I like the Lifepoint survey panel. Previously same was known as Global Test market. I has a long association with the panel and learn a lot on new studies and feel proud to have a contribution to various studies/ survey by different companies.
My account was closed without explanation and Lifepoints refuses to give any sort of explanation except a range of possible violations, none of which I committed. And they won't let me open a new account.
I was always happy with Global Test Market and My Survey but Lifepoints is even better! Always really interesting and varied surveys with a lot of opportunities to earn great rewards. I get more regular payouts with Lifepoints than with other survey sites too.
I've been a long-time member. They told me I unsubscribed(if I did, it was because of a computer malfunction). I never intentionally unsubscribed. They tell me that their system will not allow them to reinstate my email and that I need to sign up with a new one. I did that. Went to sign in and it said that it had been suspended. I asked about it and they said I had violated some community rule. I asked about what I supposedly did... nothing. I had a lot of points accumulated and they tell me that I forfeited them by violating some rule(s) that they never tell me. I'm very disappointed and feel cheated... like I worked for free! Is there some legal way to get my points/$$?

I have been with Lifepoints for 5 years and now that I accumulated some 1500 points they cancelled my account without any reason and they can only say that I violated some conditions. There is no transparency and I think they close most accounts that have significant points saved.

Used to be quite responsive & execellent, but no more. Feedback sent on 17 apr and get reply on 22 apr with no solution. Anyone experience been screened out after taking the survey for more than 20 mins? I did. Anyone experience completed the survey and been thanks for participate the survey but no market point been credited? Too many times market point not been credited, sick of making complaints and many times just wasting time completing surveys for them without given market points.
They use people to drain them of answers to their surveys and don't want to pay them. There are almost constant login issues and they won't give you any specific reasons why they won't pay them. There are many complaints about them. They cut your membership off and won't tell members why. This is bad business and they will go down for this. I have less than nothing good to say about them. LifePoints is a waste of time and many many people complain about it.

I used to belong to this site and thought it was great until they disabled my account and kept all my earnings! After numerous attempts to find out why they disabled me I finally got a response telling me a violated their terms and they don't have to tell me how they came up with the info nor do they have to tell me what I did! I wouldn't trust them! I spent a lot of time doing exactly what they wanted just for them to keep everything!

I have now sent 6 emails in three weeks to LifePoints about my account. So far have had 1 responce whitch looks like a recorded message that would be sent to anyone that send them emails. Not happy with this service.

Lifepoints is 1 of a few worthwhile survey web sites in terms of: straight forward surveys, reliable rewards and a very responsive Customer Service staff. And I have years of experience as a survey taker with 50+ survey sites!

Lifepoints is improving they have a nice clean layout which shows surveys and clearly details rewards. Very easy to use and payouts are nice and quick. You don't have to do surveys for a year to get a reward. There is enough variety to keep you interested.
A good site to give your views on a whole host of topics, many interesting and a few not but overall a good site if you are into surveys and giving your opinions and you can earn resonable rewards for your input

Have been member from Feb 2019 and previously with Globaltesmarket for many years.
Have found the site to have a good range of surveys and rewards.
Have found redemption of Amazon vouchers easy and quickly obtained. They also offer a wide range of other vouchers and paypal.

I signed up for lifepoints and was told there was a problem after i was verified. I contacted the help center. 2 days later an email came telling me i was denied at this time because i did not pass a 3rd party check? All i gave them was an email address and my age and name. So what doesnt sit well with a 3rd party? Probably that i preferred to be paid with a check rather than give account information... decide for yourselves!

This is the worse survey company ever. It's a big SCAM! People! Please do not fall for this scam company! They will cancel your account as soon as you try and redeem a voucher! They canceled my account for no reason and no explanation and never paid out my points when I ordered a voucher! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Lifepoints send me a steady stream of surveys and help me to build up my points for rewards and also give you a few points if you don't qualify, which is different to other sites

The surveys won't load on my phone but they load on my computer. When you click on the surveys most of the surveys their not available. Even the ones they refer to you are taken up. And when ever you do finally get a chance to take a survey, when you get half or torth the end of it, they only give you 2 points if they don't like your answers.
It takes them 5 business day to send you a gift card threw email, when you do cash out.

This started out as a great survey site for me. I've been a part of it for about three years now, but lately some very strange and wondrous things have made me very upset. I have accumulated enough points to cash in and redeem them for a few bucks in my Paypal account. However, for the last SEVEN WEEKS I have been unable to do so. Customer support has done nothing except continually tell me to be patient-their IT department is working on it. FOR SEVEN WEEKS!? I have followed up this incident numerous times and I am constantly told to just be patient. SEVEN WEEKS is an unacceptable amount of time to be patient. If this were my IT department at work, they would have been replaced by now. I've stopped taking their surveys because I fear I just might be wasting my time.

I have been a member of this portal from over a years from now and its been a fantastic journey so far.
I have earned approx. ******* INR worth of vouchers from this portal. So just be patient and keep filling the surveys
Been on the site for a while and all of a sudden my account is blocked. I send several emails with the quation why, but get no response or a respons without an answer in it. They do keep sending the other mails tho and had to block those because no other way to stop. Till this day still NO answer what so ever on the queston why my account is blocked

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
