancy a dollar for 2 hrs.

My account was inactivated. Oddly enough, I received an email to take a survey. I tried to retrieve a lost password thinking if I changed it, it would reactivate. Nope, no such email in their records. That makes no sense. I wrote several times, even found a phone number and left a voicemail. I have been ignored. I have earned points and took time to do the surveys. I have no idea why my account was inactivated and feel like they stole the points (translates into money in the form of cards to amazon, cvs, etc) from me. I would not feel this way if they even bothered to respond. I have no choice but to file with the BBB.

Poor company with no procedures in place to inform members of what's going on with their accounts.

Like hundreds of others here had my account cancelled for violating terms of service.When I inquired what term was violated No reply was proffered.I intend on following up with the BBB.They have a patern of unethical practices and i will pursue this with the appropriate agency.Never an email or notification to explain their arbitrary and capricious decision.There are several survey sites that respect their associates and the time they commit to taking surveys.This is NOT one of them.
EDIT: The further elevated review was a waste of time and unfruitful.It took a reporting to the B.B.B. For lifepoints to take me seriously.They reactivated my account and returned the points they confiscated.If you truly believe you are in the right I would suggest pursuing your claim with the BBB.

This is a scam site which is clearly going out of business and not caring who they rip off on the way out. To be fair, they were good and consistent for several years, but this year (2021) they've begun acting totally unprofessional. For one thing, starting this year every few months they seem to randomly deactivate my account and slander me with false claims of dishonesty. After complaining to the Better Business Bureau every time, this site relents and reinstates my membership. Since the end of August though, there have literally been no surveys on their site. When I contacted them, they claim that there just aren't any that I'm qualified for. All of a sudden? After years of being an honest contributor? Very fishy. Looking at the other recent reviews here, it's clear that this site is in decline and anyone who uses it is more or less inviting Lifepoints to rip them off at this point. Avoid this bunch of criminals - scum like this don't deserve your time and effort.

I have been completeing LifePoints surveys on my mobile for quite some time now. Recently the site has been modified, (in a good way).
It's now really clear, and I love the way it says 'Welcome Marian, have a look around'.
It's really easy to complete the survey's, there is always a choice of how many points you can make.
I have a lot of spare time, and these surveys keep my brain active, and I really enjoy doing them.

Absolute scam
September 13, 2022

Spent time and earned lifepoints, cashed them out and guess what my account got deactivated for violating rules. This is one of the most ridiculous scams I have ever experienced. I am a member of lifepoints from past 2years, never experienced this kind of $#*!. I think the staffs have been changed they want the vouchers for themselves.

I was a member of LifePoints for nearly a year then one day couldn't log in. I emailed them only to be told that there was overwhelming evidence that I had violated the terms and conditions. They refuse however to tell me exactly what I have done wrong. Very convenient! Good way to steal peoples earnings from them with no way of refuting this evidence. I think they are struggling financially as they are the worst survey site in terms of waiting time for gift cards and by randomly closing peoples accounts which I can see from this site they do regularly then you can get paid for the information that the members have given but close the accounts to prevent paying out. AVOID THIS SITE!

WORTH THE MONEY?

HI - I was looking to join another survey website to add to the 3 I already do,and one of my friends suggested Life Point where he said I could make a few bucks! Well, he was right about one thing,that I would make a few bucks (BUT VERY FEW!). In the 30 days since I opened an account, I have managed to complete only 6
Surveys! This represents 762 points,which is good for $7.62. This means that I am making 25 ¢ a day! THIS IS RIDICULAS! I am very sure that I am worth more than that, and I am wasting my time. It is no wonder that they only have 2.85 stars out of 5! I look for surveys 4 or 5 times a day,and never find very many,so I will give it another few weeks to see if it will improve,and if not, I will be deleting my account and getting the hell out of Dodge! Thank You.

Not received voucher
July 7, 2021

In 23rd June I redeemed my lifepoints but still today I have not received my voucher. Intimate 2 times but reply are same …. They are doing work of that complain …. My question is that how many days are required to solve this? Lifepoints complain site showing it will take 10 days to send a voucher but it is 13 days to over and have not received voucher.

This panel is one of the worst I have ever come across. Without any justification they cancel legitimately earned rewards and will not tell you why they have done it. I would not reccommend this site to anyone. Do not have anything to do with it!

If I could give NO stars, I would.

And I have over ******* points in my account when suddenly my account was no longer active! I received no explanation. I was able to log in this past Saturday. When I tried the next day it told me that it was inactive account. Bollocks! I've been with them for at least eight years. They will not respond to my questions regarding this, and I have been doing it every day since this happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY!

If they cancelled my account, they should at least have the balls to say so. This used to be my favorite survey site, but now I am very disillusioned.

It's a complete SCAM. You'll waste hours of your time, maybe get 1 $25 giftcard, then after you waste more time getting points, they'll tell you you didn't answer honestly and close your account with no proof or reasonable response. Plus you have to wait 5-7 days to get the reward.

Ipsos is WAYYYYYY better and you get rewards right away and for less points.

Shut them down!

Bad site, locked me out of my account after point accumulation saying that I had violated their terms. When I asked what I had done (after reading their terms) they responded that they couldn't tell me as it was against their security policy. They should be shut down.

Got back into site.

I would like to let you know how I got back into the mysurvey site. If you send an email to lightspeedresearch.com they will help you. I finally contacted them and they got me back into my account. They told me my problem was I needed a new password and since I have done that I have not had any trouble getting into my account. I hope this helps someone.
