I was subscribed to both My Survey and Global Test Market in the past and my outstanding points were transferred to Lifepoints in February 2019. Everything was correct and I didn't lose anything in the handover.
I always cash out when I get to the lowest redeem point and since February have done this 20 times, without any problems - always getting my Paypal amount within the time stated and sometimes a little quicker.
As with all survey sites, I do get screened out but I understand why this happens and it rarely upsets me to any great degree. The surveys are varied, and can also be very repetitive and boring. However, if you realise that it is a good way to earn a little spending money for a few minutes of your time and that you aren't going to make a living doing the surveys, you will be as happy as I am with Lifepoints.
Do not join Lifepoints!
I took the time to read all the fine print. LifePoints basically states they have the right to close your account any time for any reason. Also states they can stop the redemption of anything earned by you for any reason anytime. It states they can change terms and conditions in any way at anytime. States its your responsibility to keep checking for changes. Basically they are covering themselves to do whatever they want at anytime and you dont have any comeback. It gives them the right to do whatever they please with anything earnt by you... Take the time to read all Terms and Conditions relating to this site...
Your account balance gets too high, they will cancel you and you forfeit every dime you've earned.

I was doing surveys with lifepoints. Cached out one time with a $5 Amazon gift card...cool. Then I built up about 2700 points then out of no where they cancled my account. I want whats owed to me and others ripped off by then. I also filed a report with the BBB.

I was a loyal member for years - one day I couldn't log in - they said I had unsubscribed myself - WRONG! - they told me I could sign back up and as a one time courtesy they would even forward my points over there - well, I was NOT allowed to sign up again and I was never given the points they owed me (approximately $30 worth). I've read many reviews here and elsewhere that they did it to countless other innocent people. I don't know what happened to this company but they are very devious, underhanded liars.

Like many other people have mentioned, I was told that I violated Lifepoints terms and conditions. I have been a panelist for this company for many years(I was previously a member of Lighspeed panel). They were prompt when I requested gift cards, I have never had issues with them before, so this came out of the blue. I sent an email to find out what were the terms and conditions I violated? I received the same ridiculous generic reply, saying that the evidence was overwhelming. It's pretty clear, they are getting rid of people who have been members for a while, and they also tell you that your points will be forfeited. It's clearly unethical what they are doing, so be warned!

I had used Lifepoints for many years and was very happy. All of a sudden, they said I unsubscribed which I did not. Then after I followed their instructions to open a new account that they would transfer my reward points to, they say they will not do that. I can never be a member again because I violated their rules but I did not. They hope I understand but I don't. So cash in your points as soon as you can because they might take them away from you any time they want to.

Then worst survey company. Watch out doing surveys with this company. When doing survey with them, write down survey number and screenshot if they offer points. If you do not they will ce back a tell you me only offer what the survey number tell us. They will rit you off from your points

I was very happy to begin with I hadn't been doing their surveys long but was quite happy with my progress then without warning my membership was cancelled for so called violating their terms they wouldn't tell me what I had done wrong which in my opinion I didn't do anything to violate their terms. I filled out surveys for several weeks. I answered honestly and consistently. Then my family got covid, so I didn't log in for about four days. They kept my $25 that I accumulated and deleted my account without warning because they said I wasn't answering with integrity. I answered honestly. I think they just didn't want to pay me.
We depend on our members and we can assure you LifePoints Panel is not a scam and we'd hope the thousands of people sharing their positive experience with us would be a testimony of this. If your account was inactivated it was due to a violation.
Became a LifePoints memeber after merging of Global Test Market. I have never had a problem with them with cashing in points, and when a situation arose that needed attention they were prompt to reply and get the situation resolved. Only complaint I have is they raised the redemption points to cash in.
Like most of the other reviews I had my account canceled for no reason. I attempted to contact the company with no response or answer. I used them for several years and wasn't even able to cash in my last rewards. What a waste or time and effort. Please don't waste your time with them!

The is one of the worst survey companies for scamming the people who work for them. The whole website is fake. They are based in India, they do not give any money to charity as claimed.
If you are doing surveys(when you eventually get any) I would advise people to cash in your points as soon as you can because they will at ANY time cancel your earnings.
They all send surveys from very very suspect companies, who either won't pay up or are very currupt. Keep away from them are are many better survey sites who treat people better.

They say you earn when you do a servey, weather its money, entered into a sweepstake, or earn points of some type. I never recieved a thing. Also when i try to unscerscribe it says it will sent a conformation e-mail and to click on the link to end subscription. The e-mail never comes and you continue to get things from them. LifePoints is not a legitimate survey site. When you decide to take the survey for however how long, right after you finish your survey they purposely boot you out from getting the points you deserve. I feel that LifePoints is a liar and a scheme artist trying to trick you into taking their surveys to sell your opinions to others, yet you never get the points you are looking for. I have been on LifePoints for over a month and just before I can get to my 5-6 dollar mark I was booted out of the survey just as I was finished. HEART BROKEN. 11/18/2022

I used this service until I had 5500 points which I then tried to redeem and at this point my membership was cancelled along with my order to redeem the points. When I contacted Lifepoints regarding the issue they notified me that I had "violated their rules" and would not be allowed to continue using the service. In other words, the moment you attempt to cash in your rewards, you are violating their rules. Quite funny but will not be wasting any further time with this company. Much better survey systems out there. DO NOT USE LIFEPOINTS!

I have been a member of Lifepoints panel for many years, and never had a problem until recently. My membership was deactivated, and a specific reason was never given other than that my membership was flagged for a violation of terms and conditions, which was not specified. A request for more specific reasons was met with a rather accusatory response, indicating that a review of my membership indicated that I could not be reinstated due to the still unspecified violations of terms and conditions. Don't waste your time with this panel and if you happen to be a member now redeem your points as soon as you can.

It's not one of the best I use, but not the worst ever. Not as much points as others, and most the survey was too long Surveys are the only way I can earn money, so like it or not, I do what I haave to do!

I am disgusted with this company, after cashing out my first payment which took lots of work they closed my account and sent me this:
After reviewing your account history and performing an audit of your membership, we have found evidence that you have violated the LifePoints Reward Point Rules. Therefore, your account has been deactivated and all LifePoints (LPs) have been forfeited.
I have no idea what I could have possibly done wrong but this was a complete waste of time
Stay very clear of them, they only give you like 1 survey a day and there are way better companies out there than these frauds. I will never ever recommend them and I am furious

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
